Done in a few mins.My old watch had the screen smashed and another watch place told me it would cost more than the watch was worth to fix. I asked this guy and he fixed it for me for 24 bucks! Definitely recommend these folks

I just called to inquire about a book. The owner is very sweet and helpful but I told her that the google search shows the store as closed. She asked me to post that the store is indeed open on Carmine St. I told her I would b/c her shop is a NY treasure

Terrible way to talk to customers. I went to pick up a book for my wife for a civil exam regarding customer service, I didnt have cash on me - the person started shouting at me. She has no ettiquates and take out her personal frustrations on customers. She was supposed to hold the book for me for today, still she was literally shouting at me I will give away the book now. Maybe she should read the book a bit to learn how to deal with customers in non abusive way.

Mom and Pop book store but very good place to buy exam preparatory books that you cannot find in bigger book shps.

Im only giving 2 stars because they had what I needed but 1) the signage there is terrible. Its hard to find 2) its all cash. I called ahead and I didnt know that. 3) the people there sound like theyre high... 4) the store is an absolute mess.

They are very friendly and help you get the book you need, however it’s very pricey. I’d advice people to look for the book on Amazon or Barnes and nobles, or even borrow from the library.

Please call for new hours.
