My family and I eat acai bowls here (the Standard and the Big Island) several times a week. We have come to know Enrique, William, and Lexi from our visits. They are super friendly, kind, hard-working people that make the whole experience even better. The food is fresh and healthy! A winning place to grab a refreshing fruit or veggie meal or juices for a fast!

Who would think that a delicious fruit native from Brazil would make this small place a surprise? Incredible Açai bowls with the right ingredients will make your visit a real delight to your palate. To accompany, the best matcha Tea Ive ever had, I recommend with coconut milk. Many thanks to all the staff for their kind attention!

Slow. Poor service and rather expensive for what you get.

Came to 12 the ave location. Ordered a Chai tea and it tasted like oats. Also it came from a pack. No natural. We ordered 2 products. One was never delivered. After 10 minutes we asked and they had not made it. Worst service. Tons of kids that have zero client service. Not recommended at all!

Awesome smoothie bowls! While we were eating inside, an angry customer confronted the staff and they handled it very calmly. I’m impressed, I don’t imagine I’d speak to her so calmly and rationally lol. Anyway, staff was nice & decor was cute. 10/10 :)

Acai bowls are our favorite menu item. Made with healthy, organic, tasty, fresh fruit. Filling! Near Belmont University also in East Nashville, and Franklin. Its a staple diet for our son and his friends who live in Nashville. We love to grab a meal or snack here when visiting Nashville.

So my first time visiting this place was last Saturday and let me tell you! They know how to treat their customers! Very patient and professional! The lovely Caroline and JC made the most amazing chocolate lovers smoothie bowl( That’s not the name of it ) just for little ole for me. I will definitely make the drive to have this smoothie bowl again and again. Thanks ladies!

Great Acai! The acai itself is delicious and the plethora of toppings really make the bowl. The smoothies are very good as well.

I accidentally ordered to another location but didn’t realize until I got to 12South. I was totally fine driving to the other location to pick up my order as that was totally my mistake, but the employee called the other store to have them cancel that order and instead made it for me at their shop. Their customer service is always fantastic!!

Great açaí bowls!

I am disappointed in this place and won’t be back. The smoothie is good so I’m giving it two stars. The lack of customers wearing masks acting like it’s just another normal day in Nashville was really upsetting. The workers are forced to wear masks thankfully, but the outside Sign tells people “curbside pickup only” when clearly it’s not. The small interior was packed with people coming in and out unaware of any kind of social distancing. My smoothie took so entirely long to make so I had to put myself at risk for even longer than intended. I know I am at fault for taking that chance, but it’s really sad and unfortunate that this company isn’t doing more to make it right just so they don’t lose customers.

A lot of other acai bowl places I have tried the main base is delicious and just perfect, special thanks to William he makes the best bowls ever and now he’s at porter location I’ll have to make few stops there !!

They do NOT just have plain pineapple juice, okay. Small smoothie some $8.40. Highway robbery. Tasted like any other McDonalds smoothie.

This NY’er loves this juice bar. Especially thankful they allow customers choose whether they want to be masked or not with a .094% chance of getting the virus..

Kona Bowl is the best!

Very disappointed with the bowl I got here recently. It was basically a $12 bowl with 1 banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter, a drizzle of honey and some granola. The amount of açaí that was little to none. It’s not always been this way. While it still taste amazing, it’s drastically over priced for the amount you get. Sad to see quality suffer to make a little extra money.

Had koi smoothie. Was really tasty. Gave me the necessary energy during my walk!! And not to forget, excellent service!!

More than amazing! Cleanest acai bowl Ive found, and Ive searched quite alot! No unneccessary sugar add-ons, yet so much customization in toppings and base consistency! Best so far.

Amazing acai bowls and juices!! They really fill it up with the toppings. Everything was delicious. I would recommend the Kona bowl. My only complaint is the use of plastic for juices and bowls.

I usually like their smoothies, but the last several times Ive been, the service has been really slow. Also, every once in a while you get a smoothie that is so thick you cant use a straw to drink it. Other than the occasional texture thing, the smoothies are the best you can find in town.

The açaí bowls here are a dream come true. My wife and I always get the Kona and are subsequently blown away by the flavor and quality of the fruit. Honestly, I think they import their blueberries, strawberries, and bananas from heaven. The ripeness and sweetness is astounding. We had some odd experiences with the employees in the past, but lately they seem to have made changes for the good. Their juice is also delicious.

Two things that make this the best place ever: 1) their Lavendar Oat Milk Latte and 2) I met Hayley Williams here. Seriously.

I really wanted to try the Feel Better juice cleanse and was going to order 2 - one for me and one for my bf. I couldnt place the order online because I had a gift card that I wanted to use toward the order and there was not a place to input that information online. I called the 12th south location thinking that I could place the order over the phone. The staff member I spoke with first had to talk to her manager and would have to call me back. The manager called me back and advised that Id need to call the Hendersonville store...(there is not a Franklin Juice Co location in Hendersonville. Its Nashville Juice. So I couldnt find the number online.) I called the 12th S manager back to get the phone number. He asked if he could call me back because he didnt know the number either. Calls me back, gives me the number, I call it and leave a VM. I receive a call back and am told that I will need to be called back again because this person is unsure why the 12th S manager would refer me to the Hendersonville location. I get a call back, she asks me which cleanse Im wanting and I tell her. She states that is a Franklin Juice cleanse, not a Nashville juice cleanse, so I need to contact my manager to see if I can do that. At that point I decided to go with another local juice company. I spent 4 hours of my day trying to get this done with Franklin Juice Co. I want to make it clear that the people I spoke with did try their best to be helpful, but there was so much confusion and uncertainty about something that seemed so simple. By the end of the call, I was no longer confident that my order would be handled or delivered appropriately. I do hope that you have a process improvement plan in place for something as simple as using a gift card at your business.

Thought they would sell fresh pressed vegetables based on name/logo, but only have bottles. Smoothie was good.

Pitaya Bowl was great

First of all, extremely overpriced. I bought 2 juices and an açai bowl for over 30 dollars. The juices tasted so watered down, unlike any juice Ive ever had. It was like they juiced 1 spinach leaf, half a lime, and a stalk of celery with 24 oz. of water. Minor gripe but the packaging was novice at best, I get that its a small business but the labels on the juice looked cheap and they didnt take the time to put the labels on without air bubbles. And for the price Id expect glass bottles, but whatever. The açai bowl used some of the cheapest ingredients, I felt like the granola was some off brand stuff from Kroger, Walmart or Costco. Definitely wont be back.

Franklin Juice is by far my favorite place to stop in and get a tasty and nutritious treat. My usual, is a medium Big Island (an açaí bowl with banana, peanut butter, hemp seeds, almonds, granola, and bee pollen - I get extra peanut butter, of course), and a large Honest Coffee Almond/Coconut Milk Latte. Mm Mm Good!The staff is always friendly and helpful, it is conveniently located at the end of 12 South, and their hours are perfect for me (and anyone) to stop in almost any time and enjoy their options for açaí bowls, pitaya bowls, smoothies, fresh-squeezed juices, and of course, Honest Coffee drinks.Trust me...it doesn’t get any better than Franklin Juice if you want to treat yourself.

Delicious Açai bowls, but get the large to get your moneys worth. I believe its Small - 12oz - $8, Medium - 16oz - $10, and Large - 24oz - $12.Smoothies are good too but way over priced. $9?!People are digging holes in El Salvador for $3/day..

Ok this place is very creative and cool! Nice employees working there with tremendous coffee! I had the 12 South - which is coffee, chocolate milk, a pinch of orange juice, and a touch of salt. It was delicious! Reasonably priced for the quality and a nice location off 12th Avenue.

They have awesome acai bowls and the staff is friendly. Good place to grab a coffee and do a little work.

Absolutely delicious açaí bowls! And fantastic coffee from Honest Coffee. The only complaints I have are that there’s no green açaí bowl option (most places would have an açaí base mixed with spinach and kale and fruit, but I had to custom request spinach and kale blended in for an extra $2 and it seemed like a confusing request to the associate). There’s also not a ton of seating, but if it’s warm outside, just eat it on the go outside somewhere. Having multiple size options (s/m/l) for the açaí bowls is much appreciated!

Great Acai bowl!! Great spot for couples to take a little break. They have Combucha on tap which I didnt get to try. I have to go back to try it next time! Probably one of the best Acai Bowls I have had! Great toppings! Goji berries are nice and chewy here!

Small shop on 12th Ave South. Acai bowls, smoothies, juices and more. Organic and made to order (except for the juices). Has gluten free (not grain free) granola option, and no dairy used. If you are vegan you can request no honey or bee pollen (which is only on a few of the acai bowels). Delicious!!!

Great little juice spot. I needed a break from all the greasy food & their smoothie hit the spot.

First of all, I order a smoothie and the place wasnt even that busy. It took around 15 minutes to get the smoothie. Second of all, I got the avocado, banana, vanilla and honey smoothie and it taste like açaí!!! Sucked!
