I went in after 1 oclock to get a part for my truck. Was told they had to pull it. Called going on 5 oclock and nothing. Guess Ill try and find it some place else.

Fair pricing, very busy, but good service

Second time I’ve been to this place and second time recieved amazing service. I called ahead and when I got there from Youngstown he has the part setting on the counter for me. The first time I needed a 2007 Corolla hubcap, called 4 places and cascade is the only place that had it. I’ll continue to drive from Youngstown to new castle for service and fair prices like they have a Cascade Auto Wrecking!

I called on the phone to see if that had a specific part for a vehicle and they said I had to go there in person. I went there and waited 10 minutes while the employee took calls telling other people if they had their parts or not. After waiting, I told him the specific name of what I needed. He pulled up a vehicle on the computer of a vehicle like mine and said, Do you need this part too? I said no. He said, I cant help you. Apparently what I need wasnt worth his time or effort.

Brought a rusted axle and was promised that I can return it if the part is bad. Returned it and was rejected said that the mechanic broke it. Bad business.
