Came here for the first time to get body repair after a hit-and-run on my 2005 Acura. The owner Gary was very easy to work with, kept me up to date on the progress and got the repairs done quickly. The new parts and paint look great. His rates are also considerably cheaper than what my dealer charges. Will likely return to Gary for any future work or maintenance.

Gary and the crew at Marmin did excellent, highly professional work on my damaged car. Gary dealt with the insurance company for me and all I had to do was drop off the car and pick it up when it was finished. The car, which is 10 years old, looks better than ever. Definitely recommend Marmin.

I never write reviews unless I am totally blown away. My parked car was hit, the entire side was smashed front bumper hanging, mirror off; it was the other drivers fualt. Gary is the owner and he is amazing. I called him and he had somone pick up my car 2 hours later. He delt with insurance and was so kind and personable with me. Less than 2 weeks later he had someone drop off my car in perfect condition and even gave me a discount for paying with cash (the insurance company sent me the check). He also check my oil, put air in my tires, washer fluid, fixed a bulb and send the car back vacumed and cleaned. Honsetly, it does not get better than this. I called around to a few places and they were all short and rude. I got Gary on the phone and knew right away he was a stand up man. He really really came through. Thank you, Gary!

0 knowledge on what they are doing. All they want is just take the money from the insurance as quick as possible. I gave Gary my car after an accident, yes great job on the outside, I won’t take that away from him. But mechanically he didn’t do anything what he was supposed to! My car has a huge noise after I put the car on Drive. All he told me was oh yeah go to someone else they might do it for you. I brought him the car expecting that everything was going to be fixed but was very disappointed after I took my car from him and took the money from the insurance for one thing but yet told me that he can’t fix it the most important thing!!! Why do I need you to fix my car outside when the inside you didn’t do anything???? DO NOT TRUST HIM! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!After Gary responded:Gary, the insurance initial estimate was 3k, but you brought them up to 6k correct? The estimator said that you told her that was not from the accident, how do you want them to cover it? And why would you say that?

The whole experience was so easy. They handled all the insurance paperwork. All I needed to do is drop of the car. Every evening, I got an update texted to me. Its been a while since I had my windows tinted here, and so far I have had zero issues. Most people only review a company that does poor work, but these guys did a great job. The tint still looks good with no issues or bubbles and at a great price.

Had a great experience with marmin. Gary was very communicative when there was delays ordering parts and once they arrived the body work was done in a few days. I was pretty upset after getting in an accident in a brand new car but you can’t even tell it looks beautiful!

The repair was terriific. The car was damaged by a stupid driver who went backwards against my parked car. It looked terrible. Marmin repaired the damage quickly and I left with the car looking like it came from the dealer.

They were fast efficient and very helpful in getting my car in and out of the shop I expected a week and it was done in three days and they did a magnificent job.

Had some serious restoration done on my 2013 ACURA TL. After several months it required additional attention. Marmin could not have been more terrific in taking care of the problem..immediately. Not a question asked. I must give Marmin a 5 star rating for customer satisfaction all the way. And it looks beautiful!

At first I was panicked as to where I would bring my car, I thought the closest body shop would be in one of the outer boroughs not 7 blocks from my pad. So I call AAA and the take my crippled auto over to Marmin on 73rd. From the start I gained a sense of comfort. Although its a material object we tend to get emotionally attached to our rides and need some comforting when their ATTACKED BY A DAMN oops sorry calm down.

They have done excellent work on several of my cars over the years. They may take a little longer than other shops, but the results are worth it.

I dealt with this marmin team as well as the Bronx one. What a horrible experience. I left progressive because they suggested this place. Numerous visits, bad repair, and sheer incompetence: all in one place. Sad, really.
