I shop here often because it’s on my way home from work.Their customer service lacks and I’ve never experienced a hospitable staff ever! When I asked for assistance,one employee begrudgingly “Helped” me,it was pathetic. They get 2 stars for the convenience. Nothing special,just another “Typical” Beauty Supply store,most would know what I mean.

Dont pay attention to the rude comments. This place is awesome. Ive been numerous times. Staff is friendly/cordial. They have tons of products. Love their affordable make up options (lots), luxury hair products (hi, oribe) and little products you forget you need. I wonder if the rude comments were from rude customers. Just saying. This is the first review Ive ever written bc its a really good store. With Rickys closed, Im glad a place like this is still in nyc with even better options and super clean.

Came here for the first time looking for hair glue remover. The owner and cashier were very helpful. The cashier was knowledgeable about the products and was able to assist me with choosing two of the better options available. She told me what worked and didnt work for her and really made a daunting experience that much better. I didnt get your name, but you made my day! Once again, thank you so much!! 🎉🎉The store was clean, well lit and definitely well stocked!

They have a great selection of hair. I was looking for a ponytail. I love my ponytails!! I found the ladies in the store very helpful. Their price were very reasonable compared to the stores I normally go to.

This place is amazing. I have been to a lot of stores that try to do the same thing but this has been by far the best. It is super clean, organized, and has everything you need.They offer a HUGE and amazing range of products that will fits everyones budget.Might I add that they have an insane amount of amazing eyelashes and Japanese beauty products!!! ( I can only find Japanese or Asian beauty products at an asian grocery store.. lol )

Do not come to this store. They will literally still your money with low quality products and wigs that you can get for way less money on Amazon or another beauty supply store. The manager is a joke; rude, unprofessional and aggressive. He actually told if I go back to return my products... he will call the police. They are desperate for money due to nobody really have a good experience in there. So sad and so embarrassing. Shame on them all.

1st time in this store & it was awesome! I’m very happy it’s close to home where I can find everything I want, I can’t believe it! I’m wearing for years the Permanent hair coloring cream Alter Ego brand” what’s so difficult to find that I had to order delivery from a store in Queens and now I have it just 2 blocks from home! The lady asked me if I need help & so she immediately brought me to the right section to find my products, also they have very nice jewelry at great prices, I got excited about this store. The cashier were very nice & friendly to me too. So, this is my favorite beauty supply.

I passed by the other day with family that is visiting NY and came upon this enormous beauty supply. They have recently opened and Im glad they did. They are opened until late, which is great when Im on my way home from work and need to quickly get some last minute products. They have eyelashes, make up, hand creams, dry shampoo, tissues and anything one needs on the go, as well as for home. The staff were super friendly and so nice trying to communicate with my family who spoke very little English. Super patient. Will definitely be back.

By far the biggest beauty supply I have seen. I love their variety of products, as many have mentioned, and their great selection of hair and wigs. I could spend the whole day here finding new hair and facial products. Everything is well organized and not jammed together as other beauty supplies. Will absolutely come back to shop for more goodies!

An amazing store! I found everything I needed and more. Their face mask collection is the absolute best. I ended up leaving with more than 20 masks. Their workers were very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. They recommended and helped with choosing products I was indecisive about buying. I dont typically write reviews, but have to because my shopping experience was absolutely HORRIBLE.I happened to be running in the area and came here because I was looking for a nice, clean store.The setup of the store is nice, however, after entering the store, I was followed which made for a VERY uncomfortable shopping experience as I am NOT USED to being followed in stores.My appearance is usually running or business attire. In other words, a very non- threatening appearance.Once I reached the register, a young lady approached me out of no where and DEMANDED to check my bag. I was shocked and questioned why she needed to do so and that is when she informed me I had stolen an item.I addressed her about how she talked to me and she seemed dumbfounded.It was if she was clueless as to why I would be upset after being falsely accused of shoplifting.I questioned her and the cashier who was also hostile with me about whether this was a typical shopping experience for their customers.I also politely informed them to check their cameras as they have cameras everywhere.They never apologized or admitted to being wrong in their accusations.This is the first time in my ENTIRE life I have ever been profiled and accused of shoplifting.And will be the best last time I ever go to this store.I will stick to shopping online or going to stores that are in more affluent areas where the staff and management are more professional.The customer keeps the business running. Without the customer, there is no business or paycheck.Dont go here. Take your business elsewhere.

Probably the best beauty supply in the city! They’re welcoming, friendly, and most importantly they have everything in stock! I went in just to look around and ended up purchasing so many things! Absolutely love this store and will definitely be coming back soon!

The store is pleasant and clean. Unfortunately, the two purchases I made there were not good.I bought a brown color for my hair, dyed my hair red (I bought the sellers recommendation).Paul Mitchells cream feels like water and just does not do anything to the hair, the smell is also different from what I know.

Great Midtown beauty store.

Counterfeit products stay away. I purchased expensive shampoo and conditioner. When I used it it both were watered down. Owner told me I am selfish. It is water, smells bad, is not thick and did not Brazilian Straighten or condition.
