I originally found a suit here that I loved in Last Seasons colors and I wanted to get that suit in other colors. They had my sizes and in this seasons colors no problem. The fit was a tiny bit different and I needed to adjust some of the sizes, again, no problem. Then the little they did not have they got in for me, no problem. Then once I ordered too many colors of the same jacket, they allowed me to return a couple, late with no receipt, no problem. I am someone who does not like to shop and they may have converted me. And, of course, all the clothes are great. Craig has amazing follow up. And honestly, for the time being, I may not shop anywhere else!!! ENJOY

I discovered Theory while on an assignment in New England about twenty years ago. At first I purchased a blouse and a pair of slacks for work and the rest is history.I fell in love with the comfort, the minimalist style, the simplicity of its elegant construction, and best of all Made in America. I still today wear all of the pieces I bought then looking fresh in every way.The prices are compatible with Designers Prêté-à-Porter with unequaled performance.

Two stars would be none if it werent for how much I love the brands style and quality. Unfortunately, this store (for me) was wrecked by the staff. There were maybe 6 customers in the store and several sales people. So, it was far from busy. Not once did anyone come to ask if I could be shown anything, if they could find a size for me . . . nothing. In fact, the whole thing started off wrong when one of the young men gave me kind of a sideways sneer as I walked by.Perhaps if Id been wearing one of the many Theory pieces I own vs jeans and a peacoat, I would have received some attention. Folks, next time some old guy with white hair walks in - think twice. Though it wont be me, because Ill never set foot in your store again.

Great location, nice decent spacious environment. Theory is unique in its own way with an awesome product line. Super helpful staff willing to go above and beyond. Close to Restoration Hardware flagship store, a Starbucks Reserve and Chelsea Market.

I went in for an exchange and was treated super well by David, and I took a long time and he was super patient and super helpful with sizing and suggestions while still helping other customers although I was just an exchange. Kudos to him.

I visited during an open house where staff was beyond friendly and generous with their time and treats (macarons). They have a large selection of business casual and casual items, in black, white and grey tones, including athletic sneakers. While all of their products are extremely high-quality and gorgeous, theyre also out of my price range.

Bought an overcoat for $895, wore it about 10 times and it’s completely faded, like really badly. It’s unwearbale. Store wouldn’t exchange as item was older than 28 days, told to contact theory customer service (guy in store was actually really nice FYI and agreed jacket was floored). Been emailing customer services for weeks, sent photo evidence, no reply. Says they’ll reply in 4 business days but nothing. Very poor service and poor quality clothing I’d prob not say it’s any better than Zara

Customer service was sub par. The young lady at the desk was asked to locate a sweater in my size so I could charge send to my apt. Once she located the sweater, 15 mins later, the associate was very short and dismissive assisting with my order. After filling out the shipment form I had to ask her to remove it from the counter where two others were being helped - I felt my cc information as just left in plain view. walking out feeling uncomfortable, I never received an email confirmation of my order, shipment or tracking info. Love the clothes and service is usually good, however felt there could have been a few things done differently.

I was looking for a pair of pants but Theory stores near my place ran out of the model I was looking for, so I ordered it through this store and they were very responsive! I actually ended up ordering 2 pairs of pants from them and shipped to California.

Theory is my favorite brand. Always! 😊

Overpriced generic clothes. I tried on the Common Projects there and moved on.

Bought clothes, which didn’t even survive the first wash, tried to exchange within a week, they refused return.

I really liked this store, and the employees were extremely friendly without being annoying. Got some free Fiji water for our entire entourage.

Very good store with great space between the shelves and very good area for trying out clothes. There was also very good service to those who worked there. But the last few shortcomings should be at the same level as the shop employees at e.g. Burberry.
