The main thing that rubbed me the wrong way is that a salesperson told me that the turned off the phones. So calling in the morning at 11am trying to make sure I they have what I wanted was there cause online said they did. A 5 minute conversation would of saved me a trip that was a waste of money and time. I know its the holidays and I worked retail before as well. There are certain things you dont want to do, but do them to save us from having a poor customer experience. Answering the phone is one of them. I wanted to say something but I just left. 😒

The staff here is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Im not overly familiar with the brand, but my friend has one of their bracelets, and I wanted to pick out a charm or two for her as a gift. The person who helped me was so nice, and they took the time to explain which charms would work with her bracelet.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!! A family member and I bought a bracelet and 4 charms here in October 2017 as a birthday gift. The bracelet was too small so I went back to the store to exchange it for a larger size a couple of weeks later, which the manager who sold the items to us told is would be fine to bring it back in if it didnt fit. When returning to the store I was told the bracelet I needed was sold out and gave my name and number to the employee who said they would give me a call back when the bracelet came in. It had been a couple of weeks and I hadnt heard anything from the store so I called back to be told the bracelet still hadnt come in but they would contact me as soon as they did. I left my name and number again and waited to hear back. Still never heard anything. I have called and been back several times still to not receive any help. Today I went into the store again and spoke with the manager who actually sold me the items back in October. She said I would have needed to exchange the bracelet within 30 days and I needed a receipt, which we had emailed to us when we bought the items. I explained the situation and was then told that I couldve had the amount of the bracelet put on a gift card so that I couldve used it for the bracelet whenever it came in and that since it was sold in October I needed the paper receipt. I asked if she could look the purchase up in the system under the account and she didnt even bother to look. Also not once in the many times I called or stopped by the store was it even suggested to me that I put the amount on the gift card. I explained that as well. In the end the manager told me the type of bracelet I was needing had been discontinued a few months ago and that was why I never received a call back and that I could instead pay $45 For a different bracelet. I will never be back to purchase anything from Pandora. This was absolutely ridiculous...Ive been trying to exchange this for the last 3 months and their level of customer service was just so underwhelming.

Lilly failed to bag both items in my purchase. I was forced to return to deal with the situation. When I got there she blamed it on human error. Be careful, although we would like to think that everyone is trustworthy we live in a world that is not. She wanted me to drive out the next day for the third time due to human error. The location should be reviewed for fraud and inventory check. This is not the first time this has happened based on reviews. Request that the items be placed on gift boxes in front of you so that you know you are leaving with what you purchased. Happy shopping.

I usually go to Opry MIlls but i was in the area so i went here and the statff isnt friendly OR helpful. I had to get in my car and drive to Opry Mills just to get assistance. And she was the manager at that!

Drove all the way to this store from bowling green ky. When we arrived to the store there were two women working and only a couple of other customers. One of the women working (Elizabeth) was helping a couple look at charms at the first counter we walked up and we were NEVER once acknowledged by her or even looked at for that matter. The other sales woman was very nice and seemed to be doing most of the work she apologized for the wait and having to do one at a time. When it was our turn she helped us switch something out no problem. Then by that time the other girl had made her way up to the counter to check out the couple she had been working with and had the audacity when we were leaving to say, yall have a good night. Why acknowledge us now? Ill just order online from now on!

Truly 0 stars. Corporate needs new employees in this store, because they lack customer service! They will watch you wait and not even ask you if you need help, instead they attend to the customer they choose to or looks like them. Oblivious! That’s probably how they got the job. I CANNOT get ahold of anyone on the phone and have been trying for days!! I live in Wisconsin but Im visiting right now and want to know if they have an exclusive Nashville charm!! After calling 5 different times I tried to leave a message and the mailbox is full! I worked at Pandora in Wisconsin for 6 years and this is unacceptable.Update- waited for 1hr 40m to be helped, and there were 6 people ahead of me on a list, totally get that I have to wait but the workers moved extremely slow (I would know. 6yrs of experience myself at pandora) I bought $180 worth of charms and they were trying to charge me for a polishing cloth (we give them to customers when they ask if they spend a good amount of money, she knew I worked at pandora and I was offended) left the mall and headed back to my resort, I look down and my Murano was broken. Went back and asked the girl helping someone if she could just reach in and swap it out for me (my 2 kids and mom were waiting in the car) she said no I had to wait for her to damage it out....(WHAT?!) I waited 20 minutes and she turned around opened her hand, I guessed that was her sign of give me the charm. I gave her my broken one and she handed me a new one. Obviously I KNOW I dont have to be there for her to damage the charm out and she made me wait 20mins for no reason before doing it anyways. I would never EVER go back to this Pandora even if they had the best sale with the most exclusive charms.And for those of you wondering because you cant get ahold of anyone they do have a dangle Nashville charm, and a exclusive Murano also.

I have never dealt with a more unfriendly staff when shopping in Pandora. I bought my mother a Pandora bracelet, and have given her Pandora charms from all over the world. We took the bracelet into the Green Hills location, because one of the charms became stuck, rendering the bracelet useless. One would reasonably expect them to assume a fair amount of responsibility for their jewelrys defects.The manager refused to repair or replace the bracelet, on the basis that the charm was fake. If they were a little more knowledgable in their own product, they would realize the charm is specific to Hong Kong, and is listed on the Pandora Hong Kongs website. Perhaps they should step outside of their small-town mentality, and recognize that Pandora is an international company, with varying inventories. I highly advise you to avoid this Pandora, as the employees treat you like youre inferior and incompetent. Trying to place a large phone order (I dont live near) and they dont even answer. It just keeps ringing. Ive tried 6 times now and it rings for minutes then makes the noise like someone is on the line. I have called more times on other days and still no one answers.
