I want to recognize Wade who got me in kindly and promptly. I took my car in on a Friday evening and he was able to take a look at it Saturday morning and finish the job. Superb service on all fronts. They just gained a new customer!

I went in to have a set of tires I got on tire rack installed. I usually do this whenever I get tires. The assistant manager made me an appointment for 3 PM. I got there at 10 to 3 and was told we don’t take appointments. It was over an hour and a half to get the tires installed. Then they dropped the bill on me it was over $120 for the service. $25 a tire plus an environmental fee and tax. As I said I always get my tires online and then have a shop install them. The last time I did this it was in Colorado and it cost me a whopping $60. I don’t understand why New Berlin is twice the price plus. I could’ve done a cheaper at a dealership

We recently had to have one of our cars towed to this facility on a Sunday.They promptly called me to get my info and then had the diagnoses quickly, bad new it was the fuel pump. car was fixed quickly and at a far price. Unfortunately the check engine light then came on a couple days later. I returned the car they found the pump did not seal correctly, fixed this quickly and at no charge of course. This is not the first time they have worked on cars for us, (when I do not have the time or maybe the tools) they have always been far priced and get the job done in a timely fashion. Even though I had a return trip I still would give them 4.9 but cannot do that so they get a 5 (4 would be way to low). I highly recommend them for all your service needs.Thanks guys!

My compressor wasnt working. Honda gave me a quote for 1500 dollars. They fixed my compressor at 900 dollar. I was treated like a family

I went in with a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee to get my tires put on, and I asked if they could loosen up an O2 sensor for me, and they did it without question! They are very honest and very good at what they do! The service was beyond expectations and more. Ill be going here more often. Not to mention, they did my tires extremely well and very fast, I was surprised when I got the phone call that it was done. Thank you!

Do not use this facility. They destroyed my perfectly low mileage vehicle. Within 3 months of hassle they got air in my transmission. Car was completely torn apart and not been put together. I didnt even have access to my backseat seatbelts. Carpet in back was ripped up and many other issues with my vehicle. GO to Firestone in Muskego they at least know how to do repairs

Very expensive for quote on brake lines.

Went in for a tire patch without an appointment and they got it done relatively quickly. Saw that I had a nail in the right rear tire but they found another in the front passenger tire, however it didnt puncture. I appreciated them being upfront and honest about it.

The guys here really help you out and are always polite!

Was given an estimate and was told that they would meet legitimate competitor prices. When you present those competitive quotes, they wont meet them and on ones that they do, they will find other charges to tack on.Better off going to John the Muffler Man or even Midas Mufflers.

Called about fixing exhaust, explained basically exactly what needs to be done! Told me bring it up in about in hour they will take care of it! I said really thats awesome. Arrived 45min later and was told what I need takes up to an hour and I should bring it back in the morning. Like really, thanks for wasting my time, same guy spoke to on phone. Why tell me bring it in, could of said I need schedule appointment. Just poor quality business so can only expect same for quality work! Recommend going anywhere else! When it comes to car repairs your only gonna get as good of work as who works there! Save yourself the time, go elsewhere!!

Took a total of 45 minutes. They diagnosed the exhaust rattle, provided a reasonable price, did the job satisfactorily and I was on my way! Thumbs up!

I stopped in for an alignment last week. I was told they could not do an alignment on my truck due to the ball joint on the drivers side being “so bad that my truck was borderline dangerous to drive” the ball joints on my truck are less than a year old (July 2018). After I left I had 2 mechanics look at my vehicle because I was worried something was wrong. I am not sure if the mechanics at this shop do not know what they are doing or if they were just trying to get more money out of me. I have been other Wisconsin Tire and Muffler locations and I highly encourage anyone to avoid this location.

Dropped car off at 8 am for brake job. Never got a call to discuss repairs/price. When I called at 3 pm to see what was going on, Adrian said they hadnt even looked at it yet. What!?!? First come, first serve, I was there right at opening - yet nothing had been done for 7 hours and no communication with me at all? Ive had work done before here and was happy. But my treatment today was rude and wasted my time. The excuse was only 2 employees who each had big jobs. Not believable. Adrian blew off my questions and did not care about inconveniencing me. They have lost a customer.

Came here for muffler delete. Happy for Job they did, tips were in middle, not vibrating. Month later so far no issues . Price is moderate .Only issue is they don’t take appointments and serve first come bases ..... so you have to either stay while your work is done or drop off car.

These guys offer a good price for the work, they specialize in exhaust systems but are great to work with on smaller work as well. They’ve done emissions testing for me the past 3 years, and they are consistently pleasant to work with. I would recommend them for work in the future.

Good place to get work done. Mechanics are friendly and polite. Had them install a performance catback on my truck and they did a good job, took them a little under an hour. Prices are also very good. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Of course all the positive reviews are from men. I went there and told them I wanted my check engine light fixed. They couldnt fix it but they did replace four more bulbs that were apparently burnt out. I never authorized them to do that, they never called and asked me. Then they said that they werent going to undo it since my dash was already back in place. So thats $60 right there. You can not do unauthorized work on somebodys car and then Charge them for it. Yet when I went to go pick up my vehicle I had to wait because they were still putting the dash back together???? I thought it was already put back together earlier??? Also noticed no difference in the four bulbs they did replace. Very pissed off and never going here again, Ive talked to a lot of people about this and they will also be steering clear of this place.

Gene is as honest as the day is long and is the only mechanic in the area I will work with anymore in the area.Ive never had a bad experience. Dropped my truck off for a U joint and shifter cable with an approved quote of $383; picked it up and got a $110 bill because Gene went the extra mile to find a specific piece for me saving hundreds on parts, all in the same day. They might have given up a few bucks that visit, but I know Ill be back.

Had my rear brake lines fixed here. It leaked three weeks later so I took it back there. When I came back to pick up my pedal went to the floor and the manager said he couldnt fix it that day so I had to wait another day for it to be bleed properly. Super unhappy with the services here. Go elsewhere!

I came in on a Saturday morning, was first in line, they got me in right away, had a quote in writing within an hour, the work was done right, the price was more than fair, and Adrian and the techs were polite, friendly, and easy to work with; not only would I recommend them again, I am taking my car back again for another issue.

Evap needed repair. Machanic broke part had to buy 120 new gasket. Car ran fine I had to go to work slapped it to gether no problem next day. Repaired it car kept dieing bought it back. Adrian says catalytic converter bad 2 one put on car so not nessarary. So ya that blows up on.Way to work almost puked up in car that smell as I was going up hill thought I blew up engine. Brought it back car wasnt starting right he said now oxygen sensors. I bought a computor reader they where fine until new cat. Do really 100 a piece No they were fine. Car still wont drive right I have paid for rental and all 3000dollars scared to take it back their I had to buy a new car!!!!!! Thank you Adriane never coming back again ever!!!!!!! I video what the car was doing wvwn to show him, he didnt listen. I WILL NEVER GO THEIR AGAIN!!!!

Wisconsin Muffler Tire & Auto (New Berlin)Im quite upset with this place right about now. I went in for emissions test and it wasnt much of a wait, 15 minutes or so, not bad. It is what transpired after I was told that they were finished with the test, which passed. I ask for the sticker, hand the young man my credit card, which IS supposed to be accepted for the payment, as I asked the other employee when I had entered and wanted to be sure it would be.The guy hands it back to me and tells me that only Mastercard and Visa accepted. I turn it over and show him the MasterCard symbol.So he swipes it, but then because he clearly not paying attention to the screen, he somehow managed to enter my payment as cash even though it was clearly being paid for by card. He says he needs to go talk to the other guy to figure out how to re-do the transaction.Another 18 minutes or so go by, as the one guy tried to make a call, but now I am asked to leave and go get cash for the sticker or come back tomorrow. I try to tell the guy what an inconvenience because I had an appointment scheduled at 6pm today and tomorrow is out of my schedule as well. I ask is there a way to charge my card and then do what they need to do to fix their problem.No.So now Im upset, I have to go through Hales Corners construction traffic to get to my bank, I also call my client to let her know what was going on, because this mistake of theirs she cancelled the appointment, because she couldnt do it any later. So now Im really upset that their incompetence just cost me the appointment, which as a small Massage Therapist business owner, it DIRECTLY AFFECTED MY POCKET! All I get is a half-assed shrug of their shoulders and a mistakes happen. Are you serious?!I ask to speak to the owner, same shrug of shoulders and poor excuses. Oh, he asked me if I wanted some discount on future services...I certainly dont.MY loss of over an hour of time, total inconveniences and the loss of my bu$$iness for the evening...I wouldnt trust them to care for my vehicle with the carelessness they have just taking a payment.Steer clear of this place if you value your time and money!

Went to get an emission test. Waited about 45 minutes, as they were busy with real paying customers. Not sure about anything else but the long wait for the emission test.
