Wow. Just the rudest salesgirl ever! Didn’t greet me, just pointed to an item when I asked a question, didn’t say a word. The store had some cute stuff but I didn’t want to deal with her. So I left. Won’t be back.

The rudest staff- they did not turn lights on in the dressing room until I had been in there for 5 minutes. They scoffed at the returns I had to make as well. I had a stroller and neither person helped me with it on the way out. Madison Avenue location is much friendlier.

Love this store - especially the sales associate, Darren. Have been working with him for years. He truly wants to help you find things you’ll love for years to come, but he never pushes. Always have a great experience at UWS Reiss!

Went here today. The chubby girl with braids working at the register was so so rude. She kept rolling her eyes and appeared to think she was above being there. Really disgusting service. Im an emergency doctor and I would literally never be this rude to anyone. The store was literally empty so its not like she has anything to do. Will literally never shop here again. That girl should get a better attitude because she really has nothing else going for herself.

Frustrated, as I am here outside the locked door 10 min before closing to buy a specific dress and watching the employees try on clothes.I worked in retail for many years and understand they are ready to leave, however, I am here before closing and ready to buy something. Again, frustrating.

Im a local and have been in the area for 15 yrs. REISS is a great shop with great staff!!! Love this store. The only store I visit for clothing on the upper West side. The environment is very welcoming and the staff is always available and willing to help you .

Staff very dismissive, would much rather talk amongst themselves than help out a customer. Love reiss clothing though, ah well luckily can shop online

Terrible customer service and even worse return policy. Was told in the store I had 2 weeks to return something... But on the bottom of the receipt it says only for store credit... Who reads the disclaimer on a receipt? Now I am stuck with a ton of store credit at a store I will never shop at.

Worst return policy EVER. Do NOT shop here. No wonder this store has a horrible reputation and rating.
