Very smooth process. Pre-purchase questions via email I sent were promptly answered and followed up with a phone call. When I viewed the pics of the vehicle online I had some questions about the exterior of the vehicle due to some shadows etc. that raised concerns. I was provided a new set of pics via email with an additional follow-up call. Once I decided on the vehicle the entire process was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. Vehicle was cleaned before I took ownership. I was provided a thorough explanation of the features etc. Great team, I will be back.

Everyone is always courteous and polite. However, I do wish they would have diagnosed my knocking issue (suspension knuckles) the first time I brought the car in and complained about it. They said they could not find anything wrong with it. Now we are looking at $1000 to repair it!

Ordered 2 brand new work trucks that were to be ready by March. We did not receive until July and when we did, there was a leak and damage to the bin. There was also the issue of the back up cameras being placed in the rear bumpers and it looked like you were looking through a keyhole. The trucks went back to have repairs made and cameras were to be moved to the top of the trucks where we could actually see what we would be hauling. In any case, trucks came back without cameras moved. Then we were told that the cameras could not be moved due to a federal regulation but were never shown proof of this. That is because it does not exist! I had called Reading myself and spoke to their engineer to find out that this rule only applies to trucks under 10,000, in which this is not the case for us. Reading stated that our cameras are able to go wherever we want them to. Nucar refused to put where we wanted after we paid an extra $550 for the back up camera. If you pay extra for something, you should have it installed wherever you want! Nucar did not take any responsibility for the delay in our trucks arriving or resolve the camera issue. We are ordering more trucks but not from Nucar as they were a total disappointment. Chuck Shirley has proven to be a poor sales person as his job is to make sure his customer is happy and not make excuses as to why custom trucks are not customized to your liking. I gave Chuck every opportunity to make things right before writing this review. Buyers beware!UPDATE: In response to the owner, we have now tried to contact you twice and have received no return call. If you would like to make your customer happy, you should try to reach out to them to make things right instead of your customer making several calls to try and reach you. In addition, I have sent Chuck Shirley several emails regarding 1 truck needing to be returned again for more repairs such as the bolts underneath only being hand tight and one able to come right out. I have also mentioned twice now via email that the step placement on the new trucks is unacceptable as our tech has cut his leg twice and this could cause serious injury if Nucar or Chevy does not do something about this. Do you think I received any response from Chuck? Absolutely not! He has no intentions of responding, taking care of a customer who bought 2 trucks that he made commission off of, or making his customer happy.I have never dealt with such arrogant people. The saying the customer is always right is certainly not their motto, nor do they want to try to make things right. The issues we have faced could have been easily handled and taken care of but instead they would rather ignore a paying customer. Lets put it this way, 1 new truck has approx 500 miles on it, of which 375 were put on by Nucar having to take it back to repair it.

Everything was done good with my car. No problems or issues. But I would recommend that a price discount be given to individuals who purchases a car from the dealership to prevent going somewhere else who has a cheaper price for the same service, or going to another Chevy location who has the same service for a cheaper price. This time I used a coupon and actually paid $20 more than my last oil change.

As we looked around I found the truck that i really wanted and I knew I had to get it, which I did. Efficient process for handling service/maintenance. Thorough at all levels. Communications between the service advisor, James Massie and me were excellent via texts and phone calls. Status of work performed was communicated very well. All was handled efficiently and timely. I have been a performance parts customer for many years but this was my first experience with vehicle service/maintenance. Your Service and Parts Departments are excellent and compliment each other very well!

I was looking to buy my first car and knew exactly what I wanted, but had no idea how the process worked. After being pushed around by a couple of other dealers (and realizing just how short on inventory everyone was!), we realized they had what I wanted at NuCar… an hour away from home. They spoke to my Dad and I on the phone and were very clear and honest about pricing and what they could do for us. When we got there, Kyle came to help us immediately and was so helpful and kind! I was so impressed. It also helps our dog was allowed in and treated like royalty. Not only that, but Kyle was patient and helpful with all of the many questions I’ve had in the two months since I bought the car. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt good about buying a car out of state. I would easily drive the hour to come here again… and I live across the street from an auto park with a Chevy dealership. Thank you!

I drop my vehicle off for service on July 7, 2021. However, it never dawned on me to fully do a full inspection. I noticed a cut in my leather console where they were supposed to be installing a new charger. Further, I look in the back seat of my car my leather head rest is missing. I went to this establishment spoke with the manger Darren I showed him the missing headrest. Therefore, he tried to state that his establishment never cause this mistake Then, he goes to get some mechanic who had no clue about my vehicle, to lie for this establishment. Furthermore, I decided to contact the police took file litigation against this establishment. People make mistakes own up to what you do. They rather lie an say that their mechanics don’t make mistakes. I know they did this because I’m a black female. An anyway I was white they would of ran the cameras and pulled out the red carpet. I do not recommend no one to leave you vehicle in there care.

I came to Nucar to get an oil change on a Saturday afternoon. I thought it would be a shot in the dark being that I didn’t have an appointment. I initially came to the dealership to pick up some parts for a Chevrolet bus that I own so I figured why not try to get an oil change for my 19 Corvette while I was there. My service advisor informed me that they usually don’t take Corvettes without appointments because the Corvette service technicians were limited to appointments. Nevertheless the service technician found an available slot to fit me in. I told the service technician that I was grateful for good customer service.

I love my Chevy, but I have been trying to get my plate and info from them for months. They will not respond to my calls or emails. Once I walked off the lot, they stopped being helpful. My tags have been expired over a month and no return call or any info or help. Left in limbo.

Chris was extremely professional and personable. He explained all our options for purchasing the car and did look for dealers with a premium package but it wasnt a viable option. He even took me for a test drive in a Mazda that was comparable to a Malibu with a premium package. He went over everything inside the car and set up bluetooth for both our phones. He has since called several times to check in. The financial part of the transaction went smoothly. I cant remember his name (Tony?) was also professional and personable and explained all our financing and extended warranty options.

Got my truck detailed and pretty sure upholstery wasn’t shampooed as promised. Checked and took care of few stops right then but found several other easily removable spots as I checked more closely. The service rep told me that not all spots are easily cleaned without even knowing what I was indicating. I came back home and just used baby wipes to clean that up but surprised how detailing couldn’t do it. Very disappointed

Was not able to get the color vehicle I wanted because of the lack of response from other Chevy dealers who had what I wanted, but the experience and communication from Nucar Chevy was phenomenal. Wonderful service department for diagnosing the drive train noise and performing all the repairs that were needed on the transfer case and front differential..Serviced the 6 speed transmission with a 16 qt fluid flush plus additive and changing the rear differential fluid plus added the required additive. Our experience was okay and not excellent due to the fact we had recently (within few weeks) taken our car for an inspection because the car was jerking after days of no communication of when our car would be ready. They told us no one had looked at the car yet and when someone finally did, we were told the car was had no issues. No recommendations were made that the car needed. Fast forward, we get the car back and few weeks the car stops on us in the middle of the highway and following day the A/C goes out. We returned to the dealership and that when they give us list of PREVENTATIVE items that should be done in addition to cost to fix A/C. I was extremely upset because it appears the first time we took our car was just a waste of time and money since we didn’t have our vehicle for days we had to take ubers. Only reason experience was okay was due to the technician that my fiancé said was friendly and actually seemed to care during the process.

Went in on April 2 and put down a deposit on an incoming brand new Silverado. We were told the truck would be marked as sold and we would be notified when it arrived. Neither of those things happened and the truck arrived end of April and we were never called. The truck was then sold out from under us and no one ever called. We called second week of May for an update and was told it sold. So they had no problem keeping our $500 deposit for a truck that wasn’t even there anymore. Absolutely no excuse for this. The worst experience I have ever had and will never go back.

I arrived for my 10:30 appointment around 10:20 and was waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The gentlemen said someone would be with me in a minute. About 5 minutes later Nicole asked if anyone was helping me and got my information. I did not get my car back till 1:00 PM, it took them 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change and rotate my tires. She did take $20 off but this unacceptable. I am sure you will not post this comment. I will not be back for any service as this is not the first time I have had wait an extended amount of time for my vehicle. Why do I make an appointment if they are not going to work on it at that time.

YOU HAVE LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER. We have bought at least 8 cars with all their services at your dealership. We went to NUCAR to have the a/c checked. I explained we have warranty bought at NUCAR. He said he would call to see coverage. He had me sign the check in. They kept it less than an hour said nothing wrong and gave me a $159 bill. When I questioned the amount he said well I have to pay the technician. The manager was just as rude. He said by signing I agreed to pay whatever was the fee..

Do not take your vehicle here for service. They will destroy your vehicle and tell you that you have to pay out of pocket for repairs. I have holes inside my vehicle that where not there when I dropped my vehicle off to them, my air conditioner no longer works, however on my way to them I used it worked just fine. I am beyond upset I have taken good care of my vehicle, I am a dedicated every purchase has been Chevy, Chevy but after this experience.....✌🏾

Don’t even think about going here. I took my car with a check engine light and once they told me it needed a 8000 dollar job, I kindly declined their service . They went ahead and charged me 280.00 for “each diagnosis found in the vehicle” . From the moment you walk into the place, their techs are already arguing with customers and one customer said to me “ feels like a military school in here uh”. All that talking down and being loud to customers does not help at all. What a mess. No apology would fix my feelings about this place.

Everyone was great to deal with. From Wayne our salesman, Brian and Karen the managers and Tony in finance. We had previously been dealing with another dealership and they did not seem to want to deal with us. It was such a difference once we went to Nucar. We had originally just stopped in close to closing time just to see what they had available and they were more then accommodating with showing us what they had. Unfortunately at the time they did not have what we were looking for, but Wayne took down the information on what we were looking for and just a week later notified us that that a Tahoe had just came in and was exactly what we were looking for. The dealership was very clean, everyone there followed Covid protocol. The salesman was able to get exactly what I wanted! I think one of the most important thing was he knew the product he was selling. Great car buying experience
