The entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Specifically, Megan and Jeff went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and my vehicle was repaired same day. I received an in-depth analysis of the issues with my vehicle and offered payment options, as well as a service plan going forward. I cannot recommend Megan and Jeff enough. Jeff’s leadership and care for his customers is prove. through the highly efficient team of service members.

This was the fastest car buying experience I have ever had. They had the vehicle I wanted with the right color and features. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. When I went to purchase the vehicle, I was able to submit my information ahead of time to speed up the process, and reduce my time spent at the dealership. The financing was completed seamlessly, and I was able to get in the bracket of my price range for monthly payments. Every employee I came across was smiling under their mask, and displayed high levels of professionalism. The bathroom was clean. The showroom was beautiful. Again, the salesman was wonderful. He helped me to set up the phone app, and took the time to explain each function on the app. I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager who was pleasant and well spoken. Overall, this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, and let me tell you, I love my 22 Eclipse Cross! Thank you for everything! I will be recommending this location to everyone I know! I give this dealership a 10 out of 10!

Brian Stanton was a very knowledgeable sales person. He came recommended by my parents who also purchased from him. He really takes the time to get to know exactly what your looking for. He was very insightful about different trims and features. Took the time to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting. I purchased from him because he just didn’t “sell me a car”, he made sure it would fit all of my everyday needs and concerns. If your looking for a new car make sure to go see him.

Yes I cant understand I bought a car on 9/8 around 7:45 pm called said I wanted a smaller vehicle on 9/9 and 9/10 and didnt get a call back went they gave me a different car a cheaper sticker price, but was very reluctant. I end up paying more than the first vehicle because they said I had to trade it back not exchange it. I clearly said me my $2000 back. Oh let us help really I couldnt exchange it so they charged me $2,400 for having a car for 2 days so they said the bank has the paperwork Capital One owns it now really. Im penalized because they did not take it back the law states ( YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTION. SEE THE ATTACHED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FORM FOR AN EXPLANATION OF THIS RIGHT. ) CHAPTER 543 House bill 526. I was back in time and called numberous times. They did not grant it to. So basically you are trying to stick me. So your solution is to stick me with a car that had a price tag of 25,624 with $29,000+ sticker that about $5,000 difference where they loaded in negative equity off of brand new 2020 outlander with maybe 40 miles on it versus The outlander sport less amenities on the sport payment stay the same only thing they can say we got your cheaper interest rate but you loaded it with other fees and Im paying more explain that to me. today is Saturday the 12th Ill be back Monday and I hope things are better. Give me the original car back with the same interest rate you got me. and we have a deal, Im not satisfied Im going to keep telling my story until get this resolved. Im going to get my $2,000 cash back that I gave you and you going to remove the inquiries of my credit report because you try to screw me and its not fair this has kept me up since the 8th I didnt sleep last night Im not sleeping tonight only because somebody tried to get over come on just be fair.

Good at giving a detailed description of physical needs of car, but negligent on mechanical needs. I was advised that I needed tie rods and a left axel, but 2 days after paying 500 dollars for the tie rod job, my car breaks down for a timing belt, that no one ever even checked to see if I needed. Not to mention I paid for the parts to the tie rods in advance, and on the day of the work they said that the manufacturer doesnt make those anymore. They said they would refund my money for those parts, I waited two weeks, just to find out they never did the paper work, so Im still waiting for my money to come back to me.

I dropped my car for a routine oil change and it has been a nightmare since! I was never notified that my car was done and as it was getting late in the day I called to see what was taking so long only to be told that my car had been done! I go to pick my car up and the check engine light was on!! The light was NEVER on prior to me dropping my car. Because nobody called me to tell me it was done I got to the dealership late when the advisors and techs had left for the day. The girl at the front was no help she couldn’t even read my paperwork and stated to me “I wish they would teach me how to read it” I’m a consumer and not employed there so how am I supposed to read it? I asked to speak to someone about my engine light being on and she said they had gone for the day and circled a name on my paperwork to call. I called on Thursday to speak to the person on my paperwork Megan Cox only to be told she wasn’t available and the person took a message and assured I would be called back. I called twice more and was never contacted. I called AGAIN on Friday and finally spoke to Megan. I told her my issue and told her I scheduled an appointment for Monday and she apologized but she also explained if the issue wasn’t covered under warranty there would be a diagnostic fee of $119-129 I can’t remember the actual amount. This is terrible I drop my car off perfectly fine and now this! I would never return and never refer anyone here!!!

I would suggest to be very careful when you go to this dealer. I specifically enquire for 2 years lease on the mitsubishi model and Hyundai model. The store manager did confirm me that they are able to do 2 years lease,but I went to the store he told me mitsubishi does not do 2 year lease.And on specifically asking for 2 year lease pricing for Hyundai models even before touring the place and they still kept on talking about 3 years. The store manager provided me incorrect information just to get me in the store.Will never recommend to anyone...

Do yourself a favor and dont buy from Hertrich dealerships especially in New Castle. They will overcharge you on fees and tag money and then pocket the difference. And if youre lucky enough to catch them like I did ripping me off, you can forget about getting your money back or it will take forever. So do yourself a favor and skip the hassle and just go buy from somebody else like I will next time.

So happy with my 14 Hyundai 😍😍😍 We couldnt even tell that it was only our salesman Jakes 3rd day on the job! He was extra thorough in making sure the car was a good fit for me and that I left with exactly what I wanted. He had a great personality and made my husband and I feel right at home while we waited. I had a great experience with salesperson John V while buying my 2018 Outlander PHEV. John was super polite, not pushy at all and worked with Sales Manager, Nick to get me where I needed to be. Very fair. This is an amazing vehicle that many in the U.S. dont know about. Amazing MPG for an SUV. The all electric mode is so quiet. Regenerative braking makes driving interesting again. Test drive this awesome vehicle!

I went to get my Lancer serviced there a few times. I wouldnt recommend it. You pay dealership prices and I expected good service for what you pay for, but theyll straight up lie to your face to get you out of there. Wish there was another mitsubishi dealership in the area.

I went to Hertrich Mitsubishi to get a second key for my 2002 Eclipse, which I bought used.They told me that copying a key would cost $80 and take 45 minutes. I told them I thought that was expensive for a key and a long time to wait. I told them that I had an appointment in 90 minutes.They assured me that I would definitely be out of there within 60 minutes.I agreed to have the key made. It was not ready until 75 minutes later. I went to pay for it. They tried to charge me $190.I missed my meeting. They have a worthless key.Their service is awful. Do not trust them. Write down the name of everyone you talk to. Better yet, record everything they say to you. They think the customer is always wrong.I only lost 90 minutes of my time.You have been warned.
