Great store found some wonderful pieces. Will definitely be going back soon. The best part of it is my purchase came out to half price. A super surprise! It was my 1st time in and it wont be my last.

Tried shopping for men’s clothes here. Really overpriced and not anything I would want to actually wear.

A fun place to get T-shirt’s, funny books, records, polaroids, and whatever else is trendy at the time. I can spend a bit of time just looking at all the items in this store.

Overpriced hipster stuff. Clothes, accessories, home goods and music. Pet friendly though!

This store had a cool vibe, but, really, The Gulch is a really neat place that makes all things cool. There were clothing items, home items, books and office items - well-rounded but mostly clothes. Nice ones, mostly.I like how they give you a reusable cloth bag when checking out. Theres a relaxed vibe, but maybe too relaxed as it was a tad messy. I like not being bothered when Im shopping, and I wasnt. However, having said that, I waited at the cash register for a bit before any employee came to assist me - not the best.Bought a couple things I love and its a beautiful, sunny, open place with large windows, so a great rating overall!

Clean, and well maintained store. This place has lots of clothing and some weird fun gifts. They also have a nice selection of funny joke books. Everything is overpriced, but if youre the type of person that shops here, then you dont care.The staff was nice, and the location is great. Theres also a Starbucks right across the street. Would go again.

First time to visit and though I didnt know exactly what to expect I was sure that being in the heart of the South meant a little southern hospitality. I didnt get it! But it was a cool building with unique merchandise and both me and my daughter enjoyed the visit. Guess friendly smiles and a simple hello are just dreams of my past.

I like Urban Outfitters. They seem to have something for everyone. However, this location was very unorganized. It seemed like everything was just thrown about the store like a tornado had come through. They did have a large clearance section though.

Urban outfitters is a unique store with all sorts of fun and cool clothing. Recommend looking at the graphic T-shirts.

It smells good. A mix of capitalism, candles, and purchases you can be proud of.

Pricey, but I buy my records here and they always have a great selection of classics and new music on vinyl. Cashiers seem to be a BIT snobby. But so does everyone who shops here. I just try to get in and out quickly. Everything here is very overpriced and you could buy it somewhere else MUCH cheaper. BUT, they do have a decent price and selection of records.

Staff member told me Id get 15% off my purchase if I signed up for something, but I only got 10% off. Also, there were signs EVERWHERE that said everything in the store was tax free, but I came to find out AFTER I bought a pair of sunglasses that only back to school items were tax free. So basically just clothes. Wouldve been nice if that had been posted on the signs.

Always really neat and organized, even throughout the holidays.Staff isnt always jumping to help you, but if you ask theyre always friendly.Sad to see the mens area get smaller and smaller every year. Also, what happened to the shoes and sunglasses collection??

Was visiting from boston, stopped in and found this amazing trench coat for $30! from $130, then kept roaming and found my favorite tv show hat also. Found some hidden gems!

Overpriced. I hardly ever 1 star anything. I wouldnt have minded the $67 pair of $20 paints i bought if they atleast had something I wanted to wear. Every clothing store in this area deserves a 1 star in my opinion. If you want more options on your night out, shop elsewhere.

This Urban Outfitters has some of the worst customer service I have ever experience and I have worked in the retail industry for many years. Last night I was trying some stuff on in the dressing room and had to track down the lady manning it to find me a different size in a shirt. She said she would be right back but she disappeared. I then peeked my head out of the dressing room to see the manager helping out another customer get into the dressing room. He looked directly in my eyes, and then just turned around and walked away!!! I ended up having to get dressed and track down the lady that told me she would get me the shirt in a different size. After I finished in the dressing room, I waited in line for 20 MINUTES to check out and there were 2 people in front of me...this place needs to get their you know what together. I get Urban is a free-spirited, hipster kind of store, but seriously, this was unacceptable. Now I remember why I always order online from them.

5 people standing behind the counter and one of the registers open with 2 people in line. Only a couple of people in store but one associate spoke. Poor customer service.
