I ordered 4 tires from Amazon, had them shipped to the store and installed. Very easy process and I didnt receive any grief for not buying ties from them. They also performed a front wheel alignment and now the truck handles perfectly. Very friendly staff. Got me in an out very quickly. Very pleased with the overall experience.

This was my first time using Sears Auto Center. The service was fast. For an oil change, air filter, 2 tires and diagnostics, my fiance and I only waited about an hour & a half. The tech checked the engine components with an OBD scanner. We received a detailed list of all work done, the results of all testing, as well as exact tire tread depth.The front desk people were friendly and knowledgeable. They put plastic down to protect our interior and steering wheel. I checked the air filter after leaving, and the tech did indeed replace the old one. Prices are reasonable, and listed in detail parts & labor on our receipt. Im a satisfied customer, and will be returning to Sears Auto in New Castle.

I had a slow leak in my left rear tire. I got the car to Sears Auto in New Castle, Pa 16101. When i arrived 9 had at least a 20 minute wait before anyone came into the lobby. Then i was told it would be at least an hour to have the tire looks at all the while the man was making excuses to the fact that 1 of his employees was on vacation that week and he was short handed. Ok i can understand that an hour i could handle. Gave him the information about which tire and told him i was going to walk down to a near by store. He had my cell phone number to call if it was earlier than an hour. I walked to the store and back and 2 and 1/2 hours later my car still had not been takin in to be fixed. Finally got in inside the garage, and im waiting 25 more minutes the employee comes out and says...Which tire as the problem....WTH... it has now been 3 weeks and i still have to put air in the tire every two days...as of today i will be buying a new tire but it will DEFINITELY NOT BE FROM SEARS...NEVER AGAIN WILL SEARS AUTO GET ANY OF MY SERVICE...unprofessional, incompetent, unreliable.

Went to get a new lease from Ohio inspected. At first they told me about hour to hour and a half. 20 minutes later all done. Great personal service. I think without the store there people forget the auto center bis still open.

Great service that was done quickly. Competitive pricing compared to other tire stores. I will go back.

Very kind and helpful. They did an oil change for me a half hour before closing. Luckily they werent too busy. Dale was awesome. Very nice and not irritated or disturbed like some places you walk into. He genuinely likes helping people out if he can. I would go here for everything if I lived closer to New Castle.

I recently went here, after getting a nail in my rental car tire. One of the workers helped me so much after I was completely stressed, Dale was his name. He called all around and got all the information he needed and they changed my tire in under 10 minutes!! So happy with my experience with them!

Dont know if Dale still runs this place or not but I am not likely to return. Walked in today to see if I could get my brakes checked and no one was around. Waited a minute and a guy comes out to ring out a customer. I told him my issue with brakes making steering wheel jump on the highway. He says they can look at it and it will be an hour wait. I said ok, just let me grab my seat cushion from the car and I can wait an hour (had back surgery not long ago and still use a cane). No other customer was waiting behind me at all. I was out the door 30 seconds to my car and right back in, and he is finishing checking out the other customer. Gets done with that and looks at me and says You still need checked in? I thought he checked you in. Like he who? There was still no other employee in sight. He goes if you need brakes and oil changed it is now a 2 hour wait. Who said anything about an oil change? I sure didnt. I said I dont know how a one hour wait suddenly became a 2 hour wait. He mumbled something about no appointments -- I did not ask for an appointment. I thought we had an agreement there, one hour wait and lets get you checked in--but apparently not. When I said I would run out to get my cushion, he said ok. Still dont know what the heck this was all about, but when someone makes an agreement with me I expect them to live up to it and not change the story on me 30 seconds later.I have been back once -- it depends on who waits on you.

After waiting for over 2 hours at Walmart for a simple tire repair, I drove across the street to Sears auto, my tire was repaired in 15 minutes I was back on the road.

Great staff, I was there in a Sunday for a repair and received super customer service. The gentleman there was very honest and showed me exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend them!

I call up late on a Sunday morning, to see about getting an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection (I live in Ohio). I drive 45 miles (about an hour) after they say that they are open, and arent that busy. They refused to do the inspection, because I have Ohio plates, even after I showed the PA DOT website that says out of state registrations can be inspected. I think that your people need to make sure they understand what they can and cant do. It was a waste of 90 miles, and over 2 hours of time because they wouldnt complete the request. Highly disappointed.

Ok so i went here tongrt tires onnmy car. The man who was helping me was very rude and i ened up canceling my.tires due to the unprofessional maner he handled it. So i had ro end up glhaving a different employee help me.just tonget it cancled. Not impressed. They have limited hours and seem overall not worth it.
