Nice outlet store with plenty of brightlights. Prices are very reasonable.

Stopped in to get my Mom a birthday present on my lunch break. Mall traffic was horrendous but was able to get in and out of the store promptly. Was offered immediate assistance when I was browsing, they retrieved a non-display purse from the back, and had it at the register in no time. Sales associate and cashier were very friendly. I was able to get a 398 dollar purse and 200 dollar wallet for around 200 dollars. Good deal. My mom loved her gift!

I was planning to buy a Purse or maybe 2. Once I entered the store. I picked about 3 purses and I asked The sales person to check the price for three purses....then she said one of them ( $95), (119) & ($225)... And she said they do have an offer a Purse with wallet would be ($199) or shoe with purse about $199. So then I make my decision and I picked the one is( $95). At the register the sales person scanned it to check me out. I found the price changed became ($185). Then I asked the lady why is that.. You told me this one is $95.. she said I don’t know, maybe I scanned a wrong ticket. Then she said just moment I will bring my manager. She went back to get her manager and the manager was very nervous and she has aggressive voice. I wasn’t trying to take the purse with cheaper price or anything but the manager make it so worse and she didn’t speak nicely with me at all. Even when I was leaving, no body said” thank you or have a good night” (any compliment). They’re very rude that is not a good customer service at all. If they really been nice to me I would buy 2 purses but with this bad customer service; I’m not recommend this location.

I was looking for something special that I could buy my wife to help celebrate our wedding anniversary.I had only been in the store for a few moments when one of your Style Consultants approached with a big smile and lots of energy and asked if she could help me in any way. I soon learned that her name was Caroline and for the next 20 minutes, she patiently answered all of my questions and treated me like I was the most important person in the room.In a world where customer service is somewhat of a lost art, and many people only show up to work for a paycheck, this young lady reminded me, like a breath of fresh air, that passion, expertise, joy and integrity can still be a part of selling quality merchandise.Caroline not only sold me a beautify dress, but she created an experience that absolutely made my day. I left the store with a big smile on my face. My wife absolutely adored her new dress and Michael Kors has a new customer that tends to be very loyal to companies that are well run and who value fantastic customer service and employees who are passionate about their craft.Thank you Michael Kors and more specifically to Caroline for making my day.

Great deals and amazing stock! I went to this outlet for the first time this thanksgiving as we have moved here newly. Was impressed by the stuff they have although you wouldnt find their boutique collection here. Its different, but still good material. Got a nice bag for a good price!

Associates were not helpful at all no one assisted me at all when I came in.

I bought my girlfriend a new tote and wallet from this location for her birthday. She loves both of them. They are amazing quality. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the staff at the time, just playing around with each other instead of helping customers.

Thanksgiving night, the workers were super...and patient. There were plenty of people working that made sure the crowd was controlled and everything went smoothly. Great deals. Just wish you had more watches at this location to choose from. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Nice place for people to spend a fortune on a purse or bag. My friends bought a purse here and they had to fill out almost as much paperwork as I did when I closed on my house 🤷🤷🤷. The quality of their stuff is good.

My hubby always buys me purses from here because they always have great sales on their purses, wallets, back packs. Its always 60 - 70% off of their bags. I absolutely love this location!

Good discounts for their combo bags and wallets. On certain days they even have a 25% discount on top of existing prices (excluded the sets). Dont like their lighting system as it gets pretty warm in there. Not conducive to shop unless you know what you already want.

My story....I rather you credit my card backthan give me a store gift card..Saw a handbag that I really likeWalk around inside the store with it talking to myself should I get it ..send my daughter a picture ask her what she think (she like)so I got the handbaga few days later took the handbag out of the Michael Kors bag look at it thinking the color is light and we are going into fall soon ....so I took it back ...standing in line I got my drivers licences ..card ...and store receipt out ...thinking they will credit my card back....young man came up to me.. you have a return ..yes ..young man .would you like to look around for something else .....no I would like my card credit back .... young man ..IM sorry you can exchange for something in store or store credit ONLY .. me..the young lady did NOT tell me that when she was ringing my purchase if she did I would not have purchase the handbag... she circle something in yellow highlight on the back of the receipt ....that I did not see or know about until I try to return the handbag NO REFUND OR CREDIT TO YOUR CARD !!!you can get a store credit you can use online or any Michael Kors store ...I think the gift card last 5-7 years ....I wont go back ...because of the return policy......

Its a factory outlet. Prices are 15% less compared to other stores. Always compare price tag and bill for discounts before and after billing. Had very bad experience and end up paying $20 more. custome service is not good they will ask you to come over to store to do the get price match.

There were many stores like those in Japanese outlets.Depending on the day of the week, you can get more discounted tickets.The food court also has international cuisine, so there is no problem.

There is not much variety . And you have to learn to buy and investigate well the quality of wallets that are 100% Saffian leather without mixing other materials.

The quality is paid with a little more price but they sell good products they follow the security protocols
