I needed a part for my car that everyone in town would need to ordered in, some recieving next day, some 2-3 days. But Napa got the part that afternoon. Plus they were the cheapest out of any other auto parts shop in town! And the gentleman I talked to on the phone actually seemed to have vehicle knowledge unlike some other places I called.

I Love Napa Auto parts ..plus.. More because everytime I need something for my Riding Lawn Mower.. I can always seem to buy it at Napa and much cheaper price than Lowes yet better quality. ...

One of the only places I go to get parts for my vehicular in New Castle Pennsylvania because the other one does zone theyre full of bunch of morons who always trying to sell you the wrong part or if you ask him a question they dont know advance they seem to have got a higher price now and I have been tried to read these yet really I checked their website out but thats about all I still think Napa is number one
