Went here with my friend after doing an event in the area and definitely recommend it! We got the flight and decided to split it. I definitely recommend splitting it since it can be a lot for just one person, especially if youre coming for dessert after a meal. The server who was on when we came in was really lovely and helpful! I didnt get her name but she had blonde hair and immaculate eyeliner. Her input was super helpful and she had some funny comments as well! Nice place for a casual hangout and little reprieve from the heat. I think it would be nice for dates.
One of the best concepts Ive seen. An affogato bar!! Wow. We tried the flight of 4 different affogatos with various drinks (espresso and hot chocolate), various ice cream flavors, and various toppings. Simply amazing! And the lady working there that day was super friendly! Next time Im Nola, Im definitely going there.
Amazing coffee. The best Vietnamese coffee I’ve had in the Nola area. Highly recommend this place.
Excellent stop for a break. Small and cute. This shop felt local rather than the busy popularity of a tourist shop. Theres a public transportation stop close enough for people watching if youre lucky enough to get one of the two or three tables. Or just take your purchase to the nearby park and enjoy some sunshine with your coffee.
Didnt know what to expect. My first time trying Affogato (espresso over ice cream) and Wow! What an experience! Poured that café right over the ice cream and tasted just like Tiramisu with a soggy biscuit. Fantastic. Small place, not too big so you may need to stand or take it to go. Not sure how that would work since pour over in a bowl is best. Because of that Ill leave it at 4 stars.
We stopped here on a previous trip to New Orleans and decided to come back for dessert again on our next trip. The affogatos are so very delicious, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The food presentation is amazing! One would expect to be greeted by bubbly, friendly, and very social employees when coming into a dessert place. At least a smile or two, right? We thought it might have been a fluke the first time we came and that maybe they were just having a bad day, but, unfortunately, that was not the case. The second experience with the staff was just as bad as the first if not worse. The staff needs to take a few courses in southern hospitality. Its sad because the ice cream and espresso combos are very creative and tasty and they would hit every mark if the experience was pleasurable. The place is simple and clean, beautifully decorated but very cramped. Its a small space and does not accommodate larger parties well. The coffee is also very good. If you want a great snack and dont mind not feeling welcomed at an establishment, this is definitely the place to go to.
Awesome artisan coffee and desert spot. Great service. Open late. And the banana fosters was excellent.
Hours completely inaccurate. Sometimes closed in the middle of the day. MAKE SURE YOU CALL BEFORE YOU GO!
So awesome! I was dining nearby on Poydras and Googled dessert nearby and found this place. Super cute and cozy, fancy vibe, and no plastic utensils or bowls! You can build your own sundae which comes with one or two scoops, toppings, and a shot of something hot on the side like espresso or hot chocolate. I opted for just 2 scoops and was not disappointed! Friendly service and they were open until 10pm on a Sunday!
My iced oat milk vanilla bean latte was great, her vanilla bean ice cream was delicious, our customer service experience was delightful. Best and only good experience in NOLA so far. Highly recommend this place!
The coffee is so good!! Vanilla bean latte is great on a cold day. They make the lavender syrup in house which is awesome. The employees were super cool and helpful. Try the matcha ice cream
Such a great vibe! Employees are super nice and helpful. I usually get an iced caramel latte with almond which is so yummy!! I’ve also tried their dairy free ice cream and it’s the best I’ve had😊
Excellent Vietnamese Coffee ☕ so good and so many options!
Small place but I like the green tea ice creams.
They were closed. Maybe next time
Tried to visit twice during business hours, closed both times.
One of the best coffees Ive had in the States
Katera is fabulous —& the affgato is the best I have had since Italy!!!!!!
The atmosphere of the place was very cozy and peaceful. The coffee was excellent. Perfect place to spend a sunny day studying.Definitely would come back.
Fantastic place for desert! They have a bunch of different ice cream flavors and blend together some amazing concoctions.First tried some of the pistachio ice cream. Delicious. Had tiny chunks of pistachios. Yumsters!!Also had the banana foster. It was banana ice cream with whipped cream. Topped with freshly caramelized banana. Then pour over an espresso. Sooooooo good. You have got to try this place!
Great place!! Espresso was rich and the Tiramisu was unreal! Great service!
They have a vegan ice cream option but they said it was too cold to serve so... Maybe next time?
Looks like theyre out of business
Coffee. Ice cream. Yummy.
First time here and I enjoyed completely! Service girls were really cool & friendly. I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk and it was delicious. I also ordered the cookies & cream ice cream which was top notch delightful & I dont even like ice cream! Decor is modern and clean and the whole vibe is dope. Small place but worth a stop in. Also enjoyed that they stay open till 10pm..such a plus
The only time ever in a coffee shop where they give the recommended steeping time for tea. The cortado was also spot on.
Closed down at 7:15 p.m. so I cant review this place. So 1 star is all I got for them.
Very small location but great ice cream
I love this little ice cream and coffee bar. Its exactly the kind of thing I want to find in New Orleans. Id recommend this place to anyone who just wants to have a sweet Sunday afternoon with their partner. The ice cream is delicious and I cant wait to go back!
Had the bananas foster affogato....it was soooo good!!
