Such a fun store! My first time to Nashville, I’m from NJ and this store was on the top of my list to come visit. The employees were super helpful and gave me tips on where to go in Nashville. I bought the Houston cow print blouse and love it. I had a huge smile on my face the whole time when shopping. I couldn’t believe I was actually in the store and not just seeing it from Jessie’s IG, it was surreal. Thank you!
I have gotten several pieces from Kittenish (via online) and a couple of them have been nice, but overall the level of quality and sizing is all across the board (meaning you may wear a small in one piece of clothing and a large in another from them and there’s just no way to know until you receive the product in person bc the models on their website say they all wear the same size in every outfit ). It also seems like they way overcharge for the level of quality you’re getting pertaining to the feel/fabric of the actual clothes when you receive it in person vs. how it’s advertised by them on social media and their website. I don’t know if I will purchase from Kittenish again based on these inconsistencies. Kind of feels like false advertisement.
Love Jessie James had no idea she opened up this cute boutique. Workers in the store were not friendly at all and did no welcome any guest in the store just stood and stared. Cute stuff though Jessie! I’ll be there waiting on a men’s line!
Do not shop here if there is any possibility you want to return something. I bought an item for my daughter Tuesday morning, drove 8 hours home that day and we knew Tuesday evening the item was too big. It took me until Friday to get someone to answer the phone at the store. I was told the item could only be returned IN STORE which is a problem since I dont live in Nashville! I was willing to pay the shipping charges to return it and was told the process to return items is too extensive to do by mail. maybe returns should be considered part of your business plan? Their return policy was texted to me AFTER I left the store with my purchase. They should tell every customer what the return policy is at the point of purchase, right? They claim the policy is posted in a glass case by the cash register but why not point it out or tell people about it or tell customers to read the policy before purchase? Pretty sneaky way to earn revenue. I do not agree with their policy but am more shocked that they do not tell you about it until AFTER you purchase the item and are well on your way out of town. If you are a TOURIST, definitely skip this place and shop at more customer friendly boutiques in Nashville such as Draper James and Living with Landyn --those ladies know how to run a boutique and appreciate customers plus the quality of their items are far superior to Kittenish.
Highly recommend if visiting the Nashville area! This place is absolutely adorable! Got the cutest sunglasses and a great smelling perfume! The clothes were also all adorable! I will definitely purchase more next time I visit! The staff were also all very friendly and helpful! I can’t wait to go back!
I ordered two of the same dress online because I accidentally ordered the wrong size so I had to order my right size. I did not like the dress when it came in. I ordered the dress on 6/23/21 and it was delivered on 7/24/21. I have the tracking number and the order date as proof. When I went to initiate my return, only a store credit was available. However, it told me that I was out of the 30 day period for a store credit. This is the biggest scam ever. It took more than 30 days for the item to be received. I tried calling the store and no answer. I DO NOT recommend buying from this place. Poor customer service all the way around. The owner should be ashamed of how business is conducted. I have my order # 237128 and #237127. I really appreciate getting my store credit (at the minimum) please! Today is 7/29/21 (5 days after I received my order)
I bought a lipgloss from kittenish. I used this product once, put it in my bag and the bottom was busted out when I got home. I went back the next day and showed them proof of my purchase and my lip gloss tube. I didn’t even want a refund- but they refused to replace my poor quality product. The girl at the counter was not nice, nor willing to help at all. Poor customer service. I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT SHOP AT KITTENISH.
I finally made it! I really enjoyed the atmosphere in Nashvilles Kittenish store.I first saw Jessie at the Country Jam in Mack, CO with Eric. She was amazing to watch, I love her voice. So I ordered the Soho dress, didnt receive an email with shipping info or an email that my dress had been shipped! I reached out to customer service and they told me my item was delivered a week prior. Ive had the same mailman for 10years and he said he didnt deliver or see a package for me!! Kittenish refused to do anything about this issue!Beware of this place when ordering online seems to me like they could care less about their customers!!
Kittenish was absolutely adorable! Everything was so cute and trendy. The shop was super clean and smelled amazing with the candles. The girls working were so kind and helpful. Definitely worth the stop coming from Wisconsin!

My husband and I went to Nashville for out honeymoon & I told him the number one spot I wanted to go was kittenish!! The store is absolutely beautiful & the staff was incredibly helpful and super sweet! Definitely will be going back, next time I hope Jessie is there 💗💗💗

I always make a point to come visit the store when visiting my Dad and add to my growing Kittenish collection! Love the remodel and bigger selection. I wish I would’ve caught the name of the girl that helped me, as she was so sweet! Can’t wait for my next visit!
Cute store, however products are NOT made well. I bought the MAMA necklace and wore it immediately because I fell in love with it. A few hours later my neck broke out in an allergic Reaction from the type of material they are made out of. POOR QUALITY for an expensive price.

Very overpriced, not good quality. Sizing runs super small. I usually wear a small/medium and larges in this brand are snug on me. I ordered $200 worth of stuff online and it was all too small. They wouldn’t allow me to return the items, they didn’t apologize at all and deleted my comments off their Instagram.
I have ordered from this store multiple times and my address automatically fills in when I log in. They delivered my package to the wrong address and are saying there is nothing they can do about it because I provided the wrong address, even though I have received all of my other packages and the address was pre-populated when I logged in.Edit to respond:It wasn’t an accident on my part, my address is saved on your website. An accident happened on your end not mine. The only way I received my kittenish clothes was by knocking on the door of the address you accidentally sent my items to, which isn’t very safe. I will never have an issue on my invoice again because I will never order from you company again.

I ordered two items. They both were a little too tight, so I returned them. No issue. Just waiting for the refund. But I went back to order the same items in larger sizes and theyre sold out. Super cute though. Also, I wish her workout clothing was a little more size conscious. Bigger girls gotta workout, too. Not just the skinny girls.

If you have issues I encourage you to report to BBB.Terrible company due to their terrible customer service! I have been going back and forth with customer service because I needed to return a few items and I accidentally sent 2 items that were not allowed to be returned. I asked that they in the least send them back to me and they are refusing to send the items back claiming they can not find them and are unwilling to refund my payment. I now have been charged for clothes I do not have which is a complete scam if you ask me. Considering the climate we are in with the world right now I would think a company that Jessie James Decker represented would be more customer service oriented.

I ordered the new illuminating tan face mist in which the bottle was delivered wet. The bottle doesnt have any seals which is surprising since Its a liquid. I am very unhappy with their policies and customer service. They were very unforgiving and insisted I return the product. Please read their return policy before you make any purchases from this company ✌

Terrible! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!My wife used to be a very big fan of this store after visiting it in Nashville 4 months ago. We had a great experience in store and she loved the items she got. I decided to surprise her with Kittenish for her birthday however we do not have a Kittenish near us so I ordered online. I ordered two of everything with hopes we would get her size right in some and return the rest. To return online items you have to go through email, you cannot physically speak to anyone you can only email. Well they are no longer doing returns only store credit. I explained the situation and they were not sympathetic AT ALL. Which is what you would expect when conversing with a robot through email. We used to love this place but this experience ruined it.

My experience with Kittenish was awful and I do not recommend. I ordered two items from kittenish, received one, and never heard anything about the other item being out of stock.I figured if anything was wrong, I would hear from customer service regarding my order. Luckily, I reached out and was told the item I ordered was now out of stock but I could size up or down.How do you all not keep track or an accurate count of inventory? Were you guys going to notify me or was I just supposed to be out of $68?I wish I could say I was the only one who had a bad experience with kittenish but after looking at the reviews and speaking to my friends, they all say the same. Very disappointing. We will see if I actually get a refund.
I ordered online and had to cancel my order (my own fault). The Customer Service team literally replied back to me within an hour after I reached out after they were closed. Very impressed, and plan to order in the future!

Initially, my first online order did not work out. However, McKenzie the store manager made my experience much better and ended buying another item. She and the sales associates from yesterday, 3/1 went above and beyond to help me and ensure my experience was a great one. I appreciate their time and efforts. I loved all the clothes I bought, and the quality of the material is much better. I will be buying more in the future.P.S. - The Instagram Sunday stories that Jessie does is super helpful! (@jessiejamesdecker) Helps me know what size to buy based on being shorter and petite. Sometimes, she’ll offer a one-day sale code for 24 hours.

The quality of clothing is not the same as it used to be. I have purchased so many items from both the website and Nashville location, but their spring 2020 items are cheap looking. Their solid-color athletic leggings were the best, and I wish they would bring those back!However, after they made some policy changes, their shipping time is outstanding now. Most of the time, my items are shipped the same day I purchased them, if not the day after!!
Agreed w/ below - DO NOT order online... unless you have weeks to wait for a sweater that may be out of stock when they fulfill it I was very hesitant to order from them and as you should be. They refused to expedite shipping that was in their error and customer service was horrible. You can get their same clothes from the manufacture. check reddit. Suppper disappointed. So lame. I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses from Kittenish after years of following JJD and loving her style. The first day I got them, one pair broke as the nose piece completely fell off as I simply removed them from my face. Huge disappointment as I paid $50 for them. Fast forward 3 months, and the other pair broke as the side piece opens completely and no longer will wear properly on my face. I expected much better quality as sunglasses I purchased from elsewhere last me YEARS. Very sad as I loved the way they look and spent over $100 that neither pair lasted through the summer.
You will NOT get what you paid for. Good lord! You’d think that for the good money you spend on her clothing you’d get awesome quality stuff! Without fail, every pair of pants zipper I have breaks within the first two or three times I use it. Very frustrating! And then most of the T-shirts have the weirdest fit and it feels like she bought a bunch of plain white T-shirts from Walmart and then stand her name all over it. Step it up Jesse or take it to Walmart

Ordered several items online and received the standard email after I placed my order. Eight days later I received another email letting me know that most of the stuff I ordered was out of stock. That should probably be updated online before someone makes a purchase.

Never seen anything like it and I loved it. I got the lip kit and a kittenish black logo sweater while I was there, I wish her hair perfume was there there too.

The item didnt fit and when I tried to return, it said I wasnt able to. I emailed Customer Service and they took care of the site issue and I was able to returned the item and received a refund!Cant wait to buy more from their website, love the clothes!

Purchased an outfit online 2 weeks ago. That same day I got confirmation the order was shipped and then a few days later the package arrived with no issues. The outfit fit perfectly and was of great quality (really soft). Will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Have purchased clothing and jewelry items from both the Nashville store and online. Very happy with the things I’ve gotten. The store is adorable and the clothes are cute and girly. I ordered online at Christmas time and received my things in time for Christmas even tho I ordered late. When the order arrived, it was missing a pair of earrings that I had ordered 2 pairs of. I sent a message, got an immediate response and the earrings arrived within a few days. Very satisfied! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that their return policy is not the best.

I LOVE Kittenish Nashville and it’s staff. I am never disappointed when I go in store and am always helped by a sweet staff member. It makes me sad to read reviews from people who say hateful things because a staff member is promoting their business. I am glad the staff loves their job enough to promote the store and think that shows that they are a great employee. I stumbled across this clothing line on Instagram and I’m so happy I did!! The clothes are good quality— you can wear and wash them more than once before they fall apart like most places I know! And, they’re reasonably priced! Can’t go wrong ordering from here!
Went here a few weekends ago. Yes its a cute fun store. Yes the clothes are cute. But the Customer Service was TERRIBLE! Noone greeted you, no one asked if I was doing ok. The clothes are for teenagers. The girls just sat behind the desk and then messed around with the clothes. Jessie only cares about money and fame. She also lies about EVERYTHING!Wont be buying from her or going there again.

When I ordered I never received a confirmation email with my order numbers. When I emailed there customer service I never received a response. Love love love Kittenish! Moved to Nashville in May and a week later was my birthday, so I went here looking for an outfit. I tried on two jumpsuits and wasn’t sure which one I liked, so two of the sales associates helped me decide and even helped me style it, in the way it would look cute. I don’t remember the girls name (🙄) but she told me which shoes would look cute with it and everything. A few months later I went back and the girl remembered me and even asked how my birthday was. A few months later, she remembered me again. The girls are always so friendly and will even stop and take pictures for you and your friends!! I’ve gotten 4 items from Kittenish and I love them all! Never had a bad experience and I love that they do meet and greets and the dryhouse!!
