I’ve use Ravenswood several times in the past year to fix issues with my 2011 F150. Each time I received a phone call before work was done explaining the issues and the cost associated with fixing. Their prices are fair and they’re very honest people who do great work. Will continue to do business.

Prompt flexible service. I bought a set of tires for my truck from The TireRack. ON their site I found RAC listed as a provider. There were no reviews so I called RAC ahead of time to confirm the process. Bob walked me through it including to have my tires shipped directly to them so I did not have to handle them and worry about the delivery. The day the tires arrived Bob called me. He set a schedule that worked for me and I had a new set of tires and saved about $90 by using Bob and The TireRack vs local comparable providers.

Ive been using that facility for a number of years both with the old and new owner. The new owner is a concerned mechanic who wants to make an honest living and still charge fair prices. After terrible experiences at dealerships, we had found a great mechanic but they changed ownership. We saw the positive reviews for Ravenswood so we thought we would give them a try. They were incredibly helpful and down to earth. The cost was reasonable and they really seemed like they cared. Our car now works flawlessly and we are very happy. We highly recommend them.

These guys are professional and courteous. They do the job right and on time. If a loaner is needed, they can set you up with that. Nobody likes car trouble, but if you have trouble, theyll take care of you.

I am bringing both of my cars there for years. I have worked mostly with Tom and I can say nothing but good about him and Ravenswood. The service is great and the prices are fair! All jobs performed on my vehicles have always been great! I highly recommend them and pick them anytime over a quick lube place or dealership.

I have gone to Ravenswood for a couple of second opinions. My car was “totaled” when I brought it to them in that by the other place I was told it’d be $5,000 to fix everything that was wrong with my car. Not only did they save me almost $4,000, but they inadvertently showed me that the other place just blatantly lied to me about several things they said needed to be done ASAP. I have recommended them to friends and family due to their continuous honesty and great customer service. I’m pleased that I found a place I know I can trust to service my vehicles.

Outstanding, trustworthy and HONEST service! These guys go ABOVE and beyond for their customers to the point of researching a “special coverage” my vehicle needed and saved me thousands of dollars. They even printed out the information for me to take to the GMC dealership and spent time explaining the steering assist issue to help me with my claim.

Very honest, fair, and educated me on what was going on with my car. Usually mechanics will do guess work and say it is this or that and charge money to have their guesswork done. The mechanics at Ravenswood did not do that. They take pride in doing a quality job without taking advantage of the customer. Highly Recommend!Went again a year later with a different car. Nice shop. Explains your problems with sincerity. They have never tried to sell me random add on service. They also understand that u need a car to get around. I have brought my car to them many times. They even let me borrow a van once without a extra charge. Great people.

Good repairs at a very upfront and reasonable cost. They are courteous, customer friendly and experienced.Had my entire rear break system replaced for under $500, and they even poked around for other issues and reported on them (upon request) at absolutely no extra charge.They contacted me in a timely manner and left my car with minimal cleanup (ever get in and have to wipe the steering wheel down first? Not these guys!)Will definitely go back again!

Incredible service! I had some issues with vibration after installing aftermarket wheels. They pulled the car in, noticed I needed hub rings, referred me to a different shop that would have hub rings in stock and sent me on my way. They didnt charge me! I couldnt believe it. Highly recommended!

Brought my car in for an oil change. Set me back $63, which is about $20 less than a quick lube place for full synthetic... ANDAthey even found and fixed the source of a slow leak in my tire at no charge! Highly recommend them!

I have taken my car there for repairs many times over the years. They always do a great job and never try to sell you anything you dont need. Its hard to find good, honest auto shops that wont try to take advantage of you. Bob does a great job running the place and providing customers with honest, quality auto repair. I would definitely recommend them for all of your car care needs.

Had a slow leak in tire so I called Ravenswood since it is close by. Made an appointment for 2:30. I arrived and was told it would be about 5 or 10 minutes. The place was swamped with cars! Thought I was in for a long wait, but no. Maybe 5 minutes later, my car was looked at. Maybe 10 mintues after that, it was done. I was home before 3. A small nail was found and leak was fixed. When I went to pay, was given the best price ever, FREE! They are definitely getting my business. Friendly staff and from what I observed while waiting, they are out to help, not drain your bank account.

Zero stars if I could. Messed up my transfer case and my back axle that I originally came in is still leaking.... this was a year ago. Do yourself and your car a favor.... GO SOME WHERE ElSE

Awesome place very friendly and honest staff. Every mechanic Ive ever been to I felt like I was being ripped off but not at Ravenswood Auto very up front and honest. I was in and out very quickly and for much cheaper than expected would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Had a major oil leak in my van and they took a look at it. Come to find out the hoses that burst were covered by an extended warranty that Toyota never let me know about. The honesty and quick response goes a long way these days. Thank you and Im sure Ill be back .

I started going to Ravenswood about almost a year ago when I moved to the area. At first, I was just looking for a place nearby with good ratings on Google. Since then, Ive had nothing but great experiences there. Ive two used cars. One is a daily driver that is reliable, and the other is a summer toy car that hasnt been the most reliable. With the daily driver I just needed oil change. The toy car is what I needed their professional services for quite a few times. They are down-to-earth and honest. Ive dealt with different shops and I can tell theyve reasonable prices. More importantly, there have been times when I thought I needed (and requested) repairs, and after performing assessments, which they did not charge me for, inform me that some repairs are not actually necessary. And some of those repairs would have costed me quite a bit, too. Of the times I needed work done, theyve also been above and beyond in working with me. All in all, its a highly recommended place. I know friends who were customers when they were in their former location in Wauwatosa, and they continue to come to New Berlin after they moved, which is a testimony of its own. Also, I live close enough that I never needed their local shuttle service, but its definitely a plus if you needed a ride nearby.

Seldom does a full-service auto company provide excellent customer service with honest auto technicians but that is the difference that Ravenswood Auto provides. If you are looking for experience in working with both foreign and domestics autos look no further, Tom and Alex have proven time and again there is no job to big for them. What is most refreshing is their ability to remember the history of your vehicle while suggesting the things most necessary to keep your car running at its optimum. I have taken my cars to a few different auto centers but I always felt pressured to buy parts Im not even sure I need and have often been steered in the wrong direction only to feel the servicemen have no real idea how to maintain my car, let alone fix the real problem when something does go wrong. I have never felt that way at Ravenswood and am confident there is no better more qualified place in all of Wisconsin. There is no doubt why they continually are voted number 1 on Wisconsins A list.

Ive been going to Ravenswood since it opened--its convenient to where I live, the services are comprehensive and priced reasonably, and the staff is friendly, professional and honest. When I had a minor fender-bender recently, they moved heaven and earth to get me a loaner and get my mirror reattached, without me even needing to ask! The other person involved in the accident (whose vehicle escaped without a scratch) was so impressed with the service that shes decided to switch mechanics.One other thing I should mention: a year ago and a half ago, I was getting my oil changed when two older women came into the shop looking terrified. Their car had just gotten an oil change, and the car was making awful noises (I heard them from inside; they were obviously bad). Ravenswood immediately took a look at the car. Turns out that the oil change place had also rotated the tires--and hadnt tightened the lug nuts on two(!) of them. If theyd kept driving, the wheels would have fallen off. Ravenswood tightened the lug nuts, no charge, and put the car up to check that the other place didnt do any other damage (also no charge). These are good people, and I trust them to take care of my car 100%.

The people that work here are the nicest most honest people ever and really know what they are doing and I went in to get my car looked at and they did it for nothing and I never fell as if Im being taken advantage of like other places 10/10 recommend

My sister had a minor accident when she hit some black ice about two years ago. All that was wrong with the car was some suspension parts (tie rods, ball joints, and three rims) were damaged and needed replacement. We chose Ravenswood because it was close and we were looking for a regular shop. The work was completed in a timely manner and they kept in touch with us. She was very happy with their work. Two years later and everything that was replaced still works great on there. Unfortunately I have not returned to Ravenswood since then because I do most of my own vehicle work. But now I work very close so I will return the next time I need some work done.

These guys dont screw around. Didnt charge for a quick exhaust inspection and estimate. Came back for the repair and everything seems to have gone well. No BS.
