Utterly happy with my Austrian Sheers! Received the utmost excellent service from this company. I chose peach to light pink sheer fabric which came from the mills in Greece! Austrian shade curtains is a very old fashioned style, very popular among European royalty. The ruffles cascade like waterfalls, leaving a very elegant look.Its a very Opera-like sitting room! The Austrians look beautiful with the velvet dark blue chaise and chandelier stand lamp.John was very helpful and knew much about the fabrics. Next i shall purchase valances and drapery!Update: We had golden draperies added in the sitting and dining room along with the Austrian curtains, with tassles that John gave complimentary! They also did our bedroom curtains. Beautiful lush red colour in silk material, also the cornice as well! Our home is ever so classy, lovely, elegant. Thank you John and Togas!

What great luck to stumble upon this gem of a place. The glamorous windows and interiors caught me eye, and enticed me inside. After admiring nearly everything, I made an impulse buy - sheer drapes. Crazy, right?At first I was apprehensive since Togas is new here in NYC, but John K. convinced me that I was in good hands. At first I had no idea what I wanted. But soon enough, a beautiful sheer fabric was chosen. John then sent his installer to my apartment to measure, etc. Carlos was precise, extremely careful and exact. A few weeks later and presto, fully installed and completely perfect. A not a wrinkle, not an inch off.I only write this way to assure others who find the whole process of buying custom drapes daunting. Theres no pressure or attitude at Togas. Here you get the highest quality look, at a very reasonable price.

I ordered curtains for 3 rooms in my house, and I had to get them in 3-4 weeks for a special event. John K and his staff at Togas were great to work with and were very professional. John guided me through every step from measuring my windows to ordering the curtains and reassured me about the installation process. The curtains are simply stunning, made of quality material and beautiful designs. I received my curtains within 10-14 days of ordering with plenty of time for installation for the big day. I highly recommend this company, and will order more in the future!

Nope. This store just seemed like a front for something else. The textiles were definitely top notch, but completely inaccessible and unnecessary. Doesn’t seem like a customer-centric place to shop IMO. Extremely overpriced, as I’m in the textiles industry, I just had to laugh at how silly this store was.

I have been working with John on new window treatments, and his personal attention to detail has made the experience wonderful. I am so glad to have found Togas -- and John and Tony.Updated in May, 2021. Nothing like staying home for a year to make you want to refresh your furniture. John and his team at Togas did an amazing job on two pieces of furniture that are probably 80+ years old.I wish I had the before pictures. And John could not be easier or kinder to deal with. A total gentleman when there was some confusion (on my part; my fault) about a fabric. Cant ever imagine using anyone else.
