I called and scheduled an appointment at exactly the time I wanted. I arrived on time and auto appearance was running on schedule as well. I requested the windows be tinted to match the rear factory tint and it is very close. The total time of the installation was 20 minutes. The work appears to be flawless. This is the second vehicle they have tinted for me and most definitely not the last. I would reccomend this place to my family members if asked.

I would of used this business had they answered their phone or called me back after I left a message. I gave up after calling 20 times. Found someone else. They clearly must be doing well enough where they don’t have to answer their phones.

Went to have a remote start installed. Great price and great people. Other places tried to sell more than what I needed or not helpful at all. Worked with Jeremy, very helpful and honest about the quality of product he is selling.

You are going to have one of two experiences here:A) You will deal with the owner. Very nice, professional guy who will do anything to make sure you are happy with the work Auto Appearance does for you. If something is wrong, he will make it right again and will do it all with a smile.B) You will deal with the other guy. No personality, cutoff-sleeves, gets upset at the idea of fixing anything that did not come out right the first time. Reminds you of the attitude of a certain Seinfeld character. Walk in, give him your money, get your work done, leave, say nothing and hes fine. Ask about something that did not come out right the first time and his day is ruined. Sadly enough, this guy tends to work the customer desk. Not sure why.I had some work done and was very happy with it at first. Unfortunately, I noticed there was some dirt/debris in the tint. I called and spoke with the owner who was extremely helpful and offered to look at it and replace it for me if it was going to lead to issues in the future. When I showed up for my appointment, unfortunately I got the other guy. I told him the situation and he came out to look at the tint. He got in the car, saw the issue, then just walked back into the garage. Said nothing. After a few minutes, I walked into the waiting room with another customer. After he helped the other customer, Cutoff Sleeves just walked away, again saying nothing to me, and went out to complain to the owner that I came back and had something in my tint. After hearing the owner tell Cutoff Sleeves that he had spoken to me and said he would fix the issue, I decided to sit down and wait my turn. The owner also told Cutoff Sleeves to ask me to sit down and that it would be a little under an hour. Of course, Cutoff Sleeves didnt like this and never came out.I did not demand to have my tint replaced. I was not upset about the debris being in the tint. Stuff happens. I called in to ask for it to be looked at to make sure it would not be a future issue. Even if it did have to be replaced, its a 20-minute job. This was too much for Cutoff Sleeves.If you are fortunate enough to deal with the owner, I would hands-down recommend Auto Appearance. If you get the other guy, I would say go elsewhere. After being walked away from twice with no explanation by Cutoff Sleeves, I have had my fill.

Poor quality installation of window tint. Nothing but trouble from start to finish. Save your time and money.

Great place to get anything automotive done to your vehicle. I have tinted multiple vehicles with them, had DVD players installed. Running boards, chrome accents on vehicles installed with them. Always professional and provide EXCELLENT work. 10 out of 5 stars!
