Robert B and the staff were awesome. I had a flat so called aaa. They came out quickly and got the spare on. Spare was low too, air compressor didn’t work but had enough air to get me home. Another employee (didn’t get his name) came out to me as I started driving and escorted me to the shop where they had another compressor. Put air in the spare and I was on my way. Thank you for your help!

Picking up my daughters car was a nightmare they made us wait until they finish eating or doing whatever it was doing to come and help us

If I can give no stars I would. AAA used this company to tow my car and my experience with Nick from beginning to end was terrible!!! At some points I was trying to gauge whether he was professional but no not at all. I wanted to get towed to Brooklyn and he told me no one would be available (Saturday) until next day and I needed to get to Brooklyn ASAP. So I called AA again inquiring about another company he kept checking on me to make sure I wasn’t calling AAA saying we are the only company who services this area so I HAD to wait for him. He even put a spare tire on saying he took it from a junk car but once another company came he’s like I’m taking my spare back lol so petty but I didn’t care because I had a spare in my truck. I’m sorry Nick but clearly you were wrong after talking with AAA and telling them I need to be home to BK ASAP they were able to find another company and the guy was awesome! I should have known from the 2 stars this place would be a joke!

Wish there was a “ no star “ option Horrible service, got here two hours before my car And waited only to find out the driver was having a photo shoot for Facebook with it. The man at the front desk was picking in his pants while speaking to me and everyone there looks like users. I wouldn’t trust them with my car even if their service is free!!!

Negative * because yesterday they try to take my dad‘s car claiming that he didn’t see the sticker on the windshield because it was on the tinted window when there was another car fully tinted with the sticker on the windshield and didn’t claim that he saw it on the car which makes no sense and there were multiple cars in the parking lot which he had not observed at all. Only seemed to be observing my dad’s car which was kind of skeptical....

Stranded in Connecticut with a flat tire and on a deadline to get to New Jersey Lombard Motors on a deadline to get to New Jersey Lombard motors were able to not only tow me but to also accommodate me with a flatbed per my request. The driver was very nice and actually quite funny. I had been very stressed waiting for the truck but within a few minutes of the tow he had me laughing. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

PAID 642 DOLLARS TO GET A CAR OUT THAT WAS IN FOR LESS THAN 48 HOUR . Would have picked up 6 hours after the tow, but they were closed. Ill be taking this to court.

Thanks to Louis. Friendly helpful and got us out of a dangerous spot on the highway. He took both us of home and went out of his way to put the car where we wanted.

Aside from the fact that they towed my car (which is their job, I cant hold it against them), it was a totally non-frustrating customer service experience. Thats pretty high praise for a business whose job is mostly to hold your vehicle for ransom. Also, it wasnt the most expensive tow Ive ever had. Thats something, right?

Overall unpleasant experience with these shitbags they have running this place. They towed my car, went to pay to get my car back and they only take cash. Paying cash wasn’t a problem, they didn’t have an ATM and they could not break a $100 bill because they have no cash. A PLACE THAT ONLY TAKES CASH DID NOT HAVE CASH!? Also, I noticed that they had ripped the underside of my front bumper when towing my car. These people are clueless and do not have any experience or professionalism when it comes to their company. Complete and utter trash

Very unprofessional and rude. Front desk guy had no clue we were waiting to be attended at the window he was on his phone with his feet up scratching his body... The Manager posted my car on Facebook “ Lizandro Santiago” also bragging about towing my car which was very unprofessional and uncalled for so disgusting.

Extremely poor customer service with sick management. Full of lies and ready to rip money out of people. Nasty front desk. They look out for easy preys and always charge excessively. There is response to manager when you write to them. Never ever use this service for anything.

George who works here was towing my car for street sweeping ticket. I was at my car right in front of my house and asked him not to tow and he said he won’t tow it if I go get a credit card. I went inside my home to get the credit card and he quickly drove off with my car. I went to pick up my car and there where pitbulls at Lombardo that where viciously barking and I feared for my safety. They opened the gate so I can go in and get my car. My car was not parked where all the other cars where parked. It was parked in the middle of the lot exactly where a deep ditch was, and the only way for me to get into the car was to walk in about 1foot of water, it was raining. But it seemed that George purposely unhooked my car in a deep puddle so I would have to get really wet and dirty to get into my vehicle. Stay away from this place at all costs.

91 South on 8/26/17 at 4:15pm we just witnessed one of their trucks (a white one) driving so irradicaly all with a silver Hyundai Accent on the back with Florida plates which I hope was his own car as he was reaching speeds well over 90 with that little car on the back. Crossing two and three lanes is traffic at a time. Mind you, no brake lights on the Hyundai made it even more difficult as he was following everyone so closely that he was hitting the breaks a lot at times. Scary to watch this happen! Not sure the owners will care but as a business owner myself, I would certainly want to know if one of my employees was driving my vehicle like this. In short, after this I would not use them for transport of any kind. Yikes!

Bryant the secretary behind the front desk was extremely unprofessional. My car was towed.. of course I was upset but when I ask questions, do your job and return with polite answers. He slammed the front window twice and said that I was combative? My car wasnt there yet.. that is my personal property. I have a right to know why my car wasnt there when it was towed an hour ago. When I asked him for the manager he said he was the manager. When I asked him for his supervisor.. he wouldnt give me his name and told me if I want to talk to anyone that I would have to come in the next morning (rudely)... also, the sign said we had to pay with cash. However the people before us paid with their card... We gave Bryant our card and of course the machine went down (yeah right what a liar)... so he wouldnt even try our card again and supposedly got on the phone with his boss and they said we had to go to the ATM.... Ive never been treated with so much disrespect. Im not trying to get out of paying a towing fee by all means but Bryant should be fired or take a class on professionalism.. there are people out on the streets who are desperate for jobs... this employee definitely downgrades lombards towing name.. I hope he learned a lesson tonight, if not one day he will.

There is a guy name frank he is so rude and bitter he refuse to let you talk to the owner I recorded are conversation he has very poor customer service I will be speaking with Tonie harp to see what she can do about this company’s contract with the city of new haven I’ve never felt with any one with such poor work ethics in my life how do you threaten to junk someone’s mother ashes unless I pay him 600$ for a totaled car I’m appalled at how they handle business

They came out threw AAA to change a tire,which they did but my lock lug got stuck in his lug wrench. This happened on 12/3/19 and the gentleman said he would go to the shop and get it out and return it. Here it is 12/14/19 and have not received it yet. Ive called 5 times for it and Ive been given the run around, making a formal complaint with AAA. about it.

Just witnessed one of their trucks pass two cars illegally by driving into incoming traffic. Next they drove through a red light. Whoever was driving should lose their license along with their job. I called the company to report it and got next to no response from there operator. Stupid and dangerous.

Their towing service connection with Eastview Terrace sucks. Towing residents cars for parking in fire zone when theres no sign up stating there is no patking. I feel they are money hungry and out to rip people off. I hate these people.

Bad customer service and just difficult to deal with. Recently had an issue with my car and took three trips back and forth to them to get it taken care of (no sense of going out of the way for the customer). Im going to be reaching out to AAA to remove them from their approved auto repairs list due to all the negative reviews about them.

They told me a price to fix my truck after they towed it & guaranteed it could sit til their mechanic could check it. After he told me he couldnt fix it, they upped the price. Disgusting

I used Lombard through AAA. The driver arrived 1.5 hours after my call. He was there to fill a flat tire. He showed up with a portable air tank & the air tank had 19 psi in it which clearly isnt enough. The tank holds 125 psi.Then he decided to install my spare & couldnt get the tire off after he removed the wheel lug nuts. So i pulled the tire off myself & he got upset with me for getting involved. We yelled at each other for about a min & then he finished the tire change. If you are in the road assistance business, keep your portable tank full or at least enough to fill a tire & if you arent strong enought o get a tire off, dont get upset when someone does it for you!

Rude people and wanted to charge me $350 to get my own stuff out of my car and stole my tools 2 years ago and said they not responsible
