Living Water Brewing has a great atmosphere. It is an excellent place to come to for getting work done on your computer, good coffee, and great quality beer. I was truly blown away by how good their beer was. Being from New York, there are not many coffee shops that incorporate beer in their menu but I honestly think this is a great idea. They had a good music playlist going as well, which is something I tend to enjoy. I definitely encourage you to visit Living Water Brewing. The place is very inviting and super friendly. Please enjoy for me.

Cool vibe to the place, limited outdoor seating, friendly staff but the beer, while very good, is very over-priced. $6 for a 10 oz. pour is just too steep. And why is a $5 oz. pour $3.50 instead of $3? Craft beer prices have been steadily increasing and am just not sure these prices are justified. Seems expensive compared to other places so I doubt that I will go back.Response to owner: I dont follow your reasoning for the cost difference for a half pour. You brew a large container of beer using a certain amount of ingredients. Whether you pour that beer in 5 or 10 ounces doesnt change the amount of ingredients so it doesnt make sense to me that this should change the price? Anyway, I appreciate your response and that is great if you are using ethically sourced ingredients and direct trade. If that pricing is what it takes to keep your business going, then I wish you all the best! I just choose not to pay that price for a beer. Best of luck to you, I do like the place!

Pretty neat place to sit for a beer or coffee. The nitro cold brew is definitely a must. Staff is very friendly and the cheese bagel is great. The mystery spread that comes with it was a risk, but came with a delicious return.Good place to sit and work for a few hours if you can get past the bad music that is occasionally played from the bartender’s friend’s playlist named after one of the worst fashion trends ever to happen to denim.

Brewery, coffee, and baked goods, and does all so well. Creamsicle tonic drink is a must. Baristas know their craft here.

Coffee and beer...what more do you need! The Cafe Colada is a top 3 iced coffee drink. The espresso has great dark chocolate tasting notes and the pour over is rich. They serve Parlor coffee which is a roaster out of Brooklyn, NY.

NASHVILLE COFFEE TOUR #2: My bestie takes me to different and new-to-me coffee places! ☕We had a great experience at Living Waters Brewing. The environment is relaxing and comfortable. One could easily work or had a private conversation there.I had an Americano while my friend had a Vanilla Latte. The espresso was sweet with a few bitter notes. Overall a good cup. Bestie had a chocolate cinnamon roll that was really good and tasted fresh. We also grabbed one of the many beers they create--the Mille, a coffee milk stout.The staff was kind, informative and attentive. They even replaced my Americano that spilled for free! (Beware the unsteady side table by the couch!)I know we will be returning!

Discovered this spot on my last day while visiting Nashville and its my only regret that I didnt find it sooner. Poked in here after checking out records next door at Grimeys. They had an awesome beer selection, a couple of interesting Goses on tap when I was there which is always nice to see. Nicely designed interior + great service from behind the bar.Overall would highly recommend checking this place out if youre looking for a chill/comfy vibe for either coffee or beers.

What a fun space at this gorgeous taproom-coffee shop hybrid. Staff is knowledgeable and prompt. Both beer and tea|coffee service was on-point. Living Waters also offers up a small selection of pasties daily; the chocolate croissant was served warm and was absolutely delicious. Bring a book or a friend; top notch place to linger.

Beer didn’t have a wide variety of choices. I had the Belgian which was decent. Tried a cappuccino which was good too . Didn’t seem much like a brewery at all.

Love this place. My complaint is the music is WAY too loud. I come here to work on my computer sometimes and I can’t hear myself think. In a perfect world they’d cut the volume in half during the day and turn it back up at night.

Pursing around Nashville and Franklin for a couple of days. I’ve been hunting for a couple good beers. Last days here, I came across Living Waters. I’ve not heard of these guys but enjoyed their Victoria IPA. Good service and a good beer. The rest of the gang tried their coffee drinks. It is very underrated but an excellent “coffee shop” too. My team really liked the coffee.

Everything we tried was excellent!! Got a 4-pack of Sterling to-go. Very impressed with all the beers and the environment is very cozy and welcoming as well. There is a small patio area as well, otherwise the garage door was open for air flow.

Very poor experience this afternoon with the staff! Extremely RUDE and arrogant. I was told abruptly that I had to get out of the building without a mask.The cashier with the red hair, could have articulated his message more respectfully and I would have been happy to wear one if he offered it.This was the first and last time that I ever enter that facility.

There are so many craft breweries in Nashville. This is hands-down our favorite! The beers are in a totally different class than even the more well known, highly touted breweries. Great people, the BEST atmosphere, the BEST tasting beers! No need to go anywhere else! You won’t be disappointed!

Beers awesome! The Yukon is my personal favorite. Wasn’t much of a coffee drinker until now after going there a bunch.. Also the jazz night or classical revolution nights are pretty cool. Love the vibe of the place overall.

Amazing brewery!!! My friends and I had so much fun at this place. I am not much a beer drinker, but the three I tasted were delicious and I ended up falling in love with one of the dark beers. The building itself is very spacious and decorated flawlessly! I would 100% recommend!

This brewery offers up both a cozy but high end atmosphere with a great selection of coffee & beer to choose from!! They exemplify the old saying Every brewery will make a bad beer now and again. The difference between a good brewery and a bad brewery is if they are still trying to sell the beer. And there was not a bad beer on their tap wall. Kudos for putting quality first!! 🍻

Great coffee and space but the music is always absurdly loud. If you want to make a nice environment during the day for people to come, work, and have a conversation, please keep your customers in mind when choosing music and the overall volume. I couldn’t even order across the bar today at a normal speaking voice. Again, excellent coffee and employees!

Living Waters is the real deal if you like good beer and coffee. Somehow, after only being open for a few months, their beer is at least on par with the top breweries in Nashville. They also have a decent range of styles as well (stouts, IPAs, sours, pale ales, etc). Every single bartender or owner Ive spoken with has been very friendly, and Ive had a great time.

Great place. Visiting from out of town and staying very close to here. The staff is over the top, loves engaging in conversation about their beer and the ins and outs of Nashville. Great beer too. They also serve coffee.

I live not far from there and me and my friend stopped by in the day to give it a try. I started with a shot of espresso which was fantastic and extremely smooth. We then proceeded to go through nearly the entire beer menu and I couldnt be more pleased with how excellent and creative every single beer was. They do 5oz pours which make it easy to try several beers. The brewmaster was just hanging out behind the bar as well so we got to chat with him some about his creations. I loved everything about the space and the menu and its some of the best beer Ive had in nashville. I sincerely hope they are very successful and keep doing what they are doing!

Nice selection of coffee for pour over and espresso, and a handful of quality beers.Biggest draw for me is how comfortable the space is—lots of tables, chairs, and a couple nice couches in a huge building that gets plenty of natural light. Theyre open late, let you open a tab, and have plenty of parking.My only (small) complaint is that the music is usually very loud. Even with headphones on and music playing, I can clearly hear whats coming through their sound system. Makes it difficult to concentrate if Im trying to work.

Delicious beer and relaxing atmosphere. The brewmaster and barista are very knowledgeable. We only drank beer while there but purchased some coffee to make at home which was freshly roasted and very smooth. We look forward to the next visit!

I really liked this brewery. I came in late so I didnt try their coffee, but their beer was high quality. Romker and Anduin were my favorite, but I think the Romker won out. The owners were really friendly and I had a great talk with them. The music selection at the time was nice, and the whole ambiance of the place was chill.
