Amazing! Driving home from the grocery store yesterday, I realized I was rapidly losing air in one of my tires. I pulled into Hardings parking lot at 5:18, and the sign said closed. However, the door was still unlocked. The very kind lady inside said they would take care of me. They stayed late, and went to work. 15 minutes later, my tire was fixed, and I was back on the road. And for only $21. They are life savers, and Im so grateful!!!

I dropped my car off at 7am, they do not open till 9am which is totally fine. I called at 1:20 asking when my car would be done and they said few more hours which I indicated they were working on my car. My ride had to drop me off around 3 something and when I got there I realized they hadn’t even touched my car yet. When I called on Wednesday to schedule the appointment they said the price was 130$ With the part they had to order for my car. The reason I dropped my car off early was to wait and hear back from them to see if I had to pay more. It would of been nice to have been told they hadn’t touched my car yet. When I called she made it sound like they were working on it. I also needed an oil change. I was forced to pay full price after being lied to over the phone. They also left out they did not have the part my car needed. I was also told in the waiting room the price had jumped up to over 400$. This really upset me! I was told I wouldn’t get my car back if I didn’t pay full price for the oil change after being yelled at, spoken over and when I asked to finish speaking the women refused to let me. I told them I would not come back and they continued to raise their voices. Telling me (good we do not want you to come back here.) Because they were to busy raising they’re voices at me they forgot to charge me for my failed inspection. Very poor customer service, I have come here for over a year and thought they were wonderful people with a wonderful business which I enjoyed supporting but not anymore.

This tire shop/service center is top notch in service, price and the intangeable quality of being honest. Phil is awesome and amazing in all his dealings and always has been. NEVER ever been dissapointed, not once. When I take my vehicles there, I am always relieved that it will be done right and at a very fair price. If you have never been there and need tires, inspection or just service, you will be impressed and get that good ole personal touch that has been too often lost. GREAT bunch of guys.

You cant beat the price or the service. Half the cost of any other tire place around. They were able to mount 2 truck tires and put a new tube and calcium in a tractor tire for $100 less than Flynns in Hermitage. They did amazing work and made sure the tires were correctly seated before we left. Thanks!!

Boy this place is good small but good and also very good price and very honest to. Very good place for women to stop and get cars fixed will not over charge them. The staff there are good.

Harding is a great place...They went out of there way to help us, AND at a reasonable price.We had an out of balance tire that our local Honda dealer caused, and the steering wheel was shaking like crazy....They fixed it like it was nothing!Others recommend their service highly! Were from 50 miles from them!!! I have full confidence in them!

I need an Rv inspects post sale and before I put it in the Salt Mines. These guys were closer than Freightliner and inspection stations, even though they shouldnt, routinely turn down any Rv.Not these guys. Professional. I had all my paperwork, he did his thing, we paid, and a relative short time later we were back on the road.Will take my unit here in the future. I think they said they do PMS too...so they get that business too

The place does not look like much and pretty run down but it was recommended by my mechanic Tim Stoner as a good place to get tires. I was scheduled to have 4 rear tires replaced on our motor-home. Had an appointment for 10:30 and arrived about 5 min early. They were a bit backed up so did not start on the job until closer to 11:00. The work was done well and the staff very friendly and the price reasonable. It was about two hours to complete the work, as they had indicated it would be when I made the appointment. Dustin did a great job as it was no easy thing to change those big tires. They met my expectations with the slight exception of an on time start. I would definitely return here again.

I have been dealing with them for years and have always found the best deals here.

I took my brand new (2013) vehicle to Harding tire for the simple procedure of changing a tire. I got my car back with a big white scrape on my nice new dark grey metallic rims. Not to mention the grease that they left all over my wheel that I had to buff out myself. When i confronted them about the scrape, the mechanic claimed that it was there when i gave it to them (I am 100% sure it was not). The manager took his incompetent mechanics word for it and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Lesson learned. I just hope that you will learn from my atrocious experience and spare yourself (and your vehicle) the damage.

New to the area. Was referred to harding tire and after my first 2 visits I can see why. I cant put into words the amount of customer service and care these guys put into thier work. The owner phil is a outstanding guy, trustworthy and friendly. Never once did I leave in mine or my girlfriends car and worry if everything was in good working order. When I call in Phil always remembers me and is very attentive to my concerns. Everytime I go the place, its busy and thats because they do good work with affordable and fair prices. I will never bring my vehicles now or in the future to another tire shop anywhere in town. I give this review with much appreciation for the hard working team at harding tire. Keep up the good work guys.
