When remodeling our master bath, we wanted to maximize space in our connected toilet room. We changed the door to a pocket door, then put cabinets to fill the opposite wall. The space is only 13 deep 34 wide, so we decided to buy wall cabinets (12d), and have our contractor build a base. We got Lexington White - (2) 36h-33w and (1) 18h-33w and of course the filler and scribe molding. We didnt need any customer service at all. Easy ordering on line. The cabinets were delivered even before we needed them. Our contractor was impressed with the quality, and even took pictures to use in his portfolio to help others who are designing remodels.We are so pleased that we went with this company! Dont worry in the least about ordering on line... read the descriptions; you wont get better quality paying twice as much from a showroom! We didnt want any particle board; just wood. The sizes were just what we needed, and the prices more than competitive than most other sites that offered 33w. Love the design and finish too... it matches very well with our traditional style remodel!

Love love my new kitchen. Ordered the Shaker Cinder cabinets and couldn’t be happier. Shipping was fast. All the cabinets were packed very well and arrived without any damage. First cabinet took a little over an hour to put together but once we did the first one other were much faster. Cabinets are very well made and look great. I would purchase from Kitchen Cabinet Kings again. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and answered all my questions. Here are before and after pictures.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings were fantastic to work with and the cabinets are beautiful. We ordered the ice white shaker cabinets. We had a retired carpenter friend talk about the quality of the cabinet and how he was impressed they weren’t cheaply made. We ordered several different times because we kept changing our layout and every time they worked with me to make shipping more reasonable and they were always very prompt with the delivery times. I always had someone answer when I called and when I had some minor issues with damage during delivery they had acceptable solutions. I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of products. We also compared their cost to local places and it was an incredible cost savings. I would recommend them to everyone….and I have.

Our kitchen turned out beautiful and we saved thousands of dollars by going with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. We ordered the Gramercy White cabinets already assembled and ready to install. They shipped out really fast. We received our complete order in approximately two weeks. The website is very user friendly and when we did receive a couple of items with minor issues, customer service was prompt to replace them for us.

Very happy with the final results!! Our designer--Anna--put together a design to fit exactly as we asked of her. She is a wonderful lady to work with: kind, knowledgable, talented and listens well. And the end result is a new kitchen and two new bathroom cabinets that we are very pleased with. Getting our order took a few months due to supply chain issues. So it was a big inconvenience, but not Kitchen Cabinet Kings fault. All industries suffered delays & lack of supplies. We ordered the Cherry RTA cabinets (ready to assemble). When cabinets did arrive, we were able to put them together in a short amount of time. Some of the assembly directions could have been a little clearer, but we managed. Cabinets are beautiful!! They are well made and of excellent quality. Soft closing doors/drawers, and inside hinges are a couple of the quality touches.A few of the pieces were damaged in shipping and Kitchen Cabinet Kings customer service rep--Rizzo--was very responsive. She was great to work with and had replacements shipped quickly. The end result is a top quality look, sturdy well-built cabinets and very very happy customers. We highly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings.

I began a bathroom remodel back in July. Ordered cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. The RTA shaker style arctic ice cabinets arrived quickly. The cost savings was awesome!Once assembled and installed they have added so much storage space in a small footprint.The website was so easy. Customer service walked me through placing my order and arranging delivery.I love my cabinets and would highly recommend them.

I ordered the already assembled Patton White collection - I was very surprised at the quality of the product. You read the specifications online but still never know how they will actually be, especially buying sight unseen and for the first time online. There were no quality issues other than some light paint spots that required touch up with the wall paint I was using in the house, which matched just fine. Their touch up paint is expensive, as are other accessories, so be mindful when assembling your cart. From order to delivery, the lead time was 5-6 weeks due to the demand for this collection and because they were coming already assembled. I followed up a few times with customer support to check the status of my order, and while they missed a few callbacks after I left my number, they did eventually provide an updated lead time. Very friendly agents. I was incredibly skeptical buying cabinets online, but the urgency and budget of my project forced me to. I can safely assure you they are a legitimate business, albeit a middleman between us consumers and cabinet manufactures, who coordinated the delivery of a very fine product for a very fine price. Do your due diligence, but I do recommend KCK over other online cabinet retailers I could find.

The quality of the cabinet door style we ordered were as pictured on the website. The cabinets are good quality. We only contacted customer service once. We ordered a sample door to see the exact color and it was taking a while so we called for status update. When the cabinets were set for delivery, the company and driver let us know when to expect them which as excellent and they arrived on time. The website was pretty easy to use, however we had to go with a particular set, there were some items I liked in one set and would of liked to find that in the set and color we purchased. The downside was we wanted glass doors in two of the cabines however, you have to pay extra for the doors now we have extra doors sitting around... The main reason we went with ordering online was for the savings and the time it would take to have cabinets delivered to our home. That is something you cant find in the box stores or even at a specialty store... The wait is 3 months +. We would use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again and would recommend this company to family and friends. The issues we had were trying to find the color and cabinets in the set that we wanted (ended up with extra doors), when mounting the screws were visible inside the cabinet and there were no boarders, it looks a bit unfinished. I would recommend to your customers to read over the contaract carefully, if there was a problem you must follow the process in place for returning an item should it arrive damage or a missing piece... Kitchen Cabinet Kings is very specific in these matters. Our cabinets came out beautiful and everyone that sees them comments how beautiful and nice they look.

We ordered the Ice White Shaker style cabinets. The cabinets arrived as planned and they let us know when they would be delivered. Great quality product! Very solid. Love the Lazy Susan corner cabinet. It was a little tricky to assemble but works great! While we did not get an outside quote for someone else to make and install the cabinets, after speaking with others in our area with the same kitchen set-up, we are confident we saved $5000+ by ordering it through Kitchen Cabinet Kings and self-installing. The website was pretty easy to navigate but sometimes when you change a filter or option, the entire page would often reset but not too much of a hassle. There was a missing piece for one of the drawers. After contacting customer service, they wanted us to open the remaining boxes to make sure we had everything. After reporting back, they were quick to get us the missing part. There was one panel (next to the refrigerator) that we decided not to use but the cost to ship back would have negated the refund so we did not return the piece. Keep that in mind when ordering. What I love most is that even though we eliminated 3 cabinets when doing our kitchen, we still had enough space as the cabinets are well designed and we dont have dead space. We would use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again and would recommend them to others.

My experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings has been disappointing. I purchased about 18 kitchen cabinets from the Bowery line, along with some accessories (e.g. pull-out drawers, tray dividers, crown molding). After a delay of a couple weeks in arrival time (despite trying to confirm in advance that the Bowery line was in stock to avoid any delays), many of the cabinets arrived damaged. Some of them in ways that wouldnt be visible (e.g. because they were dinged on sides that were going to be covered by another cabinet); some in places that would be visible or that makes installation more difficult but that were hoping we can sufficiently touch-up, fix, or live with; and some of them unacceptably. While Kitchen Cabinet Kings is facilitating replacement of the irreparably damaged cabinets, my understanding right now is that it takes about 3 weeks from us submitting the claim to receive the replacement cabinets. Its been a week and a half so far, and I have no idea when the replacement cabinets will arrive. That being said, we like the color and the cabinets that arent damaged seem fine for the price.

This is the second time I purchased Shaker Light Gray unassembled kitchen cabinets. I loved mine so much I purchased them for my daughter s kitchen,The quality was excellent and easy to put together. Customer service was very helpful with my order. When it was time to get my order it was quick and the delivery man was very helpful to my wife, He put the boxes 13 exactly where I wanted at the top of my driveway. I recently ordered an entire new kitchen cabinet setup in the Shaker Arctic RTA style. The cabinets arrived faster than expected and were very well packaged and protected during shipping. No dents, dings, scratches, etc at all on arrival! The website was easy to navigate, although I would love to see them potentially add some kind of cabinet layout designer that put cabinets into a visual design all together as I order. As a non-contractor and just an average homeowner, I was a bit hesitant to make sure I got it all correct and this extra would take the guesswork out of it for me.The instructions were a touch challenging for the first cabinet, but easy once I figured out exactly what they meant. Im very mechanically inclined, so for me to say it took me a bit for the first cabinet is rare. The instructions needed a few more extras to be easy to follow, but once I figured it out, the remainder of cabinets were a breeze to assemble. One major tip if you purchase the pantry piece and arent putting crown molding up on the top - make sure that you either build it in place upright, or confirm that you have enough clearance to raise the cabinet after building it. Said from someone who learned the lesson the hard way! I would love to see the company add a cabinet build video walkthrough on the website to assist future buyers for building cabinets and drawers, but your average mechanically inclined homeowner can figure this out with a touch of extra time for the first cabinet.The look of the cabinets is top notch and I would buy again from here in a heartbeat! The finish is easy to wipe down for spills, looks very elegant, and I saved a TON of money buying RTA. Were still finishing up our remodel and have quite a bit more finish work to do in our kitchen (as you can see from the photos!), but we recently had the granite installed and I can already say with authority that this cabinet purchase SERIOUSLY upgraded the look of our home. I can easily recommend!

I ordered the Pepper Shaker kitchen cabinets (2 base cabinets and 5 wall cabinets) and a matching bathroom vanity, and they look great! They are a rich brown-black color and look better in person than online. I was a little nervous making such a big purchase online, sight unseen, but they offer instant chat if you have ordering questions and email support from your own customer service representative through the whole delivery process. The cabinets came individually boxed, stacked, and wrapped, so they arrived in great shape. The whole process took a month or so from order to delivery. I had a coupon, so ordering from KCK was efficient and economical (other cabinet companies were experiencing delays in order fulfillment, and I couldnt wait, plus KCKs prices were comparable or less than other options). I would definitely recommend them!

What was quoted to have done by a cabinet company for $45k, we were able to do ourselves for about $10k. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to save money and still get high quality cabinets. I had to reach out to their customer service because the wrong color was sent for one of the upper cabinets. They sent me a replacement no problem.

I found Kitchen Cabinet Kings in 2018 when I was building a new home. Since then I went to work with the contractor who built my home, and KCK is our go-to cabinet company for all our new custom homes, and kitchen/bath remodels. We work directly with the same design person with the company, and it is seamless working with the company. Weve never had shipping issues or damage claims. I cannot stress how cost effective their product is. Plywood boxes, solid wood doors, doors prepped for glass options, 4drawer base cabinet options, even some of the lines they carry the inside of the cabinets matches the exterior color, all finished ends... really no hidden additional costs. Customer service was great. Shipping was fine, product was undamaged. I went with the ready to assemble Imperial Blue. Assembly wasnt very difficult even for someone who isnt very handy like me. Cabinets looked great. Its been about 3 months and the paint is starting to chip or peel at the edges. Hopefully the touch-up kit works.

I bought a big kitchens worth of cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I feel like it was a good value. I bought the Thompson White style. The delivery was pretty fast considering it was a big order and they were delivered in good shape. The drawers had a few sloppy dovetail corners that I had to glue and some of the drawers wouldn’t close straight and were a bit hard to adjust, but I was able to fix these issues myself. I was able to have a professional cabinet installer install them for $40 per cabinet (about $1000) and feel like I saved at least 40-50% vs using a local cabinet company. Overall I am pleased.

The Pearl RTA cabinets are amazing. They are ridiculously simple to assemble, strong/sturdy, and look like custom cabinetry. We renovated our kitchen 4 years ago with the Pearl RTA cabinets and loved them so much we decided to use them in our laundry. We didnt even shop around this time because we did a lot of pricing 4 years ago and found these cabinets to be a great value for exceptional quality. Other companies gave us an 8 to 10 week lead time, we received our order from Kitchen Cabinet Kings in about 3 weeks as quoted. Delivery went smoothly and entire order shipped with no issues. The customer service is great if you are a DIYer taking on the large task of kitchen cabinets. The cabinets are well made, even better than I saw when shopping around at the big box stores or the multitude of cabinet places I went to. The paint job is well done (cant see any spots, globs, or places where the paint is thin and runny or cheap looking). Packing was well done too with only very minor knicks on some pieces that you cant even see once the cabinet is assembled). I did use wood glue in addition to the screw assembly - seems to work well for me but I dont know if it is really necessary or not, just made me feel better to do it. The easy reach corner cabinet is a bit tricky to put together, but the rest of them were assembled easily. Just take your time.

KCK was very easy to work with. I had some problems, I missed one cabinet and they added to the existing order to prevent any delivery charges. A few of the cabinets had defects which they replaced very quickly. Customer service was very good. They got back to me in a timely manner and kept me informed. I ordered the shaker style self assembly cabinets, the smaller ones that had been cut to size did have some rough edges. Also, on the wall cabinets the brackets holding the unit together are visible from underneath. It would be good if KCK offered something that would hide these once installed. The worse part of the whole experience was trying to read the assembly instructions. Parts were mislabeled, drawings were incorrect, there was no indication of what screws should be used, and there were no directions for assembling a corner unit. Once we managed to correct the assembly for the first unit the rest of the assembly went smoothly.The pricing was comparable with other supplies. I did not order samples so difficult to say if the quality was any different from suppliers.

Ordered 13 cabinets shacker style gray and Shame to say they sat for over 2 years in a spare room. Wife hired a guy to demo, assemble and hang them. We loved them so much I ordered 3 more. I was a little intimidated assembling these cabinets but once I started I had to give phrase at how easy it was, everything fit perfectly. I have already recommended these to family and don’t do like me, take the time to put them together yourself if will save you money

The eight cabinets I ordered are of very good quality and finish, although I have not assembled them yet. This review would have been five stars, but two of eight boxes of cabinets were delivered severely damaged, after inspection, two cabinets were lightly damaged. Delivery was slow at 5 weeks, but due to the pandemic I was expecting somewhat of a delay.

I purchased two base cabinets, put them together, to make an island. I bought a beautiful countertop for the island separately from elsewhere. I bought Gramercy style with three drawers in each base cabinet . I’m very happy with the way everything functions. I purchased the assembled base units and I’m glad I did. I recommend this company. Website navigation was easy. Customer service helped me with a delivery issue and everything worked out fine. I am impressed with customer service.

We were very impressed with the quality of the product and the speed of which they were delivered. We felt like the price of these kitchen cabinets was unbeatable compared to other new kitchens. Obviously, you need to put the cabinets together yourself (or hire someone) but the savings are still significant compared to buying a new kitchen from other companies. We would definitely use them again, when in need of a new kitchen!

COVID staffing shortages created huge delays in cabinet lead times so in my search to meet deadlines I found KCK. Selection and ordering was complicated by inconsistencies in cabinet sizes and availability across the varied styles. (example... this style has a 33 inch lazy Susan but this other style doesnt, could only get a double oven not a single etc...) I would have preferred to have had the assembled cabinets but the options I needed required me to order the unassembled ones, which actually worked out great, since I received them in two weeks! Assembly instructions were meager at best but its not rocket science. Overall they are a decent cabinet, the stained interiors are nice and the hardware seems pretty good. I would use them again.

Ordered a full Ice white shaker kitchen from KCK. All cabinets were delivered on a freight pallet in approximately 2 weeks. Had 1 small issue that customer service handled by replacing the piece damaged in shipping immediately. website is easy to navigate and offers lots of different styles. RTA cabinets arent for everyone, but if you dont mind the challenge and can take your time to assemble, you can get a great product at a great price. The cabinets are much better quality than comparable priced big box cabinets and KCK had higher end models than other vendors.My new kitchen completely transformed the look of the house. The beautiful cabinets and sculptured doors and drawer fronts were made from very good quality wood. They had heavy-duty durable hardware attached, which included soft-close technology. Push the door or drawer and it finished closing, quietly, all by itself!My order came amid the Covid-19 pandemic, which caused some unforeseen problems. Luckily for me, the folks at KCK have real live, knowledgeable, patient Customer Service agents on staff. They worked quickly and consistently with me to adjust my order and ultimately create a second order so that I could get all my cabinets in time to finish building my new home on time.The price for these high-quality cabinets was the cheapest I could find, online or in-store. This was surprising because the cabinets were not cheap in design or construction. Plus, KCK gives new customers a 10% discount. I was quite impressed with the whole process. I sent a drawing via a photograph and I was successful in ordering approximately $6000 in cupboards without any major problems. The shipment was arranged to be made at my convenience. We experienced some damage on one part of the order and it was rectified immediately and shipped right away. The quality of the cupboards overall is excellent. The assembly instructions could be more detailed but if addressed without panic, success is achieved. I read about Kitchen Cabinet Kings in one of my home repair magazines. They suggested that for remote location the Ready To Assemble Cabinets fit the needI concur. Great experience. Website was easy to use. Cabinets arrived quickly with no damage. Didnt have any issues putting them together. Final product was sturdy and has lasted for 7 years in a three children household. Only issue has been getting replacement parts. 4 yo was climbing on drawers and snapped the easy close guide that holds the drawer in place. Contacted company a few times trying to get a replacement part and had no luck. Wouldnt sell us a replacement or give us any indication of where we might find one. Was finally able to purchase online from a different company, but feel that the follow up service could have been better.

Im a contractor and I often use high End custom cabinets in my remodels. Ive had a few occasions were we needed to be a bit more price conscious. The first one as one of my on properties and I wanted to try these for the first time. I didnt ant to use them in a remodel not knowing ho the would be. So I did it and LOVED them!! The quality of the cabinet as great, especially considering the price!! I had one damaged cabinet in shipping and they resolved it quickly with no problems. I then went on to use them in a few jobs and as just as thrilled.BANG FOR BUCK is there!!! and quality beats most box store or home center stock cabinets.

We were pressured by time and ordered our cabinets without seeing a sample door through a friend of a friend we heard they were happy and good quality so we placed our order within a couple weeks they were delivered! One cabinet had a small amount of damage from the shipping we called the damage was replaced. We are very happy with the quality the entire process was smooth for us.

Had problem getting my cabinets. Took a couple weeks longer than supposed to. 2 cabinets damaged. They look good. Wont know durability till later. Seem good quality for the price.

My husband and I ordered these cabinets a little over a year ago. They are good looking cabinets too. We had some issues with some of the doors being warped. They replaced some of them but not all of them because they said that we should have checked on them before installation. Overall I would say they do not have the worse customer service. However my issue is with the quality of the cabinets. Before the year was up, I started noticing chips and nicks developing on these cabinets. I am very particular with my things. I have no children and Im basically the only one who operates in my kitchen. It is sad to see that the finish on these cabinets are deteriorating before a year is up and continues to do so. As Im already in with this kitchen, a review is what I have as a tool to warn others to think twice before using these cabinets. I payed like 12 to 13,000 for my cabinets. A lot of money to get this type of product.

Had a great experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Had a large selection of RTA cabinets to choose from including colors and styles. The prices were really fair as well and it was easy to find coupon codes and discounts. Customer support was really responsive as well. Delivery time was as advertised and once we received a call from the shipper it was at our home in a matter of days.The packaging of the product was done really well. None of our cabinets arrived damages, which was pretty impressive with the quantity we ordered. Constructing the first cabinet took us some time but it went really quick after that. Each cabinet seems really solid and of high quality construction and materials. Really pleased with how study they feel and smooth the finish is. Didnt have any trouble with any of the pilot holes not lining up either.Our kitchen isnt done as you can see from the pictures. We look forward to seeing how its going to turn out! I purchased American Made Broadway Gray Cabinets for a bathroom remodel and was very pleased with the quality/price etc. I shopped extensively around my home state, Colorado and online and found them to be the best American made option, Chinese cabinets werent that much cheaper and obviously not of the same quality so well worth the $$.

This remodel was just to sell the house and the owners did not want to put a lot of money into remodeling the kitchen. As a kitchen remodeler I found the staff helpful and the products were better than our expectations. The house got a full price offer in less than a week on the market. I have been in the remodel business since 1989 and I have seen my fair share of cabinets. I have installed cabinets from the big box stores, custom cabinets from local cabinet makers to very high end expensive cabinets. Kitchen Cabinet Kings has truly blown me away. Full plywood boxes, soft close doors and drawers, solid door fronts and the best hardware I have seen. You truly get the best high end custom cabinets from less money than the sub par big box store cabinets. The delivery time was quicker than I have ever received any cabinet order considering that their selection of sizes is right there with custom cabinets. I wasnt sure of buying RTA cabinets, especially from a company I have never done business with, but the cabinets came within a couple of days of promised; were easy to assemble; were solid when done. Paint was good. Drawer glides are really nice. The wood is more of a softwood of some sort, from China. Not as dense as an oak, birch, or even pine.

Looking for nice cabinets for the apartment at our church. Wanted both quality and best price. Our expectations were exceeded on both counts. Delivery was in less than 1 week. We had a group of volunteers assemble and install them. They went together well, look great. Love the soft closing doors and drawers. Needed a few extra shelf clips. Called and got them very promptly too. Excellent product and service too!

If you are a first time online cabinet buyer and are worried about the quality because of the inexpensive price... Stop worrying. The quality is better than any high-end cabinet anywhere, at any price. All hardwood everywhere, dovetail drawers, heavy duty hardware. I am a 57 year old nurse, and I put all 12 cabinets together by myself. The only con to buying these cabinets is that they dont come with step-by-step instructions enclosed, in fact, no instructions at all. The website has some great step-by-step videos, which I found very helpful. My only suggestion to Kitchen Cabinet Kings would be to update your videos to match any new hardware changes and have one specifically for attaching drawer hardware. My suggestion for new customers... BUY, BUY, BUY. You wont regret it.

Overall, it was very easy to select a style and receive the cabinets. The quality of the cabinets were great; however, be careful with white cabinets (the ones we went with) as every little blemish is very noticeable. There was at least one to two blemishes on every cabinet we ordered; however, most of them we decided to keep and install, as we could hide the blemish if it was on a side that could be covered or only on the back, etc. I must admit that was pretty disappointing - each box we opened, there was another blemish that we would have to debate on the spot; do we just want to install this and get our kitchen back in order, or do we want to go through the hassle of waiting a few more weeks for a replacement?With that said, the customer support staff was great and easy to deal with. Regarding the blemished items that we simply could not install due to the severity of the blemish, we received replacement pieces very quickly, which was surprising.Great delivery lead time - took under the two weeks they had promised.Great website - very easy to navigate and select products.Great price - it was half the costs of three other similar companies.I would use them again and recommend them, but would likely choose a different color other than white. I would presume that 90% of the blemishes would not have been noticed on any other color cabinet.

The order process went smoothly. We ordered sample cabinets decided on the shaker gray. You have to pay up front for the samples, but they credit you when you place the order. The website was easy to navigate when we made the order. A couple of items were on back order but didnt effect the project timing. Cabinets assembled easily and installation went smooth. The cabinets look great. My only issue is the return process. You have to pay for and arrange the shipping. I sent the item back a month ago. Confirmed delivery and Im still waiting on my credit.

I am a contractor and this is the 2nd kitchen that I have done with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. First experience was better than the most recent. There was quite a bit of damage to one cabinet and a lot of paint flaws. I will use them again but this is a big inconvenience because I ordered these for a customer and then we had to wait for them to ship replacement parts, so therefore the customer had to wait for us to start.

My new cabinets arrived in 10 days! They look very nice and are very sturdy. They are well crafted - very accurately put together which made installing them a breeze. The only improvement I would suggest to the manufacturer is to use longer screws on the brackets holding them together - as when the 2 part bracket overlaps, the short screws dont bite into the wood far and I actually had a couple fall out. I had to order 3 more cabinets to finish my kitchen, and i got them in 9 days! Super fast!

The self soft closing doors and drawers are amazing.The fully adjustable hinges and drawer slides make everything fit perfect and look great. The Pacifica cabinet design is the best we have seen.It was so easy ordering from their web site and the cabinets were delivered much quicker than they stated and in very good condition as they were very well packed.If we ever move and need kitchen cabinets again, we will not hesitate to get them from Kitchen Cabinet Kings.

Extremely satisfied customer here! We ordered Thompson White and we are thoroughly impressed with the high quality. Cabinets are NOT particle board! They are wood and plywood construction. One issue we have is with the cabinet doors on this particular style. When two cabinets are mounted side-by-side, if the doors open with backs going towards each other, the trims on the hinge side bump together before doors fully open and could cause damage. Maybe a spacer could be installed between cabinets for anyone that chooses the Thompson White. We are still thinking about a possible solution for this now that ours are already hung. Not a big deal though and the cabinets look beautiful! The website is user friendly and customer service is excellent. Would definitely come back for any future cabinet needs.

Quality solid wood cabinets. I definitely like the hardware used to assemble the RTA’s then some others I’ve used before. Unfortunately, one cabinet had was peeling along the edge. Looked like it may have had some water damage or wasn’t laminated properly. Luckily, it was a wall cabinet and I was able to spin it around and put that side along another cabinet. Overall though, quality cabinets and I’d use KItchen Cabinet Kings again.

Best price around for RTA cabinets. Shipping is fast and reasonably priced. Customer service was very helpful. I paid roughly a third of the cost that other kitchen cabinet companies quoted; and I believe I got a better product than what others offered. We purchased the Geneva line of cabinets. I love the quality of the mitered, raised paneled doors. The drawers are self-closing, dovetailed. These are high quality cabinets, but surprisingly easy to put together. Everything you need to make your kitchen look high end is available - crown molding, trim, light rails, etc. My husband and I were nervous to tackle the renovation on our own, because we have never done anything like this before. It was easier than we thought, and we are happy we did it.

This is the second time Ive ordered cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings, and both times I could not have been more pleased. They are great quality cabinets at a great price. Both times I did RTA, and they were very easy and quick to assemble. Only issue was their directions arent very good. Bunch of different screws that I wasnt sure where they went. YouTube to the rescue and then it only took 15 mins to assemble each cabinet. They came packaged well, but one of the cabinets the face frame had some wood slivered off. Customer service was great and they shipped me out a replacement right away.Overall extremely satisfied with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I highly recommend them and cant wait to use them for my next project.

As you can see, we were replacing very old cabinets in a little house our daughter bought and were super pleased with the results. There was wasted space at the back door, and I wanted to take advantage of it. I needed shallow/12 cabinets, to not stick out passed the doorway so actually stacked 2 wall cabinets with drawers on top of 2 more wall cabinets for a little pantry, that I just loved! Super handy to grab a snack right there on the way out the door! I also used two base cabinets to build an island, leaving room in between for the garbage can. We didnt want to make the room look smaller, by making the island too big, so the drop leaf ends were perfect to use when the niece and nephews came to visit their aunt! :) I loved the corner cabinets, too. The quality of the cabinets are impressive and I actually enjoyed assembling them, except for the corner base, which was the first one we did, (of course) and it was a bear. I believe I had ordered the one that followed the wall into the corner, but the one that came was angled at the back and the only one that was hard to assemble. They could really use a specific assembly video, on the website, for that one. (But, probably had a hidden camera somewhere and was getting a kick, watching to see how long it took to break me. lol) As I said, it was the only one that was difficult. The only other problem I had was the shipping company. My daughter was out of town for a week with her job. We knew the cabinets had arrived to shipper an hour away from us by Monday morning, so expected delivery Monday afternoon, then planned to assemble and install before she got home, Friday night, to surprise her, since it was right before Christmas. The shipping company indicated tomorrow for a couple of days, then said since we didnt have a loading dock to unload, they would have to wait. Its a residence....shipping dock? Cmon! Finally got them Friday, I believe, might have been Thursday evening, but way too late for the awesome surprise, so was VERY disappointed! Two years before this, we helped our son fix up an older house and bought in-stock white cabinets at Lowes. These are soooo much better. Wish we had known KCK existed before we did his kitchen! So, would recommend, would buy again for similar remodel and am very happy with this purchase!!! When she got engaged and married a year later, I was sad to see this house sell, but it sold in about a week and people raved over the kitchen! Thanks, KCK!

To say I am happy with my new cabinets would be an understatement. I am THRILLED. I was a little concerned before ordering because I wasnt sure about the quality. I ordered the door sample. In my case, I ordered the Graystone Shaker door style, and the all-plywood upgrade. I also ordered the cabinets assembled. The price was excellent. Whats more, the cabinets arrived a couple days before expected and my one conversation with customer service was friendly and helpful. The cabinets arrived heavily shrink-wrapped on a pallet. The last time I ordered cabinets from a big box store they arrived damaged. There was not ONE BIT OF DAMAGE on the Kitchen Cabinet Kings cabinets! The quality is extremely high. I am very picky and I just love them. For my kitchen in WV, I mixed gray/stainless/granite pieces with tiger oak antiques and shelves made of reclaimed wood from barns and driftwood from the rivers. For knobs, I chose a vintage design based on old dairy labels which worked great with both the gray and oak cabinets and the granite countertop. I was on a strict budget so I didnt order many of the upgraded accessories and trim, but I could not be happier. I will definitely use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again for future remodeling projects.

We needed a new island for our kitchen, and were quoted above $10,000 by a contractor to do the project. We didnt like that price tag and found kitchen cabinet kings online. I gave them the dimensions, and they had a design sent to me in less than 24 hours. I wanted a few changes, and they happily made them at no cost. Once ordered, the cabinets arrived earlier than promised in perfect condition. We attached them to each other, had a sheet of quartz installed, and I am so pleased with the quality. They are way better than our existing cabinets: dove-tail drawer construction, soft close cabinets and drawers. We ordered the pepper shaker cabinets. All in all (included the counter top) we ended up paying about half for the project, and just love it. I am hoping I can change this to a better rating, but so far my experience has been terrible! Ordered cabinets on May 25, it is now July 1 and I still haven’t received them. I was told that they would ship and be received, but after numerous calls to customer service I am without cabinets. I asked to cancel the order and they keep promising results and don’t deliver... I feel that they are just jerking me around.

We recently bought the Pearl preassembled cupboards from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. We were pleased with the cost of the cabinets when compared to other quotes we received. The cabinets arrived about two weeks later. We were very happy with the quality of the cabinets. They are very sturdy and well built, not to mention beautiful! There was very little damage to the cabinets during shipment, although we were missing a set of glass cabinet doors which the company promptly shipped to us. Their responsiveness to questions we had was impressive. I even got a reply back from them at 11:00 at night! The only complaint I had is that the instructions for assembling the pull trays and trash receptacle we ordered were very difficult to understand. Fortunately, our contractor was able to finally figure it out. Other than that, it was all good. This place is a nightmare. They are the middleman for the actual cabinet maker Innovation Cabinetry. Ordered a whole kitchen. First delivery, tons of damage and back ordered items. I realize the damage was likely from shipping. Subsequent replacements terrible packaging and labeling. Damage on replacements and colors way off. Its like they only put one coat of finish on the pieces that will be visible. Just got a call saying basically thats just the variations in color. I said that is absolute BS and she told me nothing they can do but return and refund the pieces. I said great, so I can have a partly finished kitchen, and she said Ill email them and see if I can find the paint color for you. I dont want a refund, I want a finished product that I paid for! So basically I paid $5k for some cabinets and some parts and end panels that I am going to try to have to finish myself. Would have just bought unfinished cabinets from somewhere else if I new this was going to be the case. Stay away. If they try to post a response talking about variation in color, do not believe that nonsense. The finished pieces and replacements are not even close. Even if they werent side by side, they would stick out like a sore thumb.

This was my third time ordering from KCK. These Ice White Shaker cabinets are great. They really brighten a kitchen and look and feel great.Delivery was on time as scheduled and once again, no damaged boxes. My only criticism is the directions that come with the cabinets are a joke. Having ordered from them three times now Ive learned through trial and error how to assemble them.

Great customer service. They responded to questions very quickly and were very helpful. The cabinets are absolutely beautiful and we have had lots of compliments. Once we figured out how to put the cabinets together, it was pretty easy and fast. You have to use the videos and a little trial and error - the written directions are useless and the videos can get you started but some are outdated (one told us to cut part of the toe kicks off, which wasnt necessary - it wasnt a big deal because we covered the toe kicks with a continuous piece, but it was a waste of time).
