I have visited the Ebar several times over the last ten days during my visit to the Nashville area. My gosh, what a refreshing change of pace. The STAFF are remarkable to say the very least. I went once, ordered a drink, I came back days later, they not only remembered my name but also remembered my preferred drink. How can you ask for better? The product is amazing, the best Ive ever had anywhere, the STAFF ARE AMAZING. I highly recommend Nordstrom Ebar and please tell them Will sent you.
Came in here to purchase a bottle of water went in I was told to place my mask on which I did but I guess it wasn’t quick enough for the guy I dealt with so he refuses to sell me a water but proceed to say “that he didn’t want my money and he’ll give me water from the sink” at that time he gets a cup and fills it with sink water and attempts to give it to me. Which makes absolutely no sense so pretty much I’m not good enough to purchase water but you want to give me water out the sink like I’m just some disease ridden animal the guy name is Phillip need to say I am black so thats definitely questioning.
Friendly staff, the green smoothie is the best smoothie I ever had. Absolutely amazing!!!!!
I’ve worked at Ebar for a while. I really thought it was the place for me. The atmosphere was nice. I made good connections with customers and other employees, but I always buy heads with the manager. He seemed cool at first but there were times I saw a whole other side of him that I didn’t like. He would address certain things with me that weren’t correct and I felt like he would attack me. It’s ashame because I really liked the job and the benefits were nice. But if there were a different manager things would be a lot better.
We were surprised to not find a food court in the Green Hills Mall! There are places around but we spied this spot right outside the Apple store where we had dropped of my wifes iPhone 6 to have a battery replaced. They had some sandwiches, wraps, rolls, croissants, muffins as well as coffee and tea drinks. We enjoyed a sandwich and a wrap.It was a convenient place and in a nice place. Not a lot of seating inside but a large expanse of chairs and tables are right outside at the entrance to Nordstroms.Like everything in the Mall at Green Hills, it is a little pricey.
Absolute bad experience with the staff
A was bad experience.
Ill preface this by saying that I am normally a Starbucks customer, and temporarily forgot that its because Ebar gives substandard service most of the time. However, I had a gift card to use so today I visited Ebar to grab an americano with a splash of almond milk. Not thinking anything of the total until I looked at my receipt closer... I was charged $0.75 for the splash of almond milk? Usually this is a complimentary addition to any basic coffee order... anywhere else but Ebar apparently. The second and most easily avoidable issue, is that my hot coffee was haphazardly shoved onto the pick up area, with NO lid, causing some coffee to spill out. I guess I was also unaware that my $4.04 grande americano didnt include paying the barista to add a lid.
Use Nordstrom_Wi-Fi or .FREE_GreenHills WiFi, which the barista confirmed are legitimate. You have to open a web browser to accept terms and connect. I actually had a lot of trouble with that, but eventually I was able to get it to work using Internet Explorer on Windows 10.The chocolate pretzel scone and hot mocha latte were amazing and the baristas are very friendly. Great place to relax with your laptop if youre out and about and need a spot to do some work all of a sudden.Dont park at Dillards; use the Nordstrom lot. Eventually Dillards will connect to the rest of the mall but not yet.
I love there coffee very quit place as well
Good coffee with a nostalgic feel.
