Do yourself a favor. FIRST Go on the website, chat with a rep and get a bunch of prices including box spring, tax, delivery the works. Write it all down and then go into the store and lay on some of them at the store. Find what you like and negotiate. The store is always going to hit you with a higher price. The Store gave me a price and when I got home the website rep gave my wife a price that was $200 less. The website then gave me a price that was different then hers for the same exact item because they had me in the system and saw what the store quoted me. Also, do yourself a favor, when the salesman gives you a price, tell them you have to think about it and come back another day. They will drop the price without changing anything. Do this and youll get the best price. Remember this. A salesman is a salesman. Hes NOT YOUR FRIEND!

Steve was extremely helpful. I had just graduated and I went in not even looking to buy a bed at the time. He was so genuine and personable. He explained the whole process of how everything will work out as far as the delivery process and the flexibility on changing delivery dates as well. I would come back again!

Amber (our salesperson) was amazing! Not only did she help walk us through the online warranty process for our damaged mattress (purchase over a year ago online) and print out the necessary items, but also guided us through purchasing a new mattress and adjustable bed frame, and coordinated for a speedy delivery, and picked up the phone immediately (on a Sunday!) when there was a hiccup with removal of our old bed frame.Overall, the entire process was smooth, and Amber was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional.

Went in today totally lost on what we were looking for in a mattress. We were warmly welcomed by Amber. She immediately asked our names (and remembered how to correctly pronounce mine, something I always appreciate!). She dove right in, asking us about our sleeping habits and used some system to help us get started in finding the right mattress. We were incredibly indecisive. Amber never once rushed us, she took her time to explain the benefits and honest insight on the products we were considering. She stayed with us to answer questions, but also gave us moments alone to talk it over. I always appreciate having a moment alone to kinda debrief. In the end, we just couldn’t decide, but were incredibly grateful for Amber’s help. When we told her we wanted to take some time to think, she was understanding and even took the time to ask us about what we were hesitant on. She was helpful and thorough. Whenever we do make a decision, we will be going back to her! She is knowledgeable, friendly, has a good sense of humor and top notch customer service!

We do need a mattress store!! You can buy it online, but theres nothing like the store experience!!Jameel was fantastic, gave all the information I needed to take my decision. No pressure at all! The so called sleep experts here are paid by commission and will say anything to get you to make a payment. If anything goes wrong they will blame everyone but themselves.I ordered my tempur pro-adapt on 9/6 with Jameel. I solely ordered with him because he said and I quote that he promises the bed will be delivered on the same day I move to another state based on his 25 years of experience working there.And as youve guessed it, my mattress got delayed and no one told me about this until I checked the app on the day I moved. There I was, in a new city with no car and no bed to sleep in. I called up Jameel, who promised me a $200 reimbursement for an air mattress while the bed gets shipped, my bed continued to get delayed 3 more times after that (no follow ups whatsoever). Now I understand that tempur is short in supply at this time. What really annoyed me even after I got my bed, Jameel has been ghosting me about my air mattress reimbursement for 3 weeks.== update ==The manager reached out and resolved my issue immediately. I really appreciated the quickness in action and I hope similar experience wont happen to others.

Our bed frame was backordered for months, and Abdel worked with us so that the mattress would be delivered around the time the bed would be. Yesterday, my girlfriend and I went in to Mattress Firm expecting to go home and do some research/pricing before committing to a purchase. I also had some questions regarding vague statements on their website. We were not expecting to buy in-store, but we ended up very satisfied and buying a new mattress on the spot.At first, things started off a bit rocky. The first salesman that spotted us was overly pushy - I told him we wanted to try mattresses first and then we had some questions, but he insisted on having us ask questions first. Upon hearing our questions, he gave us the same company-line statements that I had read off the website (not helpful). Eventually he said “hold on, let me get you someone else to help you - I have a $20,000 sale upstairs that I don’t want to lose”. This bothered me...as a customer I don’t really care who else you’re helping. If you want my business, you should be patient and attentive to me, especially if you’re the one that approaches us. He definitely rubbed us the wrong way.Fortunately, Ryan the second salesman we worked with was excellent! He was patient, transparent, receptive, and let us guide the conversation. He showed us the mattresses we already had in mind while also bringing to our attention other mattresses he felt may interest us, all the while letting us spend ample time with each. Eventually when we settled on a mattress, he was able to match a lower price that we had seen online and reduce some of the additional fees. Overall, his customer service was excellent and we felt completely comfortable buying our new mattress through him. When you go to Mattress Firm, ask for Ryan!

I visited a department store today to shop for a mattress. I picked one I really liked, and it also happened to be on sale. Unfortunately, when I went to finalize the purchase I was informed the mattress would take at least four weeks to arrive based on the covid impact to the industry. As I am moving next week, that was an issue. On my way home, I stopped by Mattress Firm to see if they carried the same mattress. While they didnt have the same one, they had a similar option from the same brand and Jameel offered to match the sale price I would have received. Unfortunately, it didnt come with a free box spring like the department store offered, but since they are able to deliver next week, it ended up being a good alternative for me so I made the purchase on the spot. I hope the delivery is as seamless and efficient as my store visit was today. Thanks Jameel for the price match and help finalizing a good delivery option.
