You may have a great experience with them, and many clearly have. I did not.I purchased two things, a matress and two stressless chairs. The buying (in store) experience. And there it ended. I was to get a call about the delivery estimate, nothing. I call the store, my sales person isnt available. The person who answered the phone was too busy to answer my question - literally what I was told. Call back tomorrow, this call is over.Tomorrow, no sales person, same woman who said she was a designer and couldnt be bothered to track my order. May I speak with a manager, hes not there. Call tomorrow.I emailed, and contacted a number off the website, and I received a text message from someone who seemed helpful. All I wanted was a delivery estimate, and failing that cancel my order - I can take my business elsewhere. Brief text message conversation, will speak with manager and call tomorrow. Everyone is working hard, it is covid, be considerate I was told. Then I got ghosted.We are all working hard in the midst of covid, thats no excuse for poor customer service.Not a single call from them to tell me when my order would arrive, and out of the blue, a call from a delivery company - my stuff will be delivered the coming Saturday. I have no idea whether this was an in-house delivery company, or some third party. But the dude showed up, and did not have a mask, and seemed surprised that I asked him to wear one. Both people who did the delivery found masks, completed their delivery and left.The arm of my stressless chair was loose/broken, and needed to be assembled properly (which it wasnt).I wont say your experience with them will be horrible. Mine was. You may have a great experience, but I will never, ever go back to this place. But, your name may not sound like mine (yeah, some comments were made about my name), and you may not care to know when your stuff will be delivered, your mileage may vary. Mine was horrible.There is no excuse for such poor customer service.

My experience with Stickley Furniture has always been wonderful. I have bought pieces for my bedroom snd living room and they are top quality. The workmanship in the details, the wood used and the designs are gorgeous. I never tire of looking at them- worth every penny.The care that customer service gives is excellent, as important to me as the furniture itself. I have worked with Rose and Linda at the Natick store and they spend a lot of time making sure you get the right color, style, etc. I am a very happy repeat customer!!!

Was thrilled to find out Stickley still carried the same floor lamp we bought 15 years ago as we were hoping to buy a matching one after a renovation. Ordered through Natick MA store and Michael Patterson was great. Picked it up at the store recently and were really disappointed to see “Made in China” on the lamp shade box. Thought we we were getting and paying premium prices for a USA made product. Buyer beware if you are expecting everything from Stickley to be crafted in America.

Great sales service for top notch quality furniture. Salesman knew interior design, furniture backwards and forwards, and lots of patience. Stickley quality lives on in the hands of the Audi family, apparently. Our family has loved Stickley for 3 generations and are pleased we still can. Only fly in the ointment was the woman ringing up our purchases in Natick, MA. Sour and seemingly unhappy to have to talk with us. Hope someone brings her flowers and ice cream.

I own a Stickley side board that is the nicest piece of furniture Ive ever had. So, when I bought a new home, I came to Stickley for furniture for a master bedroom (a treat to myself, and which allows me to discard my old bedroom furniture). Debbie Post is my sales designer and she is fantastic. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge about all the Stickley furniture and was instrumental in guiding me to the final choices I made. She is very pleasant to work with. I never felt pushed or rushed. Im very happy with the pieces I chose and the professional and personable service from Debbie.Thank you!

We needed to furnish the family room in the 200 year old historic home we recently purchased in Kennebunkport. Shopping online while quarantining during the pandemic from our South Florida home was so frustrating. Then we saw the Highlands Sofa on the Stickley website and thought it would be perfect. We called the Stickley Furniture store in Natick, MA and talked to Michael. He was incredibly helpful! We talked about the fabrics, stain colors and leathers. He overnighted the actual samples so we could see them in person, and that sealed the deal!! We ended up buying two sofas, a gathering island, two leather chairs and a table, which will all be perfect! Thank you Michael!

My experience in the store was nice, my sales lady was helpful and knowledgeable. However, since then Ive been incredibly disappointed by my experience. After waiting 10 weeks to get my desk I called to get a status update on my order. I was told that their computers are down and that they can’t check any orders, however I was assured that they would be up soon and that I would receive updates. Two weeks after that first call (and three additional call attempts) and their computers are still down and I haven’t received a single call following up. Im perplexed at how a company does business like this? I’m not planning on shopping here again when/if I get my furniture.

I ordered 2 night stands and 1 end table on August 28th 2020. I havent received any of my orders after 20 weeks!On same day (August 28th, 2020), I ordered some other furniture from furniture stores Ethan Allen and Arthus. Both stores delivered my furniture before Thanksgiving although they told me the delays because of Covid19. Sales from Ethan Allen followed up with me about my furniture every a couple of weeks.I understand the impact of Covid19. So I was patient and called the store around Thanksgiving because I didnt receive any update about my orders from Stickley Audi. But their computer systems were down during Thanksgiving and I was asked to call back later. I called again 2 weeks before Christmas about status. Their sales did call me back but was not helpful about the status. Now, another month were gone. I still havent received any updates since then.I moved into a new house so I still have many furniture in need to fill the house. The experience helps with narrowing down my shopping options to other stores in the same furniture plaza.

Most of my parents house has Stickley furniture. So My fiancé and I decided to purchase a king size bed with a bedroom set and a temperpedic mattress as well for our new house. Victoria our sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient by making our shopping experience easy and pleasant.The furniture here is high quality and durable!

I wanted to take a moment to review our sales designer Michael. We live in the metro west area and its pretty much furniture row with all the furniture stores that line route 9. We recently moved into our new home and dont have a lot of disposable income to spend so my husband and I thought buying some new accessories would give us a new look. We started our day off and hit every furniture store under the sun. We had the same experience at each store. We were greeted, and upon hearing we were just looking for accessories, we were left to own devices. Then we stopped at Stickley and it was probably our sixth or seventh stop and for the first time after we were greeted by Michael and told him we were just looking for accessories he asked us about the room we were decorating. He was the first salesperson we encountered all day who had shown an interest in helping us. We showed him pictures of our new home and he walked the showroom with us asking questions and showing us things he thought would look great in our home. We were definitely on a budget and he understood this and still spent a good amount of time with us ensuring we were happy. We were beyond happy. His help and attention to our situation really made us feel special and I can honestly say when we do have the budget for new furniture Im heading right back to Stickley!!! Attentive as we explored what we wanted and shared extensive product knowledge and pros/cons with each option. At the same time, not pushy or trying to quickly close the sale. Accommodated us as we wanted to consider options and allowed us to take fabric swatches home and even extended sale by a couple of days until we were able to come back in. Customer service at its best. Would definitely recommend Stickley Audi and its associates to others!

Lovely people who are very helpful and knowledgeable. When I returned to the store after my initial visit, my salesperson was busy with another customer. While I was waiting, the store manager came over to check on me and to let me know the salesperson would be available soon. I thought that was a nice touch.

They worked so well together, assessing our design preferences then recommending furniture, fabric and color. Utilizing software to create a virtual tour of the space to be decorated (an 18x23’ family room with cathedral ceiling), confident choices were made with relative ease. We entered Stickley Audi &Co in Natick, Mass. simply hoping to gather a few ideas. We departed a few hours later having furnished a challenging space with warmth, interest and balance. Ellen and Michael are so deserving of their fine reputation. Social media reviews giving them five stars are absolutely correct.

I got an invitation to write a review on Stickley and since we are stuck in with snow and more on the way I figured it was a good time to leave a review. My wife and I (she makes all the decisions) went to Stickley to get a new sofa and chair. We were greeted by Michael who was very nice. He wasnt pushy and made us genuinely feel at home. My wife had a few questions and Michael answered them. But Michael went a step further. He asked us about the room. Asked us what we had in the room. The size of the room and a few other questions. We werent sure on the size of the room and Michael offered to come to our home and measure it. No one had offered us this anywhere else. He came the next day and was so professional. He measured our room, made a few suggestions and our dog, Ben, was very happy to have a new friend. We went back to the showroom the next day and were presented with a floor plan. It was perfect. It showed the room with our new furniture! Michael allowed us to take fabric home to see what it would look like in our room. I guess what Im saying here is that we never felt pressured or rushed. It was a nice feeling. We ended up with our new sofa, a chair and a recliner. This was a great experience for both of us. Thank you Michael and Stickley.

With this information she help guide us through the inventory of store .The quality of the furniture is amazing. My fiance and I went into Stickley looking for a bedroom set for our soon to be new home. Literally in front of us and had us both feeling great about our selection and then to be able to see how it fit in the room planner was a huge bonus. We visited the store and were fortunate enough to meet Michael Patterson.Michael used some software to mock up our rooms and the furniture. After exploring a few options, he helped us find a solution! Not only that, but we realized that we needed a few more items to round out our home and he did a great job of helping us navigate the process and avoiding making another potential error.Although we have worked with a few people at Stickley over the years, Michael is our new go-to person. And it doesnt hurt that the furniture is amazingly beautiful and practical.

We had a great experience with buying our furniture from Stickley. We worked with Rose and she was fantastic! She came to our home (free in home consultation) and gave us great ideas of what to purchase for our family room and our eat in kitchen area. She was very thorough and helpful. We came into the store and she spent hours with us picking out our custom furniture. We had our furniture delivered last week and are extremely happy with our choices. The only glitch in the process was the delivery. The delivery of everything was within the timeframe we were told, but one of the delivery people was very rude and unprofessional and wasn’t knowledgeable at all about the placement of the furniture. Other than that, I highly recommend Rose in the Natick, MA location and the the high quality of Stickley!

She knew exactly where to show us furniture that met our requirements.She was also able to show us samples of fabric and leather on furniture, so we could get a better idea of what they would look like, rather than just looking at a small sample. My wife and I were in the market for a new sofa. We werent sure what we wanted but we figured wed know when we saw it. We made the rounds to all the furniture stores and were stalked like we were prey. Its an uncomfortable feeling. Stickley was our last stop. We arrived and were greeted by Michael who welcomed us, asked if wed visited the store before and told us to enjoy the store and he would check back with us later. That was it. There was no stalking happening at Stickley. We were allowed to shop and it wasnt lost on my wife or myself that Michael was nearby, however, busy fixing displays and tidying up the store. After about ten minutes Michael reapproached us and asked if we had any questions. We began to tell him we were looking for a sofa for a living room. He asked us the size of the current sofa, the size of the room and a few other questions. Before you knew it we had found our sofa. My wife shared images of the room with Michael and he suggested a few fabrics for our new sofa. And that was it we had our new sofa! It was the easiest and best experience either of us have ever had in a furniture store. While we were finishing up we noticed another customer purchasing and they were getting the same care we received. The people at Stickley care about your purchase, that was clear to us. We cant wait to go back and furnish our new family room that is being added on to our home. See you then Michael!!!!

We had gone to another furniture store in Framingham to purchase an American Leather sofa. Our young son is very fussy and was having a bad day. He started to cry and if looks could kill we were dead! The sales staff werent happy with our fussy son and made it very clear. We decided to cut our loses and googled who else sold American Leather. Stickley Furniture came up and we headed there. When we arrived the showroom was literally empty. There was no furniture in the entire store. They were doing a major remodel. A very pleasant receptionist paged a designer and Michael arrived. We explained what we were looking for and he said they just so happened to have three American Leather sofas left in the showroom. It was literally the only thing they had on their store floor. Michael was professional, honest and walked us through the process of selecting our American Leather sofa. He even offered to come to our home to measure the room and ensure it would fit into our home. Top notch customer service. Above all, Michael was unphased by our fussy son and even gave him his iPad to play with. This was our first experience with Stickley Furniture and it wont be our last thanks to Michael and the staff of Stickley Furniture.
