I love the brand, but the store associate here had an attitude problem and was so rude. The black male guy has zero respect for customer’s time and made us wait in line for more than thirty minutes without explaining why they were only allowing two customers to enter at a time (this was after the govt dropped covid restrictions). When we asked how much longer we’d have to wait, he told us to be patient (like we weren’t) and just ignored us. The management staff clearly needs to do a better job at training the associates here.

Went in the first time, asked for the sale section and the girl didn’t kinda wanna saw me (although I did get an email that there was a sale going on). So I came back the next day to get the ones I wanted (i looked online because she’s pretty unwelcoming. Maybe she thought I wasn’t gonna get any 🤣). And she went all “oh my... these were really nice pieces ya di da...”If she was nicer I would have shopped there my first time in.:)

Came here the first time and I got 2 really rude associates who didn’t even acknowledge me. Left with a really bad impression but when I got back I realized I really wanted the sweater. Decided to go back and this time Justin helped me out and he was super attentive. I was on the fence at first but decided to get the sweater because he really sold me on it. Thanks for changing my mind about this store!

Who lets someone charge over $700 on the phone and doesn’t check the identity when they come to pick the clothes up????? Very lousy operating procedure!
