Nice and friendly staff, nice clothes,good collection

First off, the staff is very rude. I’m sure the creepy looking Asian guy is the owner. Second off, the whole staff is so unhelpful. They’re arrogant when meanwhile they’re employees of a retail store 😩. Can you believe that. I have bought a lot in this store in the past few years and haven’t bought in a while. So when I came in on Friday I was expecting better help with service and a smile but none of that. It was if i was doing them a favor. So I took my 30k I planned to shop for the day and just bought on FarFetch. How are you gonna operate a retail business if you do not how to talk to people?

Awful. Staff is just worthless. Id advise you to avoid this place at all costs. Tons of better places to shop than here. Dont waste your time.

The staff is not helpful at all. The owner doesn‘t know how to treat the customers in the right way for sure. The staff are like zombies and machines with no motion.

Cool product and brands but staff is not helpful and can’t seem to be bothered to come out from behind the register. Love the curation but I’m not giving a store my hard earned money with service people who don’t service their customer. Best of luck

Wonderful store with a lot of variety of both mens and womens clothing and shoes. Helpful staff that actually gets to have a one one on connection with you each time you shop. One of the best shops in NYC by far.

These guys are horrible. Asian dude following me around like a weirdo when Im trying to shop. He is hideous and it made the whole experience horrifying.

Prices way to high nothing special.

Do not trust these people are scammers! They took money for an online order and never shipped the items I ordered. I called them and gave them the order number then they disconnected the phone sonce then and the line is busy so they don’t have to explain why they are scamming people. Shame on you!

Terrible customer service, stuck up employees, overall a bad experince will never shop here again

Went in looking to buy something and felt profiled as soon as I walked in the door. Asian dude was following me all over the store like I was going to steal. I could just hear him screaming HURRY UP AND BUY! In his head. Wouldnt recommend shopping at this over priced store.
