Opening times are inconsistent, often refuses to sell to white people (thoroughly tested btw), makes up rules during sneaker drops. Youd have a better chance on snkrs app than copping here

Just came in to buy my son some shoes all the ladies talking no one ask if we needed help. I asked one lady to see if they had an pair of shoes for my son she was talking on an Bluetooth. Not to mention she walked off like i wasnt talking to her smh never will i come here again the normal people im use to seeing wasnt here but these women smh

Showed up after they opened and let me in but when I asked for help looking at shoes they told me I had to come back 2 hours later even though there was no customers in the store.

They told me they had the shoe model number and size that another store called and after driving over an hour up to the clarksville location they completely had a different shoe behind the register.. it was NOT the shoe I was asking for. Waste of my time and money

It’s was 7:30 on the Monday before school and they told me they were closed and wouldn’t let me in.

I was looking to get Jordan 1 sisterhood shoes. I waiting in line and I was the 3rd person in line. Once i got inside of the store. I was told they did not receive any but the web site said city gear at 2625 Gallatin Rd, Nashville Tn. Will have limits available and Participating. This is false advertisement .

Customer service could use a little improvement but other than that they had a ok shoe selection

Yesterday I called trying to see what time they opened for the Jordan 11 Low Release, a girl said they opened at 8AM. Of course you only have until 12PM to get the shoe, so here I am sitting up here at 8AM. No one is here, it is pitch black in side. I have to be at work at 8AM but I told my employer that I would be a few minutes late because I’m getting these shoes. Now nobody is here, they need better communication with there team because if they were going to open at 10AM for the release they should’ve said that instead of saying 8AM and wasting my time and gas.

Called looking for this release pack, and they held both shoes for me. Waited for me to arrive and had shoes up front for me ready to go!

I would never come back here woman who worked their had a attitude and was really rude I dont reccomend going here

Got told they wouldn’t help me because “no whiteboard needs to shop here” by shanae (I think that’s what the other one called her) asked to speak to a manager and she just said “he ain’t here and you can come back another day” every time I call she answers and when I ask for him she says who is it I give my name and then she hangs up without letting me speak with him. Couldn’t believe they would be okay with hiring racists.

Their customer skills needs to be addressed to the employees,that personals encounters outside the store should be left OUTSIDE and to be ready to meet an greet as costumers walk in and out, they should feel safe and not uncomfortable...#BROHAM

Employees were nice. Very prompt in assisting customers and got out in a fast manner.. Good experience it being the holidays.

We called this store for an item we had looked at over 25 different stores for. We had the pleasure of speaking with Joy. she went above and beyond for us. She not only held what we needed until we could drive to the store additionally when we got there we asked if another store might have the sane item .She checked the other stores for it the computer said they had it she did not want to send us and have it be sold she called the store and asked them to hold it for us. Another person that worked here sorry I dont recall his name gave us directions and showed them to us on the map so we wouldnt get lost as we are not from this area. Talk about. Fabulous store with amazing people . Thank you for helping us have a wonderful ending to a very stressful 2 weeks .thank you Joy and all others that work at this store. Yes go hete for all sports needs

Was told I could not buy the shoes I wanted because they were only selling release shoes. But it was normal hours and the sign said open.

Great little place!

Waited in line for 12 hours for a pair of shoes just to have the employees backdoor a pair right in front of our face. Which resulted in myself not being able to get a pair. Sales associate said if the shoe didn’t fit you couldn’t buy it. Most unprofessional business I’ve ever seen. Will not be returning ever!
