A very clean and neat Supercenter tucked into a hidden shopping area of Nashville.

They were extremely kind to me! Despite my arrival at literal closing time, they let me grab my cat food - I desperately needed to be able to get it right then. Bless you all! The store was clean & well organized. I was in & out in a few minutes. Thank you so much!

This place gets 2 stars only because the cashier that checked me out was hands down the nicest human Ive ever met. Its a shame they have to work at such a disgusting store.Walking into the bathroom doesnt require a blacklight to see what could give you gifts that keep on giving.The store itself is dingy, sorry, and short staffed. Lines are long like every Wal-Mart because only a couple of lanes are open.I also dont understand the reasoning on what gets a security tag and what doesnt...an employee had to unlock tweezers for me and carry them to checkout 9... while I could freely pick out eyeshadow that was more expensive and smaller packing.

Just another Walmart... Nit found of Wal-Mart since Sams gone. They are always out of what I drag myself in there for and I normally regret going. Some od the staff can be real nice but many are of no help. One day I asked some young guys to check for what I can for. The one said ok and I heard the other tell him Im not going back there to get that for her. Oh well didnt go in expecting much and left spending 200 bucks on impulse buys. Ugghhh

Hands down this walmart had the best customer service ever. Anna,Jonizia,and Tenesha, went above and beyond trying to help me with my Venmo payment. They are 5 star employees. I hope Walmart really appreciates you ladies for making their business shine!!

This store is not Veteran friendly. I had family wire me funds and they would not work with me on receiving the funds due to I had a paper License and was waiting for original. I tried my VA identification card but this ID is not excepted there. I am a service connected Veteran. Also the lady at the service counter acted like she did not even want to be there? The Manager or whoever the lady was that talked to me acted like she had no experience talking to people. I went to Regions Bank next door and they helped me with no problems. Fast, courteous, Happy to please. I recommend the bank for 5 Stars.

Every time I find a product I like in this Walmart, it’s like the store has some sort of disdain against me and NEVER appears in the store ever again. It’s like they restock once a year because the shelves are always empty. Also SUPER understaffed. A quick stop for some candy will turn into a 2 hour wait because only 1-2 lanes are open; None of which include self checkout. Subway is never open, kiosks don’t work, finding a good shopping cart is like hitting the jackpot, and the customer service is terrible and isn’t always open for some godforsaken reason. It’s 100% worth throwing 10 minutes of time and gas to go to a different Walmart for a better experience.

I w there to pick up an Rx and few food items. Pharmacy staff was great and professional. I got in self ckout fast and out. Staff were very helpful. Thanks to all of them!

I agree with the other posters, there needs to be more checkout lanes open. I don’t think it’s so much the employees are lazy, they must be getting burnt out. I didn’t realize it until I started working at an understaffed twice daily but a lot of people don’t want to work this year. So anyway, it’s not the best Walmart but it isn’t the worst I’ve been too. Until they can find enough/ more competent staff to speed things up we’ll just have to deal with annoyingly long checkout lanes and overworked employees not being as attentive as they could be

I feel like they need more people working and more cashiers working at the same time. Remember the faster your people come in and out. You guys can make more money. Keep the in mind.

They never have shelves stocked never any cashiers, service desk closes ALL the time due to No employees to run it and employees have poor work ethic and just overall lack of care for the customers! I was in the military and lived all over the US and it is, without a doubt, the worst Walmart I have ever shopped from. These things arent a rare occurrence, they are the daily norm! Absolutely horrendous!DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU ARE IN A HURRY AND IS THE CLOSEST WALMART FOR AT LEAST 20 MILES. If there is a Walmart 10.5 miles away, make the drive. No available carts inside, few checkouts open. Several staff barely spoke understandable English. Felt like I was in a third world country.

I was in a normal length line and wouldnt you know...a mid forties lady...literally held up the line for 17 minutes and 24 seconds. Why you ask? Because SHE HAD TO GO THROUGH 3 DIFFERENT NEWSPAPERS FOR HER COUPONS THAT ONLY SAVED HER 3 DOLLARS AND 50 CENTS. That should NEVER BE ALLOWED.

Worst customer service experience, they truly couldnt care less about you. Asked them questions for help and they act like youre bothering them and ignore you. A truly pathetic run business

This store was a mess. I witnessed 2 employees within 20 ft of each other on their cell phones while trying to perform their duties. One was in the main aisle attempting to put out cosmetics with his cell phone between his ear and shoulder, he was having a hard time. The other was cleaning up a spill with one hand because his other was holding his phone up to his ear. I dont like to complain and frankly I only did because it was two employees doing the same thing near each other and the place was such a mess. It did no good because the manager just made ridiculous excuses like were shorthanded because of Covid. Perhaps if their employees put the phones away and did what theyre getting paid to do that place wouldnt be a chaotic shitshow!Prices going sky high and theyre paying people to talk on the phone!

Its a fairly nice Walmart other than the fact that it needs cart pushers. The store is clean for the most part and had their shelves stocked decently. The staff Id nice and available for assistance. The place is clean for the majority. Yet sometimes I wonder what has happend to the people who push carts as I almost never see carts in the tunnels. If they quit due to poor conditions or pay I wouldnt blame them. I used to be in the exact same position back at another Walmart where I left because of bad pay and conditions.

Was there to buy a bike and Walmart staff was very happy and helpful in finding the right bike.

What can I say the prices are good, but there is never more than 2-3 lanes open at a time.

I was overcharged for a product that was on sale but had not been put into the system for the sale price. I didnt even get out the door and realized i was overcharged so i went back to register, was directed to customer service, nobody came, lights were out, someone in yellow vest, supposedly a manager, according to employees at registers,yet the yellow vested employee claimed not to be a mgr.,Refused to help anyone that came up, i waited a good 20 mins to see if anyone was going to help customers coming up or myself. Needles to say, i paid $12 for a $4 item, was told to come back some other time, tho i was travelling and was 4 hours from home. THAT is not customer service in any way. And it actually would cost gas, time, and being inconvenienced .

Your BASIC walmart lines or the door. No item limit at self checkout yet I was turned away for to many items after I waited already 15 minutes. Honestly Im bout too just leave walmart alone all together

This place was clean both time that I went in, within 22hrs of each other. All the staff that I ran ccx across was nice and friendly and helpful. I live 724 miles from this store. Most everything is ruffly completely opposite from what Im used to. But that ok. Ill b moving down here within the next few months, so Ive got to get used to things here

Went in to pick up a lightbulb for my car headlights. Took me awhile to find an associate to try & unlock the case. They had to go talk to a manager. After waiting for an extended period of time they came back without the key. They said the manager said the case wasnt open yet. If the store is open and people are working in that department I see no reason why a glass case isnt allowed to be opened yet.

A good place for shopping for what you need day or night

Stopped in on our way home to grab snacks. A very clean store and the people were great. Met the best grandparents buying the Princes a 3 wheeler cause her brother had one.

Shame shame Walmart you guys are never helpful and as far as checking out in a timely fashion...,FORGET ABOUT IT ...Maybe if they open just a few check out lanes instead of one check out lane forcing everyone to self check out(Wich always has problems and needs assistance). It would get 3 stars because even then your still faced with chit coustomer service and cheap products that do not hold up at all ..and if your wanting to save money then their products are the only ones that are marked down ....I have to say I hate going to Walmart and avoid it at all cost

Shelves are stocked well but if u need someone from management or a supervisor to speak to they are very very rude and have NO time for customer service. Self check-outs are always out of money, returnes is always long line. WALL-MART WHATS GOING ON ???

Had what I was looking for but so over crowded. Waited in line forever but they need workers. Probably would have them if the government would stop giving away free money. Not to mention most of the people in there probably just came to Nashville illegally. Other than that happy they had the baby stroller no one else did.

I took my car for an oil change. A man from the auto dept came and got me because he said, he couldnt get my car to work. Turns out the guy didnt know that the Prius doesnt make any noise when it is running! He didnt realize that the car had been running for 20+ minutes and all he had to do was put it in reverse! Do Not bring your car here, not even for a oil change. I went elsewhere.

Its a great, and convenient for alot of people. But the location is a very bad location to be honest.

I been on the roll giving 5 stars when its due... while my last experience was 5 stars... employees when one problem isnt solved... higher headquarters el jump in and help... over time it was not pleasant, and professional staff is usually hit or miss... but like I said ... not bad..

We were shopping for shorts, chairs and easy-ups for the softball tournament. We flew in from California and this Wal-Mart was like a warehouse stocked with everything you could ever need. It was a pleasant experience to visit and shop here in Nashville. We were able to return the easy-ups and left the chairs to other teams there. We love Wal-Mart in Nashville Tennessee 😍

Desperately needed an oil change & a friend said they did it cheap so I went to check it out..$20 & about 20 minutes. Car runs so much better now! And they topped off my coolant w/o me asking. If they had a lobby with benches Id giv it 5 stars but regardless I received great service.FYI, the auto center is to the far right of the building, behind the garden/outdoor center.

Too crowded inside,and out.There can be 100 customers trying to check out with only one checkout line in operation.If your in the parking your approched by numerous cracheads panhandeling and not in control.Alot of the merchandice stolen just to wind up in a concvienance store shelves like down the street at the SouthernHill market.They have an entire row of new goods from there,and walgreens.So i have say no good walmart.Sorry.

Worst experience of my life 10:05pm all registers and self check out were closed….BUT ONE???? self check out guy told me he has to go home so he wasn’t letting people check out. Such a waste of 45 mins shopping. i just left my cart at the line with 15 people in it. guess it’s time to start using Amazon. The main reason I visit this place is the convenience. Its close to my home, other than that I would not go there. The employees are not friendly or helpful, at least the majority of them. If you ask for help getting something no one seems to have a key or a way to get one.

The worst customer experience I have had in years from the greeter to the security. I know the store closes at 11:00PM, I can read. I dont care if it is the end of your shift. The customer experience should be the same from open to close.

The place is big enough for you to do your shopping and your groceries. It even has a Subway inside.

Absolutely awful. I love Walmart as I am from Arkansas and remember how it used to be. I was racially profiled at the door . This store has mostly Muslim employees. I am cool with that because I am not a racial person and have Muslim friends in NY and NJ.However and I hate to say this: but these employees are extremely rude to you if your a American.And I am being honest here.The Muslim man watched me cash out, and refused to allow me to leave store until he checked my receipt.I get that they have door checkers. But he was letting all other Muslims walk out the door.I dont hate Myslim Americans, I love all people.But I will say if your not Muslim and go to this store, dont expect any kind of service at all.4040 Nolensville is the wrong store to go to.The only reason I did not go to manager and make them refund everything was for two reasons. One my 401K is heavily invested in Walmart stock, two my driver wanted the afternoon off.But I suggest Walmart on Charlotte Pike.And I spent almost $300.00

It doesnt really seem that customer service is important at this Walmart. I cant say all (because that would be unfair to the good employees) but the interactions Ive had with some Managers, and employees are really poor and unprofessional. I went there the other day and I was 2 minutes late to pick up (mind you I went inside) and they told me they close at 8pm no exceptions made at all! Some employees are just super rude.

It was very crowded so youll have to schedule time for waiting in line but the shopping experience is worth it.

One of the most people of Walmart in Walmarts Ive been to in a while. So many people that should not be allowed out on supervised. There was a line to get out the exit, and a woman literally stopped in the middle of the line to empty her cart and just left the cart in the middle of the line to get out the door. Completely unaware there was anyone around her or that it was not inappropriate place to abandon your cart. Lol. And its supposedly Britney Spears that needs the handlers while these people are roaming the aisles of Walmart.

I just tried to pay for toilet paper with cash and they wouldnt accept American currency!!! What kind of store is this?!!! It was a .66 cent pack of TP! I made them get a manager! The manager said no American dollars accepted! I held out the dollar bill and dropped it at the managers feet and walked out!!! Without my TP!! It was just the principle!! I guess the next step is contacting the news affiliates!!!

One of the very worst Wal-Marts of all time. Homeless people live on the side of the building and camp out in the front entrance. They solicit in the parking lot. There is never enough cashiers so the checkouts are constantly backed up. The floors are filthy and the shelves are rarely stocked up.

The rudest and most disrespectful customer service ever! This African - American girl customer service employee was so rude to all customers, I was asking very nicely a question and not trying to insist or fight for any refund but she cut me off with a very rude tone.

Dont go to this store. they treat their customers like criminals, and im sure the employees arent treated any better. the self checkout only takes cards and only 3 of the 20 registers were staffed with employees who could take cash leaving extremely long lines of irritated people. the deli food in front of the registers was cold and expired. many departments such as the garden center have massive holes in their inventory. notably lawn mowers in the garden center. meat department is disgusting and eating anything from there is gonna be a roll of the dice at best. just go to a K+S or Kroger.

The massive diversity of employees. The homeless social club in the front lawn. I recommend you pop open a folding chair from the camping section and snag Takis from the Taki Tower to watch the beautiful chaos unfold before you. Nolensville Pike Walmart, baby. Stay fresh. This place has everything in one stop. Groceries, clothing, shoes, electronics, gardening, bath products, pharmacy, deli. All with best prices. Its not crowded on weekdays. Mask is mandatory.Spacious parking and curbside pick up available too

Almost always out of diabetic-friendly groceries. Long lines. Somebody was getting detained for shoplifting while I was there. Not a fun trip.

Its a Walmart in the not so nice part of town the girlfriend needed to run into one day. After her warning I got to witness why while sitting in the car with my CC as a car pulled in 1 person went inside the other walked around the parking lot looking into cars and the driver sat there with the engine on telling into the phone.But inside was a typical WalMart.

It was Packed and only 4 registers was open but the young lady that checked us out was fast and nice.

Very happy about my experience on this trip! I was in and out of Walmart in less than 10 minutes. I was very grateful for the employee working on this day because she kept the self checkout line moving very smoothly. The customer service was fantastic even with a thousand shoppers in the building! Lol!
