Excellent Service and Very very supportive Staff. I have visited for this store for the very first time and I met the staff they are very helpful I asked sufficient questions to them until I got satisfied and they have helped me with the questions. I have bought the shoes which are in the photos below.You guys those who are reading this review should visit this store once. This Timberland outlet is very cute with nice shoes and clothings. I love the layup and the interior; it has this aura of class and sophistication. I was there today for a shopping visit and the associates were immensely courteous and friendly. They were sales on some of their stuff and the prices were really cool. This store is pretty close to the road and be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. The staff was extremely rude. They didn’t acknowledged us when we got in and the guy that helped us didn’t even looked at us, he was distracted and kept gossiping with his female coworker the whole time. At least she smiled at us at one moment but the guy was horrible. Is it because we are Mexicans? It’s hard to tell but it left a bad taste.Lastly, they didn’t have the size 11 in any of the models we were looking for.

Winter is coming so I had to pick up a pair of my favorite boot brand in the world. They had some great deals going on so that was a no brainier. Totally loving them right now too.

U can customize your own TIMBS and have the only ones like it. No other one like yours.

It is pretty decent size store but it is pricey though. For the classic style timbaland cost like $170 and above even thought the design doesnt change. But if u like brand products,this is a good stop for u. For me,personally it is $$$

Closed 20 minutes earlier than time posted on the door. People cleaning up inside wouldnt even acknowledge us.That being said, the next day they were able to process a refund for an item I had bought the previous day when I lost the receipt.

The manager wasnt nice, dont care at all and wont exchange my boots that has water issues. Had them a month and before that it one was 5 days. She said that it need to be sent back to warranty. FYI this is the 3rd pair of boots with the same issues back to back. Theyre arent making them good anymore.Quality control from this company is just 👎👎

I had a good experience here! It was pretty busy inside but the staff is friendly and ridiculously efficient. They have a great selection of shoes here, and also an area where you can customize a pair of boots, complete with samples of all the materials you can choose from. I thought that was really cool!

Picked up a new fresh pair of Tims and Im so loving these bad boys. Theyre so cute on my feet. They had a sale on them, so I had to cop me a pair.

Good store, with a very good selection of shoes and sizes, including the special/limited edition ones. Displays are good, and the store is easy to navigate. The staff is friendly, but seems very aloof: they will help you, but you might have to ask things two or three times before they actually remember to. Other than that, good place for shopping the brand.

The woman was really helpful and managed to find the right shoes for both me and my partner. We were unsure on right size so she brought out various sizes without being asked. Really good customer service, may pay a visit again if we visit New York in the future.

The staff here are on top of their game. As soon as I walked into the store there was a salesman their to greet me and asked if I had any questions. As I perused the footwear the same salesman came over in a more conversational tone and asked how I was doing and offered some details about the two different boots I was looking at. I was impressed.

6:00pm 1-1-18 we were shopping inside when I saw this worker approach a woman and asked her if she had been helped she replied no. The worker then asked have you let anyone know you need a size. She said no. This whole conversation the worker (female) is using a very loud and unprofessional approach to this shopper. The shopper the replies you dont have to raise your voice at me then tried to grab the shoe back from the worker. The woman replies Im the manager of this store and your not gonna grab shoes outta my hand. Then she continued to say shes the manager and the lady is still continuing to tell her shes not gonna holler at her. The manager was completely arrogant and disrespectful to that shopper. I wouldnt spend a dime there. The lady continued to shop there. Lol

I am new to New York and decided for my graduation I would be wearing Timberlands across the stage 2 signal my change from being a transfer into the city to a full-fledged New Yorker, or at least someone who thinks they understand enough of New York to get around. Ive never owned him so I decided I wanted to go to an authentic to get the shoes, not to mention I have pretty large feet for a woman like size 13 and wanted to get mens shoes that will fit properly. The woman who helped me was beyond nice she let me try on a multitude of shoes and even suggested a few colors and styles for me to get. Though I only ended up with one pair of regular black Timberlands I know Ill be going back for more, Im addicted. The store is very chill, small yet feel spacious. Its cool with me.

The store is in the Manhattans heart. The shoes are for all like. More or less the price is US$200. They also sell clothes, the employees talk spanish and english, they are so friendly. You need all day for visit this and all the hundred stores arround. You have never seen many people together. Really you will enjoy this visit.

You can find the latest models or older models with a good deal. Cutomization option avialble as well, to compose your own pair of boots with the colors you want, but obviously you have to wait before you receive the boots.
