Kudos to Frank Shanley. He is the very first person at the entire dealership to actually treat me as a customer. First ever. Probably the last and only too based on all prior experiences. If you need to call service then ask for Frank. He is a real professional and a breathe of fresh air after nothing but heartache and frustration for the last two plus years.
Went to Maserati of Manhattan and Daniel Wang was there to help every step of the way. He was super patient and gave me and Andrew a great deal. He takes his time to explain everything and is very personable. I would recommend anyone interested in getting a Maserati to go to there and ask for Daniel. He will get you in the wheels you want.
DO NOT GO HERE! - From the customer service to the quality of products to their response time is simply awful! In the 5 times that I have had to visit this dealership it has always been a nightmare. Once they even lost my car in the upstairs parking garage and I had to wait over 2 hours for them to locate it. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else!
Zero stars ! Brand it’s trying so hard to stay alive but they turn away even last loyal customers, zero dedication for keeping current customers happy . Scheduled service 2 weeks ahead ( annual service and NY inspection sticker ) confirmations sent back and forth, rudely turned away at the door at morning drop off “ our technician quit, we don’t do service for month now “ like it would kill someone to call or email not to come ? took a day off at work for this, had to drive 2h to Maserati of Long Island 2 days later, if you sell cars figure out the service, it’s manhattan, middle of the universe, i ain’t in Nebraska, don’t go here with your Maserati, I’m guessing now they have green newbie tech ? Even worse ……won’t let him touch my MC stradale
TERRIBLR, TERRIBLE, SERVICE, They no longer have a Service dept. They do not have any mechanics to service Maserati, I found out when I went for my appointment, they told me that their 1 mechanic walked out on the job a few weeks ago and they cant replace him, they never bothered to cancel my appointment. They literally said sorry, good luck to you.When I asked why didnt you call me to cancel my appointment, the Manager replied Sorry thats on meDO NOT BUY a car from MASERATI MANHATTEN, They do not care about their customers after the sale, they are not nice in the service department, very unprofessional.You have been warned!!!

This is for MASERATI OF MANHATTAN.I made an appointment to have my Maserati Levante maintenance and checked for other possible problems. The vehicle was left at around 9am with the expectations of being picked up at around 3pm. When my wife got there at around 2:45pm the vehicle was still untouched and to make matters worse I was on the phone with a guy that works there by the name of Tracey who was telling me that my truck was on the lift and that it might have other problems. All this time Tracey failed to noticed that my wife was standing next my Levante in the first floor. And then called back to complain about the lies and asked to speak with the manager and was patch through a Braynt who said he was the manager. This Braynt was rude and said that there is nothing to do and that was it. As we continue the conversation I finally convinced him to make an effort to have my car picked up but he said that I still would have to pay for that.It’s unbelievable that this is the MASERATI!!! that we’re talking about. I mean, anyone would think that their service would be top of the line.In the end, their service is horrible, horrible, horrible. I felt like they were trying to con me out money.
This is probably the most unusual car purchase, at least for me, I never left our home, we live in the Rockaway Peninsula, we have previously test driven a Maserati Ghibili, in the summer at a different location, so do to certain reasons it wasnt convenient for me to drive to Manhattan, so I decided to call and Nicholas Tzivas picked up the phone after I asked to be switched to Sales, and I told him what we wanted, he emailed me all the paper work required, emailed them back, everything went very smooth, and when the car was ready he personally delivered it home. He is an unusual car salesman, very honest, very reliable and above all he does what he says is going to do. Simply put the best

They have worse service i had ever. I came here maybe 10 times ( it is just 5 blocks to my house otherwise will go another one ) they have incredible Bad customer service. I do not understand what is their problem. I made all complain about their service to Maserati USA. Someone needs to check this service from Maserati. They do not check your car when you doing for 15k mile service ( they just gave bill ) . I had to go another service to make sure they did that service.
This dealership is worst of the worst, dont ever take your car over here. They will scratch it and they will say I dont know we didnt do it. They will waste your precious time. Rude customer service they dont deserve any stars. They are in the heart of Manhattan they cant process and provide any service. Again very disappointed such a disgraceful place.
So I got the brochure in the mail to come and take a look at the Maserati - glossy, stylish enticing. Since I am in the market for a new car, I submitted an online request for an appointment and all I got back was an email titled Your new car ... with an empty body and just the name and phone number of a certain Peter Keller - no pleasantries like thanks for your interest, what time would you want to come by ... nothing!I then went to the showroom yesterday: walking into the showroom with a scent of stale smoke, a young lady barely said welcome and pointed towards the cars ... no can we help you or can I get someone for you ... nothing.My son and I looked around for about 10 mins and then left ... with no desire to spend a single penny there ... the aura of a second hand backyard sale is not where I am going to spend north of $100K.Ah ... got another lets put it not very elegant email from Peter Keller today ... to which I replied that after my experience I have not intention of spending my money there.Note: I went to the Mercedes Benz dealership afterwards, who actually treated me like a customer!

I needed to take a minute to compliment a salesperson at Alfa Romeo Manhattan. Her name is Angela Ramsumair. I am a incredibly particular and annoying customer. Angela did an exceptional job helping me. She had more patience than I could ever ask for. She was always in contact with me through my more than 75 emails and vehicle option changes. I wanted particular features and she did everything in her power to get me exactly what I wanted for an incredible jaw dropping price (in a good way). Upon delivery she was efficient and knowledgeable. She got me in and out of the dealership fast seeing as I was on a time restraint. I will absolutely be returning when my lease expires for another car. I will also be recommending anyone who is in the market for a luxury car to go there and ask for Angela. Thank you Angela for making my experience EXCELLENT!!!

Made an appointment to have a battery changed 3 days prior to service. Waited 6hrs because they didnt have the battery. Whats the point of taking an appointment with a detailed description of issue? It cost me more money in ost wages than the cost of the battery (under warranty). I would have just bought the battery at AutoZone if I knew I was dealing with dummies. What a bunch of brain dead idiots working here.

We spent 30 minutes to find this location which is at the other side of the main street. There are only few Maserati cars and many other brands. If you are looking for Maserati, better ask a staff for further information.

I stopped into Maserati of Manhattan and I was greeted by Angela, leasing a car can sometimes be so unpleasant,but not this time. I told Angela that I was interested in leasing the Ghibli in a couple of months and wanted to get some information and details on the car ahead of time. Angela ask me if I wanted to take it out for a test drive, she didn’t have to ask me twice, when we got back we went over some numbers and we came to a deal. Being unsatisfied with Maserati Central Jersey being unable to fit in my 6 month old GT to fix yet another problem with it, I read the reviews of Maserati Manhattan and was encouraged by the comment it was under new management.I phoned to book in with the service department. The first call I was put on hold for 8 minutes, so hung up and called back. I explained the situation and was told I’d be put on a brief hold. 10 minutes later, no one had come back to me.Can anyone recommend a Maserati service center that actually provides service??????
