Ordered top quarter of freshly roasted turkey. It arrived hot and was just delicious.Enough for a few dinners. mushrooms and egg barley also fresh, moist, and excellent.Reasonable prices. Just remind them to include gravy with the turkey

Improved since last time I visited

Disrespectful, I don’t understand how anyone could treat people this way in such an establishment. I was asked for my food to be wrapped and I was treated with the most disgust and disrespect for even asking. As I was waiting for the remaining items for them to be rung up by the register, they didn’t even provide the appropriate portion for my order. My order was over $100 dollars, nothing to sneeze at. When I mentioned it to them, they provided less of what I asked them. God awful service. This order was for a frequent Jewish Client. This is far below standard for a kosher establishment.

Thinking about five stars. This place is high quality higher than artisan I hear and it is true but I havent tried their meats or whole lot of their things they have frozen food and some foreign items maybe that are not just Jewish like you would think. Im a little ignorant what its supposed to be. But this is gla-kosher if Im too lazy to Google spell check.

I am leaving one star because I cant post with none! I remember years ago, they had the BEST hamburger! Today, I called to order my lunch for delivery. I was told I had to open an account, and put a credit card on file. JUST FOR LUNCH. I asked if I could pay cash. Was told that maybe they could change it when I picked up my lunch. I said, I said delivery! The woman on the phone said, Oh, yes. She was nice enough, but to open an account just to have my lunch delivered. Ill order Chinese.

Do go there as much as i would like but everytime has been superb. Friendly staff answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions. I love the steaks my favorite!!!

Very bad experience. Deli person left in middle of order and didn’t return. Owner did ask what was problem and they told him our man went downstairs to get something But wasn’t for us and no one else offered to help. Never did return. Girls at checkout actually joked about us among themselves in front of us when we complained. I’m very easygoing and seldom complain but this was too much. Would have spent more money as we really weren’t done but just had had enough will spend extra to get delivery from Kosher Marketplace on West Side next time.

As I was going to order a sandwich for an observant customer, I remember how incredibly nice they were last time when I couldnt park due to subway construction. One of the gentlemen, perhaps an owner, ran the food out to my car. I never went back to thank him, but Im ordering again today.

My Israeli friend asked for a kosher deli and I said lets go to Park Kosher. Upon our arrival I noticed no over head menu board to choose sandwich selections. My simple Roast beef sandwich was $14. Over priced, non courteous service. Even the owner in front of us was chomping on roast beef with his bare hands. Not good.

They have some pretty deli food but their frozen food (items you can get other places) are a total rip off. Way cheaper at other places in the neighborhood.

I called Mike at Park East the day before a bris for 80 people.Everything they did was perfect. The food, the staff, the presentation, and it was all done last minute. I can never thank Mike and the staff at Park East for saving the day. Thank you Park East.

WAY over priced. Staff not courteous when asked to reslove a problem. I know living in FL the shipping would be costly. But when its $100 for an order less than that...really?! I found a place right here in FL that only charges me $40 a box... perishable or non perishable.

I order every thanksgiving from this shop. The customer service is great, the quality of the product is great.

Very high prices made higher with a thumb on scale. Billing always wrong and no prices unless requested. I dont mind paying the high price if I know what Im paying. Hard to belive so many mistakes due to sloppiness. Cleans a chicken and trims a corn beef or brisket like no one else.

Park East Kosher provides excellent service for the niche crowd that wants kosher-only offerings. Definitely going back for more.
