Service was great! The body shop did a WONDERFUL JOB fixing the damage on my car and the repair time was much shorter than I anticipated. My car literally looked brand new after repairs. I have had previous repair work done on my car at Phil Fitts and it was great. Tony is great and really knows his stuff! He was a pleasure to work with. Michele is a sweetheart and always a pleasure to work with. Im a stickler for good customer service and the staff/employees that I have dealt with (body shop, cashiers etc) at Phil Fitts have exceeded my expectations!

Drive the extra 20 minutes or so to New Castle for your service. I used the other Ford dealership, was treated very poorly and had work done on my van that had to be corrected after being overcharged. Jim was great and honest. I definitely will go to Fitts for my service needs

Number one, why would u contact a customer on Easter Sunday, I know, not in your control. Seems to be a lot of that going around.Two. I specifically asked service prior to my appointment if they could align a 1984 Trans am, Jim said no problem. Then the phone call, we cant align it we dont have the right tool but we still have to charge you because its on the rack. Typical, and its about the charge.Third, you inspected the vehicle and you passed it. I got stopped on the way home, 4.6 miles, the trans am had no brake lights. Seems a bit odd after the inspection to have such a simple issue missed.Lastly, my 17 yr old son will be driving this car after I take it to a garage that can fix the items you said you could fix.You wont respond or do anything about this issue, thats your style, but we will.Happy Easter

Good relaxed buying experience for 2 vehicles. When I had a vehicle checked out they charged me nothing because they found nothing and Kevin at the service desk is respectful. We also have a chevy from another dealership that needed a mirror replaced and I chose to have it done at this Ford dealership because they are easier to deal with then the well known dealership around me that sold me the car. I recommend this dealership when you are vehicle shopping.

I scheduled an appointment for our truck inspection. 1:00--first appointment after lunch, right? 40 minutes later I went to check on the progress--they hadnt even started on it yet. Im not certain why they even bother to schedule appointment times. This truck had a TOTAL of 1450 miles on it--less than 1000 more than the previous year. The service department knew this going in so it was a pretty safe bet that it wouldnt need anything to pass inspection. It would have been an easy in/easy out, had they just handled it as such. Worst yet, they did nothing to keep us informed while we waited in the showroom. Very poor customer service. Our time is valuable, too.

Service department was great taking care of getting the recall on my vehicle handled.

I bought my vehicle fresh off of the lot from them. When I went to pick up my vehicle after they fixed something that was recalled, my boyfriend noticed a very large dent in the front d/s bumper. I called the shop and they refused to fix it. They even took it further and tried to say that my boyfriend caused the damage. Talk about adding injury to an insult. I have never been so disrespected by a company before.

These guys are top notch! If youre anywhere near the area and looking for a new car these guys will work with you to make it happen on whatever you want! If I could give more stars I would.
