I called to see if they had inventory in a shoe. The man named Marcus was incredibly rude and started giving me attitude. Then I called back because I was hung up on and asked to speak to a manager several times and I once again got hung up on. The need to find better employees and get rid of Marcus.

Visited with a $25 gift card and no particular garment in mind. The store was clean, well maintained, and organized. Women on the left, men on the right.The store carried a wide variety items in, and for each season. Products ranged from most trending to casual, and with choices for all ages, as well as, work, sports or leisure.One surprise was the clearence rack, displayed some nicely reduced prices. Within the mix was some great looking items and in many sizes too.The normal pricing on products not on sale, seemed typical for this brand. It is good to have a store where you can still physically experience shopping too.Went in with a gift card, left with two shirts, and a smile for only having to add $3.00 to the purchase.

They had an amazing sale this weekend. They had most of the sport clothes we were looking for and the associates were really helpful.

Not as large or well stocked as a full outlet store, but they had a good selection and the staff that helped me was knowledgeable and polite enough. Did not make a purchase, would go back again.

I know clearance sections are confusing for most guys but this one was especially jumbled. Not sorted by size or by same product, but the staff was very helpful. The rest of the store was well put together and their current line of products appears excellently made.

I ordered shoes over a week ago. I did two day shipping. I still have not received the shoes and no one knows when I will. Every time I talk to someone they give me a different answer. The email says they will not take the money until the order has been shipped. They took the money a week ago and still haven’t shipped my order. I’m a trainer and I buy a lot from them now I won’t buy anything else from them

The outlet store in Orpty Mills never sizes for big guys all they have is small, medium and a large, extra large. A been there a couple times in a month looking XXL and 3XL I like they close but never have my size. I really I like the styles . But that particular store doesnt have anything for me. But they have guys working there thats over 60 tall 🤔 . So I go to the Nike store I hope youll get it together.

The store is very neat and clean, organized. The staff is friendly. I purchased some T-shirts and shorts but, the main thing that I wanted to purchase is a pair of shoes. They did not have my size. Every time Ive gone in there they didnt have my size. I wear a size 15.

Under Armour shoes are very comfortable.

Horrible customer service! There were three cashiers today, and what appeared to be 2 -3 employees working the floor. There was a bit of a wait, however if the cashiers worked together and more efficiently they wouldnt be running around looking for a price tags, and they could cut the wait down for the customers. They do have headsets for a reason. One of the cashiers did stop after finishing with his customer, and went over the the other cashier at the other end of the counter to talk for a few minutes not to help but just to chat. He did come back and called the next person in line, who looked confused because the cashier just walking away from the register when theres a long line. When it was my turn the cashier didnt even call me over, he just waited like I should know to come over when just witnessing another cashier walking away from the waiting customers. Besides the wait, the cashiers were obviously very unhappy to be working there. All three cashiers did not look at their customers. Not once! I was surprised that they all looked so miserable. It was very unpleasant environment. The only person that was happy to help was the employee folding the shirts on the table, she had a great personality and was there to assist.Hands down, the worst customer service!!!

Racist. As a network engineer making almost six figures. The manager kept following me around the store and constantly kept asking if I need help, even though I have already told her no. I wonder if she is following me around the store because she is concerned good customer service or watching to determine since Im African-American Im there to steal. Im done with under armour.

Prices are better than academy!! Needs more so sizes though.

I really dont understand why the workers always act like I dont work at UA when I use my discount. Then tonight 01/24/2019 was really weird because 1st.you have to show your badge before the transaction start so its already understood Im a employee right. There never a manager up front so the cashier have to call them up there. The manager comes up there he was like do you have your badge sarcastically like I didnt have it or something. Then started checking to check to see if my name was on my card. When I ask what he was doing he stated they being doing this as long as he being working here. All together the whole crew tonight made my visit very awkward and I felt out of place. Customer service all bad Thanks again
