Visited three times during advertised open hours coming straight from Long Island and each time, the store was closed. Pretty frustrating since it’s the only store around! I tried calling before going to verify the hours to no avail. I wanted to try smelling the candles in person prior to purchasing since it’s a large investment and I’ve heard great things about the candles. Not sure if the hours are accurate. I would love for the store to be more transparent with the hours.

Just as others have stayed, info says its open and after multiple recent attempts -- been dark and closed each time. Extremely disappointed

If ever there was a luxury candle shop its Cire Trudon. The store is bursting with history and opulence. As soon as you walk in anger a whiff you will fall in love. This love does come at a steep price. If anyone has told me I would pay $95 for a candle, I never would have believed them. However I did and never regretted it. Treat yourself, you will be so glad that you did.

Nice ambient place. It works till 17.00 (sic!). Google description not 100% correct. It says Shop working hours 12:00 - 18:00. Real working hours 12:00-17:00. 17:00 shop close time.

This is a review of my experience ordering on their USA website. My order arrived without the gift wrap I requested and missing a sample. I didn’t like the scent of the 2 candles I ordered so I emailed the company on Friday requesting a return label and any return info. It’s wed and no response. On Monday I sent a message via their website portal and I didn’t hear back from them either. Meanwhile, The order I placed on Friday is on its way. It’s upsetting that a company is ignoring my return request.

The rarest of rarities... a scent shop that neither wages adulterated assaults on ones senses nor screams a goth/disneyfied alchemical time warp. It goes without saying that Trudons scents are masterful and the new perfume line is a revelation. Unpreposessing service team too. 5 stars.
