Hi my name is Anthony here in Denver Colorado and I just wanted to say thank you to Min New York I had actually ordered a set of samples with one larger sample and the order just got misplaced or something happened and I had called about it and the guy that had answered the phone was extremely nice and courteous and told me no problem that they will get my order out ASAP so when I get home from work today they had actually sent me a full bottle of the misplaced order which I am extremely grateful for and thankful for and just want to say thankful to Min New York God bless you guys thank you!!!!!! And I would also like to mention how great their personal line of fragrances are and they carry all the top brands as well.

I live in Colorado and had never heard of MiN New York until I found they sold some of the Skin & Bones Luxurious Essential Oils line of products, which I love. They sent the item ordered (at a great price), it came very well packaged and quite quickly. Also included was a bottle of the S&B facial cleanser with a note to enjoy on me, by Michael. I had been wishing that I had ordered it also, but decided I couldnt afford it right now. So needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised with Michaels act of kindness, to include it for free. Thank you so very much for paying it forward, hence the well deserved 5 stars.

I was very pleased with my MiN experience. I thought the lady assistant myself and my friend was very friendly. I sampled every fragrance they had in store and ended up taking home a sample of the Astornomy Domine. After falling in love with their product. I am now the owner of a 75ML bottle.

Today we bought a wonderful fragrance. Amazing knowledgeable seller Emma helped us to do the right choice. Highly recommend this place.

Great store. However a shell of its former self. They used to sell many different niche houses but for the most part its wonderful. Only wish I didnt have to purchase samples.

Honestly, the store was a bit hard to find coming from the subway. But the inside of the store was so beautiful! Employees were very helpful and might I add, very educational but not overbearing. On top of the original perfume I needed, I ended up buying a fragrance from their scent stories collection! It is called Onsen. I love it.

Super nice environment and very knowledgeable about perfume. I am not a perfume novice and they really were able to make great suggestions. I wasnt expecting that so hats off to them for being on their game.

I was able to find my absolute signature scent FINALLY! It turned out to be Shaman from their own scents. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Soho.

My girlfriend and I decided to shop for new scents for each other. It was a lot of fun and the perfect way to spend a Sunday in the city. We both picked up great fragrances and the people that work there are cool.

Among one of the three niche perfume stores in Manhattan, MiN’s perfume collection is not bad. Their own perfume brand is also worth trying, though not big bottle worthy.The store is a chilly place with quaint decor. As for staff, personally I dont like overzealous sales reps, so this place is a good fit for me. I can easily spend hours just sniffing around.They sell 1 or 2ml samples for a few bucks each, sometimes offer discount on certain brand, which is a great opportunity to expand ones collection, considering the steeping price of most of the niche brand.

Incredibly kind staff, and exceedingly patient (even to a scent-newbie such as myself). They werent pushy, and when they saw how indecisive I was they steered me towards some samples rather than trying to make a big sale. Definitely a refreshing oasis of calm within SoHo, a beautifully decorated space.

I am always going on about how scent is a womans signature...well at MIN you can find gorgeous artisan perfumes. Step away from the typical perfume and explore some of the smaller lines that are in MIN. The staff is ready willing and able to answer questions. I say try Kilian, its one of the sexiest perfumes around created by the Hennessy heir.

I so wanted to love this place. The two star review has absolutely nothing to do with the product, which is deeply satisfying. The breadth of options and the creativity behind them was impressive, and given this is the only place you can get them, its a really cool New York find.I was prepared to spend some money here, but couldnt bring myself to do it given how completely I was ignored.To her credit, the young lady working there offered to guide me through but made it abundantly clear that I would just be better off reading the cards that were there that explained every scent.Even after this I was almost ready to pull the trigger on a fragrance that I fell in love with, but just couldnt bring myself to reward such abysmal behavior.Sorry guys. Maybe next time.

Just learned of this store and I have to say, their service and getting the product to you in a swift and nicely packaged manner is exceptional. I had been searching for a perfume called TOVA from QVC and they have changed their ingredient and now smells like bug spray. Well, I stumbled upon Ad Lumen from Min and it smells so much like one of my old favs that I could no longer get. I ordered the sample last week and just ordered the larger bottle with some other samples and it is arriving today! Cannot wait! Keep up the good work. Love this store. Makes me want to visit NY to visit store in person.

An amazing place to find all sorts of rare fragrances. Many of the extremely hard to find boutique fragrances can be sampled here. Store is absolutely beautiful. Only complaint is the staff can sometimes be a little uppity and unapproachable.

K. Johnson with Customer Service you should be ashamed of. If I travel half way around the World (from Australia) to buy your Scent Stories which was then discovered to be mislabeled upon returning home (different scent) - why should I then have to pay freight to rectify your mistake? Then no response when I ask to have it shipped within the US? Have filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission.

I first learned of this place from their website and they certainly did not disappoint!!! Very patient with me granted I did have more time than usual that day lol. I ended up getting a few samples and a delicious candle.

Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly sales people. Very different and pleasant boutique shop experience!

Make sure to opt for the “fragrance flight”—it’s totally worth it and the best way to discover all the essentials of MiN’s huge library.

Great place to explore different scents more unique and custom.

Unforgiving exchange policy combined with a 30 minute wait just to make a purchase. Was very excited to become a long term client and find a scent I liked but that didnt happen. I had an allergic reaction to the scent I chose and was told to just suck it up and resell it to someone else; they actually told me to resell it and come back there and buy a new scent with the money from that sale.If anyone is interested in buying a brand new scent from me that will make you sneeze all day let me know. I suppose Ill throw in a discount.Was looking forward to making this the place where Id buy holiday gifts this year but as the woman told me on the phone when I expressed It, if I need to make an exchange at any point theyd rather I take my business elsewhere. Well, Im going to do just that!

Awesome, incredible selection of fragrances, sales staff that exceeded my expectations with a Jeopardy like knowledge of the inventory.

Year after year I make a point of coming in to see if it got any better and year after year Im disappointed. They try to come off as an avangard perfumery. One that curates an exclusive line up. But the fact is, their selection is very limited, and they try to make up for it with attitude. Not the best sales tactic. They now carry items that have run their course elsewhere (European shops have been carrying many of their perfumes for at least 5-6 years). In short, Im done with MiN. Sales help attitude and lack of selection is so 2006!

The staff were exceptionally rude and dismissive. Sad, as I so wanted to love this place.
