Went there for tires, sign said free coffee & wifi. The coffee machines were on but no coffee or keruig cups or water set up. There is a sanitation issue. A medium container of water from previous juice jug was near coffee pots for refilling pots, an unclean counter no disenfecting wipes to clean area after customers use. This needs to be addressed ASAP!

Based on my first experience with them, I cant recommend them.They are an authorized service center for Carvana and Silver Rock, Carvanas warranty folks.I scheduled an appointment today for some time sensitive documentation I needed on issues with the car that werent advertised on Carvanas website.Angelo had his mechanic check out the car and wrote some of the issues on NTB paperwork, instead of on Silver Rocks...I told him I needed it handled today as almost at end of trial time with Carvana...he said he would get it shortly.I called him a couple of hours later and he had still not gotten to it...saying he was busy. He then reassured me that he would get to it shortly, and call or text me to confirm he had handled it.Five hours later and no word from him... so I called him at 5:05pm, one hour before they close and no answer...twice.I called Carvana to make them aware and they said they would call Angelo at NTB...Angelo left them on hold for at least 30 minutes..and never got back to them.Find a better shop and go there...

These guys are amazingly honest. I went for a wheel balancing and alignment on my Honda Del Sol. - urgent need as I was going to drive to Kansas the next morning . Adam was my contact person. He was very professional, personable and technically competent. The tech named jo put the car on a lift rack to start the work. After initial inspection he concluded that the work I was requesting would not solve the vibration issue I was facing, due to the old tires on the car. Adam after discussing with Jo told me that he too felt the same. The unfortunate part was they did not have the tires. The point is that they were more interested in solving the issue rather than drumming up business. It did not end there. Adam got on the phone and found out where I could get tires ( small tires for 1993 Honda) and helped schedule an appointment the next morning. I highly recommend them for tire related services.

The staff was amazing ! I had a Vehicle with prior damages that this location has looked at and a claim had to be initiated. It took NTB no time to get my claim started and the staff was extremely nice and considerate. I highly recommend this place !

5:30 PM on a Saturday, driving home to Fairfax, VA, trying to get to my kids graduation. I run over something in the construction north of Wilmington... a brief search finds this NTB is open until 6PM, and only 18 minutes away. I walk in at 5:52 expecting to be told they are closing and I have to wait till Monday.To my surprise they agree to come look at my car, they find the bolt in the front tire in less than a minute. It cannot be patched because of where the puncture is located. They do not carry the same tire, but they do have a replacement that will fit and is kinda similar. 15 minutes later I am back on the road and headed home.One is grateful for their professional, quick, and efficient manner.

My car repair was going to cost me over $500 and was scheduled to be done in one Saturday. Turns out the company messed up on my appointment and the wrong parts were ordered, this meant I would not have my car until Monday. Due to the inconvenience this cost me, Omar, the mechanic who worked on my car gave me a discount and did not charge me for all the parts needed. My over $500 appointment ended up costing me a little under $300. I loved how they made things right. I will be going back, hopefully not too soon though.

Great people to work with. Umar and his staff represent NTB with much respect. You cant go wrong.

Big shout out to this location. A different end to be I went to forgot to put a lug nut on my wheel. I was out of town and came here, were they quickly popped a new one on. Really appreciate the help when I was in a pinch.

Took my Mercedes to this shop to get all four tires changed and was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff as well as the job that was performed on my car. Will definitely be coming back here.

No issues here...they had afternoon oil change appointment times for the next day that worked with my schedule. I showed up, they got to work, and got me out within an hour. They applied the promotional coupon without me having to fish around for the coupon Id brought along from Food Lion. Convenient times and location. Decent price for synthetic oil change. Nice to my kids (who came along with me). Clean lounge area for waiting.

These guys are awesome, true professionals. I blew a rear tire out on my way home from work on 295, and had a bad spare. I drove there (on rim) and got there right before they closed. They could have easily told me I was too late, but the gentleman I dealt with was extremely nice and fixed my spare to get me back on the road within 30 mins. Never once did I feel pressured to buy something I didnt want or need, as I normally do at similar nationwide companies, nor did they gouge me knowing I had no other choice but to use them. I would absolutely recommend these guys!

I talked with. Mangers his name is alvi . I want tires rotation and alignment with balancing. I have a protection plan so first he dont said anything and I told him to I have protection plan. Then he said he didnt have technician. My appointment after 3 week from today. I said make me appointment in December after 6 weeks he said no. He cant make it. Thats location dont hire any technician till December. I dont understand this is new location and he didnt know how to bring customers in. Thanks
