Pleasant to buy from but refused to honor the battery warranty. 24 month warranty printed on battery, they insisted it was 18 months. Do not buy anything if you actually care about someone backing up the warranty or quality of what they sell.

Twice the price of what things should be. Never again will they ever see me.

The staff is helpful and friendly. When the battery I bought there went bad, they delivered the replacement to my apartment free of charge -- great service! Still a good idea to call before you go to make sure they have the party in stock, since its a pretty small place.

I wanted new window wipers but didnt know what size. They looked it up for me and even told me that they would have come down 100 streets to where I live and delivered and installed the wipers for free! Very friendly and warm and all the vibes of a small boutique store!

I would normally go-to AutoZone or advance Auto parts but decided to try the smaller parts store and they did not disappoint. Super extra extremly friendly and helpful people and service. I needed a headlight which they had for a cost much lower than what I can remember paying at the other stores. The guy that helped me even came out in the cold to make sure I got the part installed properly.

These guys dont make women feel like theyve never seen a female before. This is a strictly business atmosphere.

One guy was nice but once I got introduced a swindler that wouldn’t tell me the return policy in case a battery they were “guessing” would fit wouldn’t fit, I went two blocks away and got treated like a human being. Just go to Ralph’s, don’t waste time here.

What can I say, an auto parts in Upper Manhattan that is accessible, has a ton of stuff, had what I needed. Is computerized, treated me really well, took back my used battery later for credit, I hope it survives the increased rents.
