Absolutely disrespectful owner. He answered the phone and told me how I can’t come to get my oil changed there because they’re losing money because of it. Then told me how if I did come he was going to charge me more to only get my oil done even though there is a set price for only oil change services. To me, that’s illegal to charge one price, then under the counter charge me nearly 2x that amount. I would have thought better if a family owned business not doing shady things like this. But times have changed I guess. Don’t go here it’s a waste of your time and most importantly, money.

Where to start?!! They replaced things that werent necessary many times and wouldnt warranty anything. The parts they were replaced with were from salvage yards, they were not used. They lied time after time. Dishonest work and takes advantage of women. Women- beware. Better late than never for me. After finding out and confronting them all about the unethical business practices and parts and warranty, I never looked back. Would never recommend to anyone but especially a female.

They are awesome at oil changes. However, I asked if they could replace my rear wiper blade that I was told would take a few minutes. I couldn^t do it though. They wanted to charge me $10.00. I brought the new blade. This was my 4th time back just didnt feel very appreciated. Bad customer service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!I took my vehicle here when my power steering stopped working. I wanted a professional to look it over and assess the damage. Of course like any other mechanic shop, it costs $50.00 to have an inspection preformed on a vehicle. I understand this completely. They need to be compensated for the time spent looking at the vehicle.About an hour after I dropped my van off, I received a phone call from the mechanic telling me that all three lines of the power steering were leaking and needed to be replaced. The quote I received was $785.00 for parts and labor.I then decided to pick up my van and get a second opinion before having any work done. I asked the gentleman at the front desk to please give me a detailed description of what he found during his inspection. He refused to tell me which parts were needed or where the leaks were coming from. If I am paying an “expert” $50.00 to analyze my vehicle, I expect a clear and detailed answer.I personally do not have an extensive knowledge base when it comes to vehicles, however my stepfather is a mechanic. I called him to ask if he would be willing to look it over himself to make sure the people at National Complete Auto we’re not taking advantage of me. Well, as it turns out, only ONE of the power steering lines has popped off it’s connection piece, which caused the power steering fluid to pour out. NONE of the lines were leaking due to bad parts or wear and tear as I was told. It cost me $15 in parts to reconnect the line and replace the power steering fluid. If anyone is having car trouble, please do not bring your vehicle to National Complete Auto. The people there will lie to you, tell you to replace an entire system of your vehicle when it’s not needed, and eagerly take your money.

My Father went in for an oil change and an emissions check. Was told he needed front brake pads, rotors, and calipers. Rear drums, shoes, and wheel cylinders. Tires and a battery. I work at a local dealer and had the car brought in here to confirm everything before we did some work. We could tell National Complete Auto never even had the wheels off the car to inspect anything. Front brake pads were still in good shape, rotors were fine, calipers were fine. Rear drums would be hard to see as well without removing a wheel. Either way, those were fine as well. Battery tested good. Tires were still alright for now. They will need them my winter.I spoke with Jeff. He was not apologetic at all. Just defended their actions the whole time. It is places like this that give repair shops a bad name. Hopefully the practice will catch up with them and they will have to close their doors. Wish I could give zero stars.

Went here for an oil change and have been going here and every time they try and tell me something is wrong with my car and this past time they told me I needed rear breaks that would cost 500 dollars and took it somewhere else and they said my brakes were totally fine and didnt need to be done for another 10000 miles this time they really pushed me to never go there again they dont know what their talking about

Dont go there! ScammersI went for an oil change, after the 22 point inspection (15min) the kid told me that I had a bad intake manifold gasket. That If I didnt have it fixed, the engine will blowup. I told him I know about it, Ive owned the car for 18 years and the gasket has been bad for the last 4. I told him just to give me the oil change and Id be on my way. Another 15min goes by and the car is done. I get the bill and it is $3.00 more than what is on their website. I told the kid that the price on their website is $19 not $21. He said oh thats our old price, weve raised our prices since then. Not true because all summer long they run a special for $16. I pay with my charge card and as Im walking out the door I told the kid that I feel that they use scare tactics to up sell services and try to take advantage of seniors and women ( a lady was having an issue with her emissions test and they said it was a wiring issue. NOT) and that there was no F*****G way id come backI get about a mile away and the owner calls me and reads me the riot act because I swore at his employee. I explained the above and told him that I wouldnt be back. He said good because he called to tell me that I was barred from going there. In all of my years in CSR, dealing with irate customers, I have never treated someone like that. If you want to go there.... you have been warned.

Previous reviews say it all. Took my truck there for an oil change and was told I needed $800 worth of front end work done and was told my truck was unsafe until this work was done. Took it to a different shop for a second option and was told my front end was just fine and needed no work. It’s a shame auto shops have bad reputations these days but I’m not surprised when there is places like National Auto out there lying to people about work that needs to be done. Don’t trust this place!

Brought car in due to check engine light going on. Was told intake manifolds needing replacing along with 4 oxygen sensors. Quote to fix was $3,100. Took car somewhere else to get a 2nd opinion. They said only the catalytic converter needed replacing which was still under warranty. Cost me nothing. Do NOT bring your car here!

Elderly father brought vehicle in for brake inspection on leaking wheel cylinder, was told $3,500+ to replace entire brake system. Jeff had poor attitude and was very unhelpful and argumentative at counter, told my father the vehicle was unable to be driven. DROVE vehicle to dealership, $313.00 for repair. This place is pushy, deceptive, and has unqualified technicians at best.

My grandma went in for an oil change and emissions test. I learn later that they sold brakes to her.. They sold her front pads and rotors, rear pads and rotors. Ya know thats fine and all, but what got me is they did ALL 4 calipers. What car needs all 4 calipers!!! I am an auto tech myself and went to look at the old calipers and the one they showed me the pistons moved back in by hand! Yea they may have looked rusty, Duh we live in Wisconsin, But mechanically fine in my opinion. She got screwed is all have to say. In my dealings with the manager or whoever this person is I dealt with...Beyond unprofessional. I work for a dealer they get parts from on occasion, he called the main store and literally was talking smack saying he wont do business with them anymore because of this. I can understand trying to prove a point but when you wanna put MY JOB in jeopardy of your throwing every part at a car you can.. Kick rocks. With this review you have been warned. At this current time, the other 2 reviews here are also one star as well. Way to go national complete auto rip off!
