A new store that opened only a couple of months ago. I went in looked around and was greeted by the manager who took my online order and went the extra step to help me measure some furniture. Only concern that I had was that my Apple Card was not accepted but he said they were working on it. Thank goodness they opened a store so you have a look at what you want to buy.

Very interesting little concept store. Enjoyed the holiday items and getting to see and inspect the products in person versus online. Your staff is excellent and Im coming back to get a few items I saw on the shelves, great gift ideas.

Nick, the store worker, was very very helpful. Shopping With 2kids w/Covid-19 could be very difficult, but Nick made us feel very comfortable and manageable. Highly recommended!

I ordered a patio set and paid for assembly. The handyman assembled the furniture and it was not removed from the box prior to that. The wicker-rattan is broken in several places and the overall quality of the set is poor. Very small and the cushions are very thin and uncomfortable. I am returning the item, and had to hold for 1.5 hours to speak to customer service - and she was condescending. She kept saying “like I said...”So I have to disassemble myself (after paying $200 to assemble) and I also have to pay $50 return shipping. So I lost $250 on a damaged low quality patio set. First and LAST time I will ever do business with Wayfair. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs.

We were excited to see the store as its the first and the only wayfair store. it was nice to actually see and feel the items, but felt the store was too small. There is a lot more I think they can do with the store. Looking forward to more additions to the store.

I drove over 2 hours so I could buy a dinning room table and chairs because the stores web sight said they where open and guess What?? I get there and they are closed that was very disappointing I can not believe I drove all that way for nothing very disappointed

Just wasted an afternoon driving to the brick and mortar store in Natick MA hoping to work with an “expert” before spending thousands of dollars on outdoor furniture just to be told by their staff to “read the reviews” of what we were interested in buying. UGH!!!

The customer support is totally bad. First of all you wait for more than 40 minutes to talk to someone and then they try the least to help you. I have even been to the Natick wayfair store and the customer care representatives their are rude and unhelpful. I am never buying anything again from wayfair. If you ever need to return or get a defective item from wayfair. Good luck for dealing with the unhelpful customer care.

What a joke, did a search for flour sack towels on Wayfair.ca. A set of 2 lowest price was $30cdn, a set of 6 $91cdn. Try 8 for $30cdn on Amazon.caNeedless to say I didnt stick around for any more bargains at Wayfair.ca

I have a lot of amazing high-quality furniture from WayFair and I swear by them. This store, though, is a terrible assortment of Nick nacks, much like a Pier 1 or even a Christmas Tree Shop. There’s almost no furniture and the store is small and cluttered with tacky useless things. If I didn’t know the website and first saw this store, I would never go to the website because the store is actually that bad. Huge disappointment, but I still love the website.

Disappointed in the size and stock of the store. Was expecting it to be set up similar to crate and barrel. More of an overpriced accessory store and not so much furniture. We took a 1 hour trip here to inquire about a couch we liked on the website. Should have done more research on the stores stock, I did email the company and they told me they couldn’t tell what the store had, so I should have called the store directly, but I never would have guessed they didn’t have any furniture displayed. There were maybe 2 couches displayed, so we at least wanted to see how the fabric felt. I don’t think the staff knew how to find the specific fabric of the couch and were less than helpful or friendly. Save your time and go somewhere like Home Sense down the road. Same type of stuff but better prices and lots of couches and furniture displayed.

Extremely rude workers. They also do not take care of their products. My dad and I found this set in clearance. When we took it to check out one of the workers smashed on accident and left a big chip in it. I asked the manager for a bigger discount because it was 50% off on clearance and he said he could not do that for me even though they had another clearance rack that was 70% off. I asked if they had another one he said no in a very rude voice and didn’t look at me twiceMy dad really wanted to buy it from my mom so we bought it anyways and then when I got home I realized how much other stuff was wrong with it. I messaged Wayfair and never heard a response.

Been waiting five days for a mattress and platform. Today told it was shipped, it would arrive tomorrow. Just called again, sorry mechanical problem, not shipping till Monday. Mechanical problem with a mattress??? So I decided to check the store. Number on website is not for the store, its the central Customer Service number. Woman tells me THAT STORE HAS NOT OPENED. Clowns.
