Always have a great time here. Winter is an especially helpful associate who is caring and attentive––she walked me through the whole candle selection and helped me find a brand I had never heard of. Very appreciative of their consideration.

The women who work at the New Haven location are wonderful. During my past few visits, Ive been helped by Winter. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to answer my questions regarding the different skincare lines. And I ask A LOT of questions. ;) Winter is thorough and honest and doesnt push the most expensive products but the ones she believes really make a difference. There are so many good brands out there so I appreciate her expertise and opinions. Today she turned me onto a great mask by PTR. Already my face feels smoother after the first application. I always feel welcome when i enter this store and leave with many good treats. Thank you.

I was in this store today, my fist time ever.My experience was wonderful! I got my foundation matched and my make up freshened up. All the help I got was friendly, not pushy at all.The selection is great and the 20th-anniversary gift with purchase is the icing on the cake! Thank you, ladies!!

I went in on Christmas Eve to get a few more gifts and I was aware it was last minute shopping. When I arrived I was greeted well and given help, but while walking around with some products in my hand one employee kept asking me if i was going to buy that. I said Yes multiple times and when asking if they had a product stocked i was told No we dont, you waited until last minute and while checking out she said Can everyone just leave. I understand the frustration of working Christmas eve but the attitude was not exceptable and I did not feel welcomed in the store.

I have been to this store numerous times and every time I walk out I say please remind me never to go back...and after this last visit I never will the sales lady was rude and couldn’t be bothered and acted like I couldn’t afford to buy anything!! Little do they know I am a makeup junky and the lost a good sale!! I will stick to Ulta anytime!!!!

Fun store! Knowledgeable salespeople who arent pushy. Love their Hourglass section.

The salespeople were really nice without being overbearing and they have a great collection of skincare and makeup products. The NARS & Bobbi Brown counters are especially good.

The staff is always so excellent to me, I would personally put in my resume if they would take a chance on me, I love ❤️ their product selection and brands the new Haven location doesnt have everything but they are always in stock of my favorite products I go to pick up my LaMer powder religiously aswell as the soft fluid foundation they have a great skincare stock As well as Hourglass Bobbi Brown NARS etc etc

Very Knowledgeable ladies that work at this location however because of being a yell branded area the customers a very rude and they will walk in front of you cut in front of you and talk all over you

They simply turn to the worst attitude if you are not going to purchase their most expensive product lines

The sale associate was rude today hopefully this don’t happen again. She lost a good customer today smh 🤦🏿‍♀️
