I went in recently for a cell phone screen protector. This vendor gave me the protector but the advice given on selling iPhones wasn’t in line with the market. This was advice about selling my old iPhone. When I told him that I had sold my iPhone on eBay, he asked me why I had sold it there when there are eBay scammers, and there are sites that do local pickup or you can sell it to Apple. eBay is always a good option, and you don’t have to worry about scammers if you’re selling as long as someone has made a payment to you (what else can a customer do? and for buying on eBay it’s generally safe to do so if the seller has strong proven selling history, from what I understand) and this was a phone I had sold. Used iPhones are in high demand so they have a strong prospect on eBay, and so they sell for more there than their trade in value (one of his suggestions was trading it in). Also, eBay is widely used it so it gives the advantage of a broad market, one aspect of local pickup in NYC (which was his suggestion) is that it’s customer base is smaller in size than national selling centers, NYC has a large population and its an option to sell for local pickup but eBay is always a good option too.FYI, as for the business’s comment below, that was in response to content posted earlier that was revised.

I was visiting New York, and while I was traveling I dropped my phone and my screen was completely shattered. I went on to google to see where I could find the best place for a screen repair. Then this company came up, so I went to visit. They gave me a free diagnostic test. Offered me a free screen protector if I was to get my screen fixed by them. I took him 15 minutes to fix my screen while I was enjoying my coffee. Highly recommended!

I came into the store and checked how much my iphone 7 was worth and they told me 50. I didnt agree with the price and they very rudely told me to leave. Great price even better service. Even if you dont work or live nearby its worth coming here. I walked in after running into the guy handing out fliers. When I got there they showed me the price on their website. They said it would be 20 mins I decided to wait there. I began reading a magazine, before I finished my second article the guy was already done. He even cleaned the camera and insides which were a mess. I left with a new screen, and screen protector for way less than other places I looked at. Only complaint is I didnt get to finish that article.

This is a thoroughly professional and upstanding phone repair service. I sought out this firm after a rather unpleasant experience with another repair service in Chinatown. The two principals, Freddie and Ermesh were not only able to repair my phone (headphone jack wasnt working) but they did it quickly and reasonably.
