We found the furniture very much to our liking and received excellent advice and care from Dave Cline at the Natick store. Dave took time to listen to our preferences and to do a room plan to ensure that what we were thinking about would fit. He did a great job explaining all the options without them seeming overwhelming. We highly recommend Dave and appreciate the great service.

Helpful, courteous and professional staff at the Natick store..A little pricey for most, but very good quality, beautiful furniture. You get what you pay for. Takes a little too long to get once you order (12 weeks) which is the only reason why I’m not giving it five stars.

While designing my living room, I worked with a designer, Alicia, and she took the time to understand my style and taste before making recommendations. She was both patient as well as helpful and extremely responsive. I never felt pressure to buy (like you may in other stores) and therefore I love going back each time.

I needed to buy a new lamp during the pandemic but the stores are closed. I called on a Sunday and Andrew immediately answered, was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to buy a new lamp by phone and pick up at the store. Thank you! Also, I was happy to hear from another MG person who had to confirm my email, that the factory is producing PPE.

Very happy with my sofa purchase! Great quality and delivery experience.

Dave Cline is extremely knowledgeable and personable and (gently) steered us in a great direction for a non-stock fabric option for the Hunter 100” sofa. I would not have “seen” the fabric he suggested as it blended in with a sea of similar samples but its lovely qualities really came out when viewed at home in the lighting conditions where the sofa will ultimately live. Thanks so much, can’t wait to see the finished piece!

Alicia was great listened to our ideas and looked at our space and help us figure out what would work best to start with, when I called later to change the color if one of the items she was more than happy to do that. We will be shopping more before we’re done with the condo that is for sure

My initial visit at the Natick store was very positive. Chrissey, customer service manager assisted me. She was pleasant, professional & efficient. Although she is not a designer, she knew the stock & answered all my questions. She provided a quote & refereed me to a designer.Today I placed the order with Annette, who will visit my home & finalize the details.So far it’s been a good experience! More later!

We stopped at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams in Natick to look for furniture for our new condo. We had been to a few other stores, but hadn’t really seen anything we were interested in. We met Dave Cline at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. He was extremely helpful without being intrusive. They have many items on display, but all of their items are customizable. Dave took the time to make a virtual floor plan of our room to see how it would look with different options. We left without making a purchase, but went back yesterday to make some choices. Again Dave was extremely helpful & patient. I highly recommend this store & especially Dave.

We needed to replace our t.v. room sofa, so we went to MGBW. They listened, answered our questions and offered guidance and we found them knowledgeable, helpful and fun. After sitting on many sofas and sectionals, we found the right piece for us and in the process fell in love with two swivel chairs. Amy Bressler in Natick, MA was awesome. She came to the house with samples of fabric and helped us make decisions about sofa features and fabric and color of chair leather etc. She has a great eye and made it easy. It was a pleasure to work with her.
