My surgical experience was great and I think Dr. Pan did a really good work. To be clear my recommendation is NOT a complaint but a suggestion.I saw Dr. Pan in her office once and it was 5 months prior to my surgery. Im very surprised leading up to the surgery there was no other conversations with Dr. Pan or the nurses. However, they did contact me for my lab works. Most information I received was on YouTube because I did not feel I had enough details on my surgery. There definitely should have been a meeting with Dr. Pan leading up to the surgery or her nurses.In any case, I have no complaints about the staff, my encounter with them were always pleasant, especially after my surgery. Dr. Pan is a very talented surgeon. I think its the patients responsibility to be informed, but the office could have been a bit more involved in that educational process. I am extremely happy with my results, I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Pan is amazing!!! The care and services provided at Esana are the great. The entire staff are very professional and courteous at both the New Haven and Guilford locations. I had the best experience at Esana. I went in after an implant of mine had popped and Dr. Pan made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They got me in right away and my surgery was so easy. My first time getting implants I was out of commission for 2 weeks. With Dr. Pan I was not even sore after 4 days! I highly recommend them and say that they not only are professional, but caring!

I bought a serum from Esana, opened it several weeks later, and it was completely empty -- no product inside. Esana refused to exchange it, telling me there is no way for them to verify m claim.

I have been a patient at esana plastic surgery for a couple of years now. Every visit of mine has been the best I could hope for. Dr. Pan is absolutely amazing. All the treatments I have had have delivered the results I hoped for. In addition, it’s always a pleasure to be greeted so nicely by the front office reception. They always make me feel so welcome. I had a procedure done that left me with “dog ears”, so I had to have another procedure that then left me uneven and butchered. I then had shots that left me dented in areas and topped it off with cool sculpting which made no difference. This work was done on my mid section and I look 3-4 months pregnant after all that. The experience wasn’t what I was expecting. Although I am disappointed with my results, it was my choice to go, so I try not to live with regrets, but how could I not.

Unreliable, unethical and rude. Don’t wast your money with Dr. Pan. After spending $1500, I’m not sure we’re she injected me that I see no results!Was that water injected? I’m not sure! But, the doctor is rude and when I asked why I don’t see any results she said that I should have paid for another, third, injection!!Really? 3 injection at once?? I’m not sure what she injected me with that no one sees any results in my face! Stay away!

I have been a patent of Dr. Pans for over 10 years. The first time was for an eye lid lift which came out fantastic (and still looks great!). Over the years I have seen her for non surgical procedures. The staff is very professional and accommodating. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my scheduled appointment time.

Dr pan was seriously the most sweet caring person she didn’t make me feel pressured or nervous about my surgery. I would highly recommend dr pan!

Wasted my hard earned money for one ultherapy session. Dr. Pan begins procedure and ends the treatment without even touching the area of concern on my neck. I ask why she isnt treating the area which I consulted for. She claims she must do the upper neck first and that the lower neck will cost more money. Um what? This was never discussed. I feel this was dishonest on her part. She tells me if I dont see results she will apply my money towards kybella in three months. Follow up three months later and of course there are no results since the area of concern on my neck was never treated. Dr. Pan has the nerve to accuse weight gain as the reason I am not seeing results.( Mind you my weight never changed) I had to remind her she never even treated the area of my neck I wanted done. She doesnt mention the kybella she promised and tells me to come back in another three months. No thank you. No one even called back or cared that I was not satisfied. Broke, angry, and disappointed.

I had surgery by Dr. Pan and couldnt be happier. She has such a wonderful bedside manner and was so knowledgeable that I would highly recommend her to anyone needed a surgical procedure!! Even the staff was really supportive and nice!

Esana Plastic Surgery Center and MedSpa is a great experience. From the front desk where the girls greet you to what ever facial or procedure you are having done. The doctors and nurses and estheticians are very knowledgeable and will help you with whatever you are considering doing. The facility is state of the art and their skin care line is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this facility.

I needed breast Ca surgery about 6 years ago. I never hesitated calling on Dr Pan to be my plastic surgeon. In fact, she was the reason I ended up choosing the New Haven breast surgeon that did the mastectomy. I work in an operating room, and am shocked at the results women get from other providers. My result was perfect. I never had an infection, was never talked into a surgery that involved potential compromises to other body parts, and never had any regrets about the results I was promised.I was also back to work in 3.5 weeks, taking care of other people in the operating room.5 Star surgeon and care!!!

The care and attention that has been given to wife was second to none. Dr Pan treated my wife with honesty and respect. My wife has been thrilled with her results and even when there were a few small set backs, Dr Pan and Gaby were right there to help.

Staff is wonderful and dr pan is is the sweetest and very knowledgable . After my treatment I was feeling some discomfort . I wasnt sure if it was normal or not . I called the office and dr pan saw me right away . I addressed my concerns to her and she told me its perfectly normal to have a little pain swelling. Days have passed and the treatment I had looks wonderful. Im loving the results . Will def recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fresh look .

I am a real fan of Esana Med Spa for two reasons: the aesthetician Vickie and Dr. Davila. Vickie knows an enormous amount about skin care and makes suggestions for what you can do to improve your skin without pushing you to buy products or get treatments. My skin has improved enormously since I started getting regular microneedling and microdermabrasion with her. Especially because I am older than most monuments, people are genuninely astonished by my skin, and thats mostly due to Vickie. Im also a real fan of Dr. D. who has an artists eye and people who go to him never have that exploding pumpkin look that is all too common among women who get fillers. And before I forget, I also highly recommend Stephanie the nurse who does IPL. Photo facials are great for dark spots but they hurt like hell and Stephanie does everything she can to make them easier to bear.

Plastic surgeons have a different and more complete perspective compared with dermatologists. I have been a patient for more than two years, and have undergone Ultherapy treatments, Botox, and filler. The results are natural and never “overdone “.

I recently went to Esana for a consultation regarding some concerns I have with my skin and aging. Dr. Davila was fantastic, very down to earth and easy to talk to while still being very informative. As for skin, I booked micro-needling with Vickie and recently met with her for my first treatment. Ive had this treatment in the past, but the level of service, skill and attention by Vickie was outstanding in comparison. The procedure itself is beneficial for anyone, but the quality of the work at Esana exceeded my expectations. I cant wait for my next treatment!
