Set up an appointment with no referral or anything, simply just reading reviews online. This place was exceptional and honest! Organized crew, great value as well. Would suggest anyone to go here if they are hesitant on which mechanic to go to.

Been a customer for over 5 years now and Ive only had excellent service at Moorland Auto! I recently needed an oil change/tune up before a family road trip and the manager was especially helpful (and honest!) in prioritizing my 2008 Honda Odysseys needs. He told me what was urgent, high pressure line fire power steering, and what could wait but keep an eye on, shock in rear starting to fade.They loaned me a car overnight so I wasnt inconvenienced while they waited for a part to come in the next morning. They finished the work before I had expected even!The prices are fair and never inflated (Ive done my research, yes :-) ). They dont try to upsell you or scare you into repairs. This is especially important for me, as a woman. I have had bad experience with other shops, never at Moorland Auto though. Bob, the owner and manager will always answer any questions you may have and advise honestly and patiently.I highly recommend Moorland Auto for your auto work, domestic or foreign vehicles!

I found a water leak under my car. It looked and smelled like radiator fluid. Then, I used the heater and smelled antifreeze. I was convinced it was probably the heater core and dreaded the eventual bill. I took it to Moorland Auto and asked them to troubleshoot. Within a few hours, it was done. I asked what they found and the answer was, Nothing. I was dumbfounded that there was nothing wrong and that they were so honest. I paid $30 for the troubleshooting time and walked out knowing I have found the mechanic for me. There was an opportunity to take advantage and I would never had known. They did not. I am willing to pay for work done and I feel confident that is what happens at Moorland Auto.

This shop has provided very honest repair to all of my vehicles. I also like the way they will give you a very frank overview of your after-market parts options for a repair (sometimes a good idea; other times it saves money but quality not as good).

Ive been taking my cars here for 10 years. They have always been accomodating and their prices are fair. They are trustworthy, never trying to upsell me. I love that I never have to worry about my cars -- if I ever have a car problem, I take it to Moorland Auto and I know they will take care of me.

Made an appointment told them I needed a loaner and they said they would get me one. My appointment wasnt until 5 days later. When I came in they hadnt written it down that I need a loaner and then said they had no loaners available. Instead of apologizing for their mistake they make a lame excuse that they took the loaners longer than expected. Horrible costumer service I had no choice but to cancel the appointment. I am not going to reschedule there I will take my business elsewhere.

Was very rude and would not even give me a repair quote without looking at the vehicle. Was simply shopping around trying to find the best price and they wouldnt give my a quote without an expensive diagnostic evaluation.
