Returned purse the same day I received it. Was told 7-10 days for refund, it has been over 15 days, with multiple emails to the company, with no response. It seems that this is their normal, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will report them to BBB, shady company, Ive NEVER had any retailer take this long for a freagin REFUND. Stay away!!! I ahd to give one star, but should negative 00.

Interesting mix of items. Not too hip for uptown but then what is? I liked a few things and even bought a dress. Be prepared, this is not for the inexpensive shopper.I also like Kirna Zabete in Soho and Pilgrim on the Lower East Side. Both complete my downtown and uptown girl vibes.The sales staff was very helpful and it was a good experience, but I found the selection missing a few things. Maybe they like to keep it very well edited. I would definitely recommend shopping here.
