Just got a protein shake made and it was horrible. It still had ice chunks in it. Miss Frantz (I think thats her name). The worst one I have ever had. I think Im done with this place. Reason why I didnt get it remade, I had to go back to work. The coffee is always horrible. The reason I now, is because I work there.

The Green Beans Coffee Co at BNA has one fantastic worker. I believe her name was Linda. Today almost all the flights were cancelled and she manned the food and coffee by herself. She was running around and still managed to provide excellent customer service. It made the fact I’m stranded at the airport a lot more bearable. So thank you for the food and coffee.

Green Beans Coffee terminal A at Nashville currently has the single worst employee of a company working there. She is rude to everyone that walks up, loud condescending and makes every customer feel as if they are inconveniencing her. We are sitting here having our coffee in complete disbelief that this place is represented by her. She should never have a job that involves the public and should be put in a windowless back office out of contact with all of humanity.

I dont mind paying more for foods products when stuck in an airport, but they should make an effort to sell fresh items. Their Danish and muffins were old and dry. Makes me Less inclined to want to try their coffee.

This place is no longer here at the airport and I hate this cause their coffee is so good.

The rude, arrogant, fat, tattooed slob running the stand at the Nashville airport directed me upstairs to Starbucks three times before I finally took his advice. I guess giving his little friend that was hanging around free coffee was more important than providing the customer service he was probably hired to do. If he worked for me, today would have been his last day.

Best chai Ive had so far, I had no idea what to get until a young lady Heidi recommended a iced chai tea .. very good place after a tiring trip! Fast service too. Its a place Ill be looking forward to visit on my next trip!

Best frappuccino Ive ever had, and the manager is amazing when it comes to helping her employees! Highly recommend!

The worst manger ever. She is so rude and over charged me.. this will not be a place I will be going to again. When I had asked one of her employees I believe they told me her name was Annah! Horrible management. Do not buy their coffee !!!!

Horrible. Barista was rude as I just stood there wondering where to order. Then I ordered a 20oz cappuccino and it was about 1/3of the way full with the froth halway up. It felt as it had been already drank by someone when she handed it to me. NExt time Starbucks it is.
