Atmosphere was able to complete two separate home renovations and major flood repair work for us in record time. Their attention to detail, and help and explanations, made the job easier and the results better. The craftsmanship is stellar. I highly recommend them.

Really good experience at Atmosphere. I had been struggling to get my kitchen done. It was part of a large gut renovation and I needed something nice but relatively inexpensive. And I needed it quickly. Anil listened to what I was looking for and came up with a great solution quickly. He answered all my questions, gave great advice, and handled the thing really efficiently. All of the team there were super helpful and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and I’m not particularly easy to please.

My experience with this design firm was mixed. Some things were done professionally, and some were not. Some of this may depend on who your designer is. The overall cabinet quality (Miralis) is good. Other aspects of their service range from fair to excellent. Im happy to communicate with serious potential customers about my mixed opinion.This is updated from the original review. As a General Contractor, Ive collaborated with Atmosphere for over 5 years. They have a great design team, can procure most plumbing fixtures, and have quality cabinets at reasonable prices. Their design team is really excellent and they can provide superior assistance in problem solving complicated details or with complete kitchen and bath design. Its a family run business with outstanding customer service.

She was a perfect partner in this project - always cheerful, thorough, and, of course, helpful. Whether I knew what I wanted to order or needed advice, she dug in to ensure that I would be happy with the final choice. My wife and I renovated our Kitchen and bathroom in addition to a few minor woodwork projects with Atmospheres last year. The project met all our expectations and then some. It came in on-time and on-budget. The result was just what we had anticipated and the workmanship was outstanding. A few minor warranty issues were promptly addressed. The showroom is a one-stop shop – samples, samples and more samples to choose from no need to go anywhere else to make selections. The design staff listened and got it right the first time. Atmosphere knew how to work effectively with building staff, their architect and the NYC Department of Buildings. They respected our home and the building, followed all of the house rules and kept the apartment and halls impeccably clean.

As a designer for projects throughout New York City, we have worked with Atmosphere Kitchen and Bath for the past 4 years on several kitchen and bath renovations. They have been excellent to work with in all ways. They offer several different price points to appeal to a variety of budgets. They are thorough and conscientious and attend to any changes or problems when they come up. Theyve been in business for a long time and put customer service and satisfaction first. I cant recommend them enough as they are open, helpful, responsive and are committed to completing every job on budget and on schedule.

We hired Atmosphere to design and build a new kitchen, along with new baseboard, doors and a bar based upon reviews of neighbors in our apartment building that had used them. Their pricing was good, and they were a pleasure to work with. We got exactly what we were looking for, and will continue to recommend them to others!

Ordered an expensive kitchen in 2013 and it has now taken over a year to receive the final pieces. After being assured that the kitchen would be delivered typically within 16 weeks the first pieces arrived 24 weeks later and had so much damage that installation couldnt even begin. 20 weeks later some replacement parts were received, but some of those were damaged as well. Despite promises that damaged parts would be expedited and shipped by air, these representations proved to be false.If you are foolhardy enough to do business with this establishment I strongly recommend that you dont pay a dime until you receive what you ordered intact.

The Kitchen we bought from Atmospheres was beautiful and it is the highlight of our renovated home. The suggestions made by their team improved upon the design of our architect and made so functional. We wouldnt buy our Kitchen or bath supply anywhere else

DONT SHOP HERE OR GO TO THIS STORE. The worst store of all time! The owner, BILL, is the most rude individual I have ever met. He had no care for what I wanted, I asked him to show me around the store and he laughed. I had a question about a tile color and he refused to help. GO ELSEWHERE!
